EXPERIENCE: I dropped by on a Saturday around 11:30am. Not busy just us and someone else with their child. The person was on FaceTime having a whole conversation the entire time we sat there to eat our lunch. They were very loud and so was the person they were talking to. Then someone from the kitchen sat with them to eat so it had to be someone close to the staff. Extremely rude to have a loud conversation while your customers are trying to enjoy their food. The dining room is spacious and nice but they bring your meal out in take out containers. They also give you plastic utensils. I wouldn't mind this so much if the broccoli/veggies were cooked longer. The broccoli was so hard my mom couldn't pick up the broccoli with the spork provided. Not only were they hard but they weren't cut so we couldn't scoop them up either because they were so big. You're better off getting your food to go and eating at home with your own utensils. FOOD: The portion sizes are great. I ordered from the all day combo special and it was enough for two. Drinks are canned/bottled and water is available too. No zero sugar soda available which was a bummer but at least they have water. I had the Hunan chicken. The flavor of the food was fantastic but the broccoli and bell pepper needed to be cooked more. And I usually like my broccoli to have crunch but they were barely steamed lol Chicken broccoli had great flavor too. They do have a buffet option during the week but again you pick a container size and that's how you choose how much food you get. I think that may be the "From the bar" on the front of their menu. I will order again for take out/delivery but ask for my veggies to be cooked longer. I asked the cashier if they could do that and she said yes. I wouldn't dine in unless they have better utensils and plateware.

Nothing like the picture or description on the website. Good portion, so not good taste, threw most away.

We got the chicken and Broccoli , orange chicken with fried rice, chicken on a stick, spare ribs and an egg roll and everything was really good! The chicken on a stick was the best! Portion sizes are really big! Great for a family to share a dish. Everything nice and hot and fresh and perfectly cooked! Highly recommend trying!

Every community should have a restaurant like this. Broad traditional menu. Clean. Big portions. Good service and good value.

Large servings and fast service. Not much for ambience but location is a big plus. No limit fortune cookies!

We also appreciated the manager acknowledging the long wait and missing food and drinks by sending over complimentary dessert. Unfortunately, our experience with Taylor was disappointing. She spent the majority of the night standing against the wall and came across as rude and passive-aggressive, especially as we were preparing to leave. This was a noticeable contrast to Ozzy and Terrance's hospitality. The "Cowgirl Dinner" was enjoyable, but the service issues were disappointing, especially as returning guests. Overall, we appreciate the team members who made an effort and hope management addresses the concerns regarding Taylor's attitude.

To start, we sat waiting for several minutes without being greeted or even acknowledged. Finally, my brother-in-law had to proactively ask a passing staff member if she knew who our waiter was. It turned out to be Haley (as identified on our receipt, since she never actually bothered to introduce herself to us). She confirmed she was our server, but offered no apology whatsoever for leaving us waiting. Not sure what brought on such a cold and dismissive demeanor, but it really set a disappointing tone for the meal. The service bottlenecks didn't stop there. We ordered just two simple drinks--a brut rosé and a vodka soda--and it took an unacceptably long time for them to arrive. It wasn't as if the place was packed, either. There were a few big tops, but otherwise, the restaurant was manageable. It seemed like they were struggling behind the bar, as there was only one bartender on duty. Management really needs to invest in training up their staff to provide a better overall experience. Whether it's learning how to leave a bad attitude at home, introducing yourself to your tables, or cross-training staff so they can jump in and help each other out during a rush, some serious operational and hospitality improvements are needed. The kitchen is doing a decent job, but front-of-house training is desperately needed before we'll consider coming back.
