If I could give a zero, I absolutely would. DO NOT EAT HERE. Stupid ass lady charged me extra things I did not order and then still had the audacity to claim they charge extra for sweet and sour sauce for the pork that is supposed to some with it and the little container was less than half way full. Nowhere in the store does it say they charge extra. I asked her multiple times and she rudely said, "We don't need a sign, not like you can read it anyways," because I speak Spanish and English. She threw money at my father as well. Not only was the customer service atrocious, the food was disgusting. It was either over cooked or undercooked. The pork was raw and the rice and chow mein was falling apart as I picked it up with my fork. Absolutely regret giving these ass wipes service. Fix your customer service and food. read more

The Food is good but honestly the cashier lady is a total snob. She gets upset when you ask for condiments. She has a major attitude problem. Great food at a great price, portion size is nice. The service is excellent and the servers are always friendly. I usually order a chicken bowl with steamed rice and veggies, which is just enough. The pepper chicken and orange chicken are also favorites. The shrimp fried rice is also really good, you may have to wait since it's made to order, but, it's definitely worth waiting for. read more

Ok fast Chinese food. I would rather order out from Golden Gate, but this place is good if your in the area. They are really stingy on the sauces. They will charge you for each extra sauce you want. They are best known for their Teriyaki Chicken & for a reason it's delicious. We have our office across the street so we frequent this place a lot. They have Shrimp Fried Rice and it is so good. this place has horrile customer service and is too pricey for chinese food, the online prices are different from what it is in the store, so if you go by the online it is about $3 more above that, you can almost go to a sit down restaraunt. I've been coming here for several years now because the food is really good. However on Saturday Feb 24, 2018 at around 8:00 pm, the girl serving my food with the reddish or pink hair (I don't know her name because she didn't have a name tag) was a really lazy and unprofessional employee. I had ordered teriyaki chicken then she asked if I would like the sauce on top or on the side so mentioned I wanted it on the side then she replied with "we don't give sauce on the side" so I obviously settled with taking the sauce on top rather than no sauce. When it came to paying, I asked for a large drink and my total came up to $10.24 so I handed her $15 and she says "you don't want to take a medium drink instead it'll be $10 even". At this point I just wanted to pay and get out of this place because of how annoyed I was from the unprofessionalism that was taking place at the moment. I'm a person who eats out often and I've never given out a bad review like this one because I don't like to complain. This is just unacceptable behavior in a business setting that serves customers who come in and expect to get good service and satisfy their needs. read more

Horrible service today. I been here a few times and it was never this bad. From the moment I walked in they didn't even acknowledge me. Then girl that was serving looked at me in a bad way and told other lady to lock door. Waited 15 mins until I just gave up and left. Never coming back again. So sad and other customers where getting told only options they had where only 3 items. I guess they didn't even want to bother to cook more. Owners should see what employees are doing. This place was terrible. The orange chicken did not have any chicken inside the breading. The rice was stale and all the rest of the food looked old and nasty. We were all sick all night and the next day. I will never eat there again. The price of one cup of soup was the same price as a 2 entree meal. Over $6! The egg rolls were soggy and tasteless. Food is bland. The server picked through the food and decided which small pieces to give me. I found that rude since usually food is jus put on the plate and not picked through. (Goto LA and pick over someones plate, deciding what pieces to give them, and FIND OUT). Soda cooler was broken and no discount on the hot sodas in the cooler. Over all not that great.
