This location does not compare to the Tampa flagships at all. The portions they give here are so much smaller. The staff are not very friendly. The food is still good and standard. But the staff are so stingy on the scoops and don't interact with you very much at all. I go to the New Tampa location weekly and they're so kind, give good portion sizes, and make the atmosphere fun. This location needs some help. Was so excited that a Fresh Kitchen was in the area as they are one my fav go tos for lunch. I wasn't as impressed as to the other locations. I normally get the SIX bowl because I love the options but can't really finish it all and which i normally save it for a later snack. This time i felt like the server gave very small spoonful of each item. Their options were limited. For protein it was 3 types of chicken, tofu and salmon which is like $3 more as an add on for a TINY piece. Their portion size are shrinking in general by a lot. Had to try this place as it's one of my daughter's favorites! It reminded me of the same concept as chipotle! You get in line at and build your own bowl! Although the food options were great and very tasty, they aren't cheap! I spent $20 on one bowl and soft drink. I used to live by this location, literally five minutes from my house. I now live about half hour away. Today I decided to order Uber eats and get a four bowl; the driver went picked up the food & was driving towards my house, was literally five minutes away and then my order was canceled. I then decided to hop in the car and drive half hour to go to the location and get the food since I was craving it. Let's just say that I probably will not return because things have gone downhill since I used to frequent there. The portions are way smaller. They only give you two chicken strips and I do recall getting three before. They barely gave me any steak and it's double the charge for steak. Same thing with the chickpeas, they put one small scoop. The bowl was $17.50. Way too expensive for the amount of food that you are getting. I then went to get a fountain drink and they didn't even have the fountain drink that I wanted that they used to have plus they were out of ice. There was a sign that said sorry we're out of ice but your drink is gonna come out cold. That was a lie because the drink was not cold. INSANE! Came at 1:3pm and when I opened the door I barely fit inside because there was a line snaked around the dining room. Had no idea what I wanted to get, yet the menu was simple. This restaurant is easily located on exit 213 from I-75, so if you are on the road and just need a quick bite, this is a great option. The staff is friendly an very helpful. It was my first time there and they took time to explain the menu and options with a smile. You can choose your base, protein, veggies and sauce. If you choose two of each is $9.99 for a nice bowl. I enjoyed the quinoa, cauli-potato mash, brussels sprouts, mushrooms, almond chicken, and teriyaki chicken with sriracha coconut sauce. I added avocado for an extra charge. Yummy!!! It made my belly very happy!!! All the ingredients were fresh and tasty. For drinks, they have fountain sodas made with natural sugars so no Coca-Cola nor Pepsi products here. Quite enjoyable to say the least. The one thing that helped me a lot is asking for a sample of some things. For example, some of the veggies were a bit spicy or a bit too hard. I wouldn't have known what to get but I know I love the mushrooms. I had poke and tofu and something was spicy but I'm not sure if it was one of those or something else. I have absolutely no idea how they make those mushrooms taste so good! Don't even get me started on the Holy Kale dressing! I always order an extra. There is typically a long line but don't let this discourage you as it moves fast. They also have a selection of cold press juices and gluten free treats but I have not tried those items yet. They use the following symbols beside each menu item for people with food sensitivities "GF Gluten Free * DF Non-Dairy Friendly * SF No Processed Sugar Added * V Vegan Friendly". I have selected the quinoa and glass noodle as my protein. Then move on grilled broccoli and the other veggies. The two meat is the BBQ chicken and lemon chicken. Top with avocado orange. Yum! All flavor is beautiful mixed in the food. Almost every item I have selected is perfectly cooked. It almost like great symphony with invisible joy. Like the food here.
