We stopped in for a late lunch after flying into Dallas. They were busy but not packed and they moved the line along and the food came out quickly. The fries were cooked just right with Parmesan cheese on top. Sandwiches were big and made fresh.

The food here is amazing. They have lots of fresh options, and everything is made to order. My favorite things to order is the veggie panini (it's an off-menu item you can ask for) and the renegade. Their salads are also excellent. I have tried the sunshine and the orchard and both have excellent flavors that meld together and really deliver. The side salad looks small if you order the half but when you take it out of the bowl and put it on a plate you realize it's a good size, it's just packed really tightly in that little cup. There is no kids menu. They could offer half sandwiches that are cut into quarters with a carrot and Raisen salad or even a salad 1/2 the size of a side salad, for a reasonable price. It could even be printed on a little piece of paper and not on the main menu. But they don't have it. They do have a grilled cheese that tastes adequate and has great grill marks, but it's $8! And twice the size of what a kid would need to eat. It would be so easy to make a great little kids menu. The first few times I came there were no booster seats, but they have since purchased one and my son ate very happily today. Thank you for doing that :)

I came across this place while searching for a quick spot to meet my daughter near her new job. The…read morevibe of this restaurant is really cool and laid back. But perhaps maybe a little too laid-back for a quick work lunch. LOL. It took our waitress a while to check in on the 3 of us. My daughter had arrived first and when we got there, there was already three waters on the table, but I wanted to order a drink and we had to hustle since my daughter was on her lunch break. By the time the waitress showed back up from her initial visit with my daughter, we were all ready to order our food. Luckily it didn't take too long for the food to come. My daughter and I shared the chipotle pork tenderloin. We were torn between the tenderloin, fried chicken thighs, and blackened redfish étouffée. Unfortunately, they were out of the étouffée, so the waitress suggested that between the chicken thighs and the tenderloin, that the tenderloin would be the best choice. And it was AMAZING! I'm not much of a pork tenderloin person, but it was fantastic. Very tender. Very flavorful. My son had the toasted Cuban sandwich and he said it was very good. I also got a cocktail called the Blackberry battery and it was amazing. I almost got the old-fashioned, but decided on the blackberry battery because of the description mentioned it had muddled blackberries. Their dessert choices looked amazing particularly the Keylime dessert. Unfortunately, my daughter had to head back to work, so she wasn't able to stick around for dessert. As it turned out, that was probably for the best! I told the waitress I wanted to order the Keylime dessert and she said they didn't have it so I wasn't gonna get anything but my son insisted that we get the ice cream puff dessert. And although they ended up being fairly decent, it was the 20 minutes to get the dessert that was a problem. The waitress said twice that our dessert would be out soon but it took 20 minutes for it to finally come out. Luckily my son and I didn't have any additional plans and so we weren't in a rush, but this could be a major issue for someone who was trying to get back to work. I definitely would consider going back because the food/drinks were wonderful!

My husband and I started off by splitting the Wagyu Pigs in a Blanket which were good but I wouldn't order again. It just didn't seem to be anything over the top special so I would rather order something else as an app. My husband ordered the fried chicken and I got the Crispy Chicken Katsu. Both were delicious and I would definitely recommend trying both! The Katsu came with a spicy mayo that made the sandwich perfect! The fried chicken is massive so definitely share that or go home with left overs. We'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!

I'll start with a positive -- the appetizers were actually quite good. The deviled eggs, dragon…read moreroll, and pigs in a blanket were all tasty, and that's honestly the highlight of our visit. Unfortunately, everything else was a struggle from the moment we walked in. We didn't have reservations, but eventually found seats at the bar. Given how busy the place was, we figured the bar would mean faster, more attentive service. We were very wrong. We ordered two beers, a non-alcoholic drink, and three appetizers. The drinks arrived, and the appetizers followed about 10 minutes later -- fine so far. But there were no utensils. We had to ask for them, and we asked for plates as well, which never came. The empty dishes from our appetizers sat in front of us for a solid hour with no one clearing them. The bartender who took our order never once checked on us. With 3-4 people working behind the bar, only one server approached us during the entire 40-minute wait between appetizers and dinner to ask if we needed anything. The bartender told us twice that our food was "coming out shortly" -- and still, 40 minutes passed. When dinner finally arrived, my order was wrong. I ordered the Mongolian Short Rib, listed clearly under the Entree section of the menu. The bartender claimed I had ordered off a "happy hour" menu -- one I never saw or was told about -- and had swapped it for BBQ Pork Ribs without saying a word. Knowing a replacement could take another hour, my friend swapped plates with me and took the ribs. He had ordered the steak frites, which, for a rare steak, should have taken no more than 5-6 minutes to prepare. The third entree, fish and chips, was just okay -- a bit soggy and not particularly fresh. To top it all off, after everything we dealt with, the bartender never asked how our meal was or if we needed anything else. The food has potential, but the service was inattentive, disorganized, and frankly unacceptable for a busy restaurant that should know better.
