I received my 5th Aerolace Laser Treatment with Taylor. She has been doing an amazing job and the under eye puffiness and bags have been greatly reduced. This place is CUTE! Please read.....I've been waiting to review this place for a little more than a year now, so trust me when I say this place is amazing. I'm hell bent on reading reviews before I try a place because A) it's an investment and B) no one wants a mistake this is our BODY we're talking about here. Before I go into the details I had 3 different treatments here; laser hair removal, microneedling, and lip filler. Read the review you want - whatever will help. At the end of the day, even if I move away, I'm still going to fly back here to have my treatments done here :) LASER HAIR REMOVAL---- I had laser hair removal done for for my bikini line and the results exceeded my expectation. I was ABSOLUTELY nervous initially but Kelly (receptionist- amazing) and Jodee (M.D.) made sure I was not only comfortable, but completely knowledgeable about what the treatment entailed. Each time I went in, they were always inviting, helpful with any questions or concerns I had, and that's just the start of it. I heard that laser hair removal could be painful and that treatment doesn't guarantee results, but that was not my experience at all. Each time I had less and less hair and I knew it was working. Emily and Lyndsey always made sure I was comfortable at the start of treatment (laser setting not too high) and once they conquered my bikini line painlessly, they had my complete trust. My only wish is that I had a before and after pic (I know gross but I KNOW you guys would appreciate the authenticity here). I 100% recommend this place for this treatment. Microneedling---- I have cystic acne ( 1 maybe 2 under the skin pimples around PMS etc) and when my face would finally recover...I would get little break outs here and there. Nothing insane but enough that I'm thinking "okay I'm almost 30 ...why why why) Basically always fighting a battle. Kelly recommended microneedling and LADIES and MEN- Please do yourself a favor and get this treatment. Acne or not, if it's just baby smooth skin you want DO IT. I have been battling acne my whole life (so you know that means I've tried everything) and I have never ever been this blown away. My scars from acne...almostttt gone (I've only done 3 treatments thus far...just 3! And the results are in folks). Jen follows specific patterns on my face to ensure each area is fully treated. She even goes above and beyond to educate me on the products that best work for my skin. My favorite part is the photo I take before each treatment; it's amazing to compare your results from the last. Since the start of this microneedling treatment, I haven't had a single cystic acne episode (yes I have minor baby breakouts- thank you PMS- but NOTHING like before- very manageable). And once that wasn't a problem anymore, this third treatment focused on lightening up the old scars. I took a good friend with me to show her what microneedling is during my last appointment and we all agreed how smooth my face was. It has completely changed the texture, minimal pores/lines and I'm elated. But wait, it gets better... LIP FILLER---- I ALSO was interested in doing a little bit of lip filler, but I wanted nothing that was crazy (I have a super conservative family). The day I took my friend for my microneedling appointment, I was talking with Kelly about my next appointment. That's when my gf said "you have lip filler?? I'm so confused- you CANNOT tell. You have a great shape why do you need it" ... I actually had to explain to her that over the past year I've been doing a little bit at a time so that collagen would be stimulated (slowly but surely). After a few months my top lip exists (lol) and it's very very natural looking. Both Dr. Jodee and Dr. Elizabeth talked and listened to me diligently about what it is I wanted and their treatment plan for getting that "look" I desired (again..natural). My gf is nervous as all heck to try it but she's so astonished that she's definitely going to give it a go ( she literally doesn't "believe" in any of that stuff) but hey... the results speak for themselves. All in all where can I help? Lip filler (amazing). Laser hair removal (amazing, I can't wait for summer). And microneedling (game changer for me.) there's so SO much more they offer here. They can address and handle any kind of issue you want to bring to the table. I will never leave no matter how "great" of a place someone recommends to me. They let you try so many products before buying (I've taken home a few samples of facial scrubs, masks, creams...etc) and there's never pressure to buy. Made a saturday consult with Erin. Very happy with her. She didnt push and fully explained. She said she wouldn't be in on a sat for 5 weeks but she'd come earlier for me. I made the appt for 5 weeks. They reiterated that she ould come in early for me. I called 1 week before because i was also told meds could be provided. 3 more times i had to call for the info. In my appt day, Erin was not there. I was told she never works saturdays and they dont know why I was told that. Luckily the only M.D was there and i went ahead with the procedure. During my consultation I was under the impression that I would be paying one sum for three consecutive microneedling sessions. But, after the procedure was done (this was weeks after my consultation and with one of her employees) I was informed that I would need to pay for each individual microneedling procedure. I dont normally write reviews but I feel the need to in this case and I should of wrote this review awhile ago. I came into see Jodee to get botox and to get my lips done. At the time of the visit everything seemed fine for the most part although she wanted to put Voluma in my lips which I had never had before. She explained to me that using Voluma would last longer and would give me a really full look. The next day I noticed that my lower lip had a huge lump on it and it started to concerne me so I scheduled an appointment. Jodee looked at my lip and said the only thing we could do is essentially inject it with some sort of liquid that would dissolve the filler. I had to go through this EXTREMELY painful event two times! One of the times she did it, it was in her storage room in the back of her office because she had a client. I never recieved a call to check in on me she never offered my money back and she never offered a free service. I now live in the bay have an amazing Dr. After I told the Dr what she had put in my lips my Dr told me that Voluma is used for your cheeks to bring volume in your face never to be put in your lips. I would never reccomend this woman to anyone. Beware. read more

My appt was with Dr.Jodee at 10:15 December I have all confirmations via text. I was there on time actually early and they schedule Megan Zimbrick. I've met with jodee and she was great. But meeting with Megan she seems to be in charge or maybe the owner. When I arrived in the room she asked if I was okay with someone watching over, I was fine with that. Asked me if I wanted to reschedule my touch up with the original woman, mind you I have been waiting for this appt! So I told her what we did in the past, but as I was sat down I was given numbing cream but she was asking questions and the cream went all in my mouth.. so I had told her and she got completely short towards me with attitude. Secondly in my past appt the Botox did not even compare to Botox I've had in the past with other companies. Maybe lasted a week or two if that but even then still was not intense at all. I ended up telling her I didn't want to go on with the appt one I was nervous to have someone oersted doing my lips, and secondly I don't want my money going to such unprofessional behavior. read more
