I love this place. Fast service and great options for all dietary restrictions. Ingredients are so fresh and I've never been disappointed here.

This location is conveniently located off of huger Street. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful decorated and extremely clean! The bar had many options and beautiful bright colored veggie options toppings. The staff was nice and accommodating and allow me to get a smaller portion due to being a bariatric patient. Everything was extremely fresh and flavorful I will definitely be back!

This place exceeded all my expectations! Portions were appropriate for what you pay. Ingredients were fresh and they have MANY options. I built my own bowl, customizing with half brow rice and half greens. You have the option of mixing protein options. The only upgrades you pay for I believe are avocado and crab stick. They don't overkill on the sauce (yay!) because sometimes the end of the bowl feels drenched in sauce if you go elsewhere. I loved the interior. Very clean with bright natural light. Only downfall is paying for parking during business hours.

How I ordered: Sushi rice, 2 scoops of salmon, corn, cilantro, crab salad, edamame, avocado, sesame seeds. Side of ginger.

Quite possibly the best Poké bowl of ever eaten. How I ordered: Sushi rice, 2 scoops of salmon, corn, cilantro, crab salad (they have a complementary scoop), edamame, avocado, sesame seeds. Side of ginger. I got a soy, eel, Sriracha based mixed sauce that they have, and it was really good.

Awesome food! I had the ahi tuna poke burrito and it did not disappoint. The burrito was packed full and bursting through the seaweed burrito wrap. Prices were very fair as well. Highly recommend!

Extensive poke options and a nice little drink bar too!

Other than some questionable add'l charge for Sriracha as a sauce, it was a great experience and great bowl of poke. Loved the fruit teas too!

The poke trend hit hard in Miami. Maybe too hard, because I quickly got over it. That being said, a couple of bites into my bowl at Freshe Poke had me back on the poke train! This is a build-your-own bowl shop with so many different choices. If you're not into making decisions, they also have a bunch of preset combos you can order from the get go. I went with a sushi rice bowl with half tuna and half salmon. From there, I topped it with everything from avocado and diced jalapeño, to seaweed salad and tempura flakes. For sauce, I went with the volcano fire which wasn't as spicy as it may sound. I'm not sure how I did it, but it all came together perfectly. Everything tasted so fresh and it was quite filling! You can see a full range of menu choices on their website, and even order online. Everyone working there was super friendly. I also love the general vibe of the shop. The bright and clean exterior is both calming and welcoming. To top it off, get 10% off a poke bowl when you check in on Yelp!

Haha, I didn't intend to take a photo of an employee mopping the floor, but that sort of worked out perfectly, since my primary impression of this place relates to an overwhelming smell of chemical cleansing product. I thought about turning around and leaving upon entering, but hunger suppressed that urge. Ultimately, I can't really remember much about my meal, but vividly recall feeling a little nauseous inside the restaurant because of all the chemicals. It's possible this is not a regular issue here, and it's possible I'm particularly sensitive to air quality (I am), but this was a very unusual experience, and one I'd rather not chance to repeat.

Came here for a light dinner. The location was easy but the parking was tricky to me because they have metered parking right outside. I ended up parking in the lot behind and hoping for the best. Like other restaurants of this type it's easy to get the ingredients into whatever overall dish you want to eat. I went for the chicken as my protein and regular brown rice. Huge assortment of toppings and they even have crushed Cheetos! I can highly recommend eating here!

I have mixed feelings…read more I ordered a ramen soup with pork. It tasted 'ok'. Not the worst I've had, not the best. I was happy to try it though. What I didn't really like was their policy of charging money for tap water. You don't expect this in America. I went to their soda machine to get some water, thinking there would be some cheap $0.01 plastic cups, and that's when I saw a sign saying you have to pay for water. NOT what I expected after ordering and paying for a ramen soup. I asked if there was any way to get a free cup of water, thinking maybe they kept the cups behind the counter, and they said no, you have to buy a cup for the tap water. In my mind, if you have to nickle and dime us $0.50 for tap water, you're doing things wrong as a business. Charge what you have to so people don't have to ask about paying money for tap water and you don't have to put up stupid signs saying you have to pay for water. I mean, come on. That looks SO PETTY and CHEAP! This place was so low life, they even had signs saying don't sit down until you order something taped on the walls all around the restaurant. That really made it look cheap. Where am I, China? Pakistan? Didn't feel like Japan... and certainly didn't feel like America. I didn't try to use the restroom. I don't know if they charge a fee for that... or the toilet paper... I think we as a society need to strongly push back against this type of 'fee' trend in restaurants. Yea, it's their business and they can run it the way they want, but I can also give a poor review and not come back. Your choice. I would of tipped the worker $3-4 based on service. Instead I was charged $0.50 and won't come back.

Service was quick, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming--especially thanks to the owner, who is absolutely adorable and always greets guests with a big smile. I ordered the unagi rice bowl, and it was amazing. The eel was cooked perfectly--tender with just the right amount of char--and the sauce had a great balance of sweet and savory. The steamed egg is one of my favorite sides. We also tried the crispy tofu appetizer and the popcorn chicken rice bowl. The tofu was super crispy and flavorful, though the popcorn chicken could use a touch more seasoning. To top it all off, I had a green tea with boba, and the boba was cooked perfectly as always--soft and chewy with just the right texture. Highly recommend JJ's for a cozy lunch with delicious food and friendly service!

I live in Columbus and haven't had the options like CO has. We shared a green papaya salad, and it was delicious! I would eat an entire bowl by myself. Don't forget to tear up the basil - it completes the flavor! We got the Lotus, Lemon, Firecracker, Sesame and Pork Belly sushi rolls. That is the order I would rank the rolls in flavor. It is a shame if anyone uses shoyu (sou sauce) or even wasabi when eating these rolls. The lotus has a rice paper wrap (for those who don't like seaweed) and an aioli on top that was so refreshing and flavorful. The lemon was honestly a very close second - maybe even a tie for first. I don't normally like salmon but it was so fresh and the lemon slice was refreshing and clean!

My son and I were greeted by our server soon upon arriving to our table. We came to dinner around 8pm on a Monday night, so the dining room wasn't very busy. Our server was polite and took our order at our pace with no issues. We like to stagger our orders when we go out to eat. That way, we're enjoying every plate we share that comes out without a rush. We ordered the Salmon Carpaccio to start, but then their Yellowtail Jalapeño came out to our table instead. It was disappointing to see, but then our server came out shortly and apologized. She also made sure to make our appetizer "on the house" for our troubles. This is a gesture I appreciate coming from one service industry gal to another; very professional and hard to find these days. Once the Salmon Carpaccio came out, we were very pleased with it and loved the notes of lemon zest and oil on the salmon sashimi. Next, we were eager to try something new so we asked about the "pressed sushi," on the menu and went with the salmon avocado sushi stack. To be honest, it was okay. It was literally salmon, rice and avocado pressed together and cut into little rectangular pieces. I'll give it to our server though because did tell us that's exactly what it was. Then we ordered the pan fried gyoza dumplings and the Cambodian Roll. The dumplings were disappointing. The flavor was just okay and it felt overpriced. I just know I could get those same dumplings elsewhere for cheaper, or that I would have better luck buying frozen gyoza dumplings and making them myself at home. However, the Cambodian roll was absolutely delicious! Bravo to whoever invented it! All of those flavors, textures and temperatures came together beautifully. It was unique and very satisfying. Lastly, we finished with an ube cheesecake for dessert and it was a perfectly balanced ending to our meal.
