    2 Scoops Protein Bowl
    Allie G.

Freshe Poke has become one of my go-to's for lunch. When I'm in a rush, I typically place a pickup order through Uber Eats, but I do think it's slightly cheaper to order directly from the store. They have signature poke bowls and the option to build your own with 1, 2, or 3 scoops of protein. I usually build my own with 2 scoops, and find this pretty filling. Service is fast and there is plenty of indoor seating available. My only issue with Freshe Poke is that they're a little inconsistent. They sometimes forget ingredients in pickup orders, such as the sauces. The portions of certain ingredients can also vary, especially when it comes to the rice/greens in the base - sometimes they add more, sometimes less. Otherwise though, Freshe Poke is a good option for a healthy lunch. Will continue to return!

For starters, there is always ample parking. There's never line therefore the service is quick. I've had the boba teas and the bowls several times. Very lowkey place. Check it out!

We had a great experience with the poke bowl and tea! We built our own and loved the bowl. Huge portions and all of the ingredients were delicious. The decor was very light & bright. Very clean inside. The tiger tea was incredible! So good! Hubs got the tiger coffee and loved it too.

Visiting my sister in Columbia this weekend and we stopped in to have a Poke bowl. So many options, staff was friendly and bowl was a nice portion. If you're in the area and like Poke, you definitely have to try this place.

I absolutely love Freshe Poke! And normally when I'm craving it, I normally stick with location near my job however, today I was in this area so I stop in to the store. Firstly, I am a bariatric patient, so it is literally impossible for me to consume a regular bowl. Actually, it is impossible for me to consume a kids meal but that is my only other option for me to explain that I am a bariatric patient but to be blatantly told no I could not get a kids meal because there was not a child with me is extremely embarrassing to have to pitch why I should be allowed to get a kids meal when there are other customers in the store. If bariatric patients are not allowed to get a kids meal, please add a bariatric friendly option to your menu. This is a healthier approach to absolutely tasty food and you will get lots of bariatric patients, yes they did eventually allow me to get the kids meal and it was absolutely delicious 10 out of 10 but sadly it appears that I ruined the young girl with short curly black hair day. Thank you for an absolutely delicious dinner however, it would've taste a lot better with the lack of embarrassment.

This place is incredible!! Had the best bowl for takeout and I can't stop thinking about it now. Highly highly recommend

Poke salad with volcano fire sauce (it's just a little spicy but more on the sweet and savory side) and mango black tea

Delicious and very fresh. There is a great variety of items to put into your poke bowl/salad/burrito. My favorite are the crab salad and seaweed salad, which I get on the side for free. I love all the sauces. The drinks are fantastic. My favorite is the mango black tea. I like the loyalty program as well. There are large tables to eat from, and it's a very clean and nice place to bring a group who is open to trying new things. The only thing I'm not crazy about is the boba drinks. To me, it's a little bland. But my daughter likes it. Overall, I'd recommend it as a healthy and yummy place to eat. The parking is free.

I have mixed feelings…read more I ordered a ramen soup with pork. It tasted 'ok'. Not the worst I've had, not the best. I was happy to try it though. What I didn't really like was their policy of charging money for tap water. You don't expect this in America. I went to their soda machine to get some water, thinking there would be some cheap $0.01 plastic cups, and that's when I saw a sign saying you have to pay for water. NOT what I expected after ordering and paying for a ramen soup. I asked if there was any way to get a free cup of water, thinking maybe they kept the cups behind the counter, and they said no, you have to buy a cup for the tap water. In my mind, if you have to nickle and dime us $0.50 for tap water, you're doing things wrong as a business. Charge what you have to so people don't have to ask about paying money for tap water and you don't have to put up stupid signs saying you have to pay for water. I mean, come on. That looks SO PETTY and CHEAP! This place was so low life, they even had signs saying don't sit down until you order something taped on the walls all around the restaurant. That really made it look cheap. Where am I, China? Pakistan? Didn't feel like Japan... and certainly didn't feel like America. I didn't try to use the restroom. I don't know if they charge a fee for that... or the toilet paper... I think we as a society need to strongly push back against this type of 'fee' trend in restaurants. Yea, it's their business and they can run it the way they want, but I can also give a poor review and not come back. Your choice. I would of tipped the worker $3-4 based on service. Instead I was charged $0.50 and won't come back.

Service was quick, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming--especially thanks to the owner, who is absolutely adorable and always greets guests with a big smile. The steamed egg is one of my favorite sides. We also tried the crispy tofu appetizer and the popcorn chicken rice bowl. The tofu was super crispy and flavorful, though the popcorn chicken could use a touch more seasoning. To top it all off, I had a green tea with boba, and the boba was cooked perfectly as always--soft and chewy with just the right texture. I live in Columbus and haven't had the options like CO has. We shared a green papaya salad, and it was delicious! I would eat an entire bowl by myself. Don't forget to tear up the basil - it completes the flavor! We got the Lotus, Lemon, Firecracker, Sesame and Pork Belly sushi rolls. That is the order I would rank the rolls in flavor. It is a shame if anyone uses shoyu (sou sauce) or even wasabi when eating these rolls. The lotus has a rice paper wrap (for those who don't like seaweed) and an aioli on top that was so refreshing and flavorful. The lemon was honestly a very close second - maybe even a tie for first. I don't normally like salmon but it was so fresh and the lemon slice was refreshing and clean!

My son and I were greeted by our server soon upon arriving to our table. We came to dinner around 8pm on a Monday night, so the dining room wasn't very busy. Our server was polite and took our order at our pace with no issues. We like to stagger our orders when we go out to eat. That way, we're enjoying every plate we share that comes out without a rush. We ordered the Salmon Carpaccio to start, but then their Yellowtail Jalapeño came out to our table instead. It was disappointing to see, but then our server came out shortly and apologized. She also made sure to make our appetizer "on the house" for our troubles. This is a gesture I appreciate coming from one service industry gal to another; very professional and hard to find these days. Once the Salmon Carpaccio came out, we were very pleased with it and loved the notes of lemon zest and oil on the salmon sashimi. Next, we were eager to try something new so we asked about the "pressed sushi," on the menu and went with the salmon avocado sushi stack. To be honest, it was okay. It was literally salmon, rice and avocado pressed together and cut into little rectangular pieces. I'll give it to our server though because did tell us that's exactly what it was. Then we ordered the pan fried gyoza dumplings and the Cambodian Roll. The dumplings were disappointing. The flavor was just okay and it felt overpriced. I just know I could get those same dumplings elsewhere for cheaper, or that I would have better luck buying frozen gyoza dumplings and making them myself at home. However, the Cambodian roll was absolutely delicious! Bravo to whoever invented it! All of those flavors, textures and temperatures came together beautifully. It was unique and very satisfying. Lastly, we finished with an ube cheesecake for dessert and it was a perfectly balanced ending to our meal.
