[[HIGHLIGHT]]I recently purchased an RDX from Fresno Acura and had an outstanding experience from start to finish.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The salesman, Jared, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicle's features and made the entire process completely pressure-free.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]He took the time to answer questions, explain options, and even helped coordinate several accessories and aftermarket additions for the vehicle.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One of those additions was window tinting performed by a third-party vendor after the purchase. While the tint itself turned out great, the vendor unfortunately left some stains around the perimeter of the sunroof that I didn't notice until a few days later. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I contacted Jared, he immediately put me in touch with the service department to get the issue resolved.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service Supervisor Daniel and Matthew responded quickly and had their detailing team work on the problem right away.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They made significant improvements, but ultimately lacked the specialized equipment needed to completely remove the stains. Rather than stopping there, Daniel continued working with the vendor and arranged for a professional detailer to take another look. The detailer did an excellent job, and when I got the vehicle back there was absolutely no trace of the staining. I've always believed that businesses shouldn't be judged by whether problems occur--they should be judged by how they resolve them. Fresno Acura's team handled the situation professionally, promptly, and completely. In my opinion, they resolved it perfectly. Fresno Acura has one of the best sales and service teams I've encountered. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle and would not hesitate to do business with them again. read more

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Marvin was the associate assigned to me, but apparently since Fresno Acura couldn't figure out the issue, he thought best to avoid all my calls[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. It has now been 3 months, and I still have not received our GAP cancellation refund, even though Acura Care has already processed the cancellation. We purchased our vehicle in Nov2025. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It took an entire week just to reach someone in the finance department, after escalating the issue to the store manager.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]At that time, we were assured that the cancellation paperwork would be submitted to Acura Care as promised.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After waiting one month with no response, I contacted Acura Care directly and was informed that they had never received the cancellation request from the dealership.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]As a result, I had to submit the documents myself.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] One month later, Acura Care confirmed that the cancellation had been processed and sent back to the dealership. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After waiting another month without receiving a check or any communication, I contacted the dealership again and was told the refund check would be mailed the following week.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As of today, I still have not received it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I followed up again with the finance department, I was told that no one could check the status of the refund except the individual who processed it, and she had already left for the day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] At this point, what was initially quoted as a 4-6 week process has now extended to three months, with no refund received and no clear update on its status. read more

Meh. On the fence. The service was good. I just wanted two services done, nothing else. Combined they were 250, but they charged me an additional almost 300 dollars for a diagnostic I didn't ask for or approve. It was quoted with my price, but they worked the amount into one of the services. I find this practice shady. If I want service x and service y, I don't want to pay for anything else. It's the equivalent of charging me for something I didn't even ask for nor wanted but you're gonna do it anyway. When I asked them for the quote for the two things, they literally laid it out as though that was all I was getting. Be more transparent with what and how you are charging. I'm updating my review because of the hassle it has been trying to get an issue fixed. I will start off with the staff are always nice. I don't have any issues with them...I just wish their communication was better. Long story short I had and still have issues with my sunroof in my car. The first time I went in they made an attempt to fix it. The issue wasn't resolved and I had to take it back. They took a few weeks due to the replacement sunroof coming in with broken rails or something along those lines. They had to wait for another replacement. I won't mention names because I don't want to talk bad about the employees but my service advisor told me the car would be ready by a certain date. I went in and the car wasn't done yet. His communication sucks to be honest. I live an hour and a half away so it was not a good experience however the service manager made it right. I picked up my car and after a few days the switches for the sunroof stopped working properly. I told my service advisor to let me know when they get a loaner car so they can repair my sunroof. A month went by and I called and he said "we haven't called you because all of our loaners have been out due to part shortages." I understood and waited for his call. Fast forward 2 months later (last week) I called and tried talking to him and he wouldn't return any of my calls. At one point I called 4 times in a day and never received a call back. I didn't feel like a priority to him so I just scheduled an appointment with a random advisor. I went in and they had a loaner thankfully. I was given the loaner with 52 miles to empty. My advisor told me they won't have time to take a look at it that day and considering they took weeks last time, I ran with that information and filled up the loaner car with gas since I live so far. A few hours later I get a call that same day that it was done. No communication on the time other than "we won't have time to look at it today". So I wasted money on gas filling it up HOWEVER the service manager once again made it right. 2 days later and this is how my sunroof is. My shade is also falling off on the right side. It's so frustrating to pay so much for a car just for them to not care about the quality of work they do. Now I need to get Acura involved and go to a different dealer with this issue because I don't seem to have any luck here. Also, my switches are acting up again and now I can't listen to music on Apple CarPlay without making a phone call first. I really enjoy their work for routine maintenance because they do a great job but as far as warranty...getting your car back like this...cmon now. Does nobody double check their work these days?! I came in to price hunt and trade and had a car in mind. They worked with me and I was finished and drove home in my New ride in 2 hours!! The product is outstanding but the people sold me! We brought in our 2023 MDX for an A1 service and when we got it back it drove like a totally different car. Wheels were not balanced. My wife is so upset that we don't even want to bring it back in even though the service is complimentary for two years we are going to take it elsewhere. I am also very disappointed in my experience and the service from Louis that I received on my TLX with miscommunication after miscommunication and lack of follow up. My vehicle had incorrect tires placed on it and the price I agreed to over the phone with Louis was not the price I was charged. We have lost what little trust I have in the service department. Another long standing issue we have is we were overcharged by $250 plus for the black ops package. The overall quality of the vinyl wrapping was maybe a 6/10. We had to bring it in twice to be adjusted. Our "X" emblem also fell off within 6 months of having the car. There has been zero sense of urgency in correcting the overcharge and I even emailed the general manager Clint on 4/18 and to this date have not received any correspondence or communication from him. Our experience certainly has not been exceptional and gratifying like Fresno Acura strives for. read more

As a standard I have a distrust of dealerships and repair shops because I assume they are sneaky con men. Time and time again the staff here have proven themselves. The sales team is very low pressure and chill even if you decide not to buy. The service writers / service department are really good people and laid back. I never feel pressured to getting work done. Every time The service team recommends service being done, I verify it's necessity with a family member who is a mechanic elsewhere. I can only speak for my experience. My wife and I were looking for tires and last minute decided to price them out with Acura of Fresno. Long story short they got us in as a non-appointment, replace our tires, alignment, and addressed couple concerns we had with the old tires. I would not suggest dealing with Fresno Acura on servicing your vehicle or recall service. I have had multiple bad experiences and felt I had to finally share. My first bad experience was that I was forced to pay for services under factory warranty, as they stated items had to be completed first before they could diagnose the problem. The item ended up being a warranty problem, but mandated I paid for a transmission service as they had to drain and fill the fluid to rule that out. The defect was in the computer that was covered by factory warranty, was still forced to pay for unauthorized transmission service as they misdiagnosed the problem. (SUV had 48k miles). After all this, they lost my keys and it took 7 hrs to find them. Terrible!! My second compliant is from today. My wife took her car in for a recall that will require multiple days to repair. She was offered a Nissan Sentra as a rental to replace her 2019 MDX. [[HIGHLIGHT]]After dealing with the service team and management, they weren't concerned that this rental car cannot hold my family.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I had to pull my car from service and am trying to see my options. In short, I'm extremely disappointed in the behavior from the service department. Very unethical! Most of the negative reviews for Fresno Acura have to do with unethical attempts to upcharge. The story: I had a leaky tire that needed repair but I didn't have the key to the wheel locks so I had to stop by the service department to buy the key. While I was there, the service department looked at my tire and told me my leak was caused by unrepairable damage on the inside sidewall and I needed a whole new tire. They also suggested all my tires needed replacing soon due to low tread levels. The issue I had with their findings is that before I took the car in, I had found the hole myself at home by spraying the tire with soap water and saw bubbles coming from the treads, not the sidewall. Additionally my tires only had about 15k miles on them so suggesting replacements seemed premature. So, I just told the dealership I'd take the car and have it repaired elsewhere. I took car to a large chain tire shop. I did not tell the tire shop any of the story that had just occurred but merely said I had a leak. They patched my tire quickly and free of charge. No sidewall damage anywhere to be found. I told them I was looking to possibly get new tires. They said I was good for now but to give them a call next year since that would be more about the time I would need tires. They said the free patch was a good faith gesture for future business with them. Boom. That's how ethical business should be done! Take notes Fresno Acura! read more

Came here to Fresno to visit my newborn nephew. Had a bad battery. Called them and they answered fairly quickly. My dealership didn't even pick up at the service department and I tried calling them multiple times. Pulled up into the service area and Daniel came out of the shop and greeted me right away. He also got my car inspected and tested my battery. Battery had gone bad, so he replaced it. My car was still under warranty so it was free. Took me no longer than maybe half an hour until I was out the door and back on the road. Wish they were out in Vegas. read more

I give this dealership a 2 out of 5 stars. Honestly I should've figured most dealerships just try to get your moneys worth but this case it was ridiculous. We had an appointment for a diagnostic we gave us a price which was 250 for specially the diagnostic and anything else will cost more which I was aware about we left the car our assistant told us it'll take over night to make sure everything was okay , so we go back home like nothing thinking everyhing is cool and we get a call from Acura saying that they couldn't do the diagnostic because the battery we had "over charged the alternator and we have to replace it to proceed with the diagnostic and that'll cost 1200" so we called that off and said we would just like to pick up the car and take it from there. When we go pick up the car the dealer assistant said it's 250 , 250 for what exactly ? They didn't do the diagnostic they didn't repair anything they didn't maintain anything I was just so baffled that they charged us 250 the price of the diagnostic that I signed consent for just for them to wash down the car and vaccume that's what he said the 250 for. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Honestly I was so disappointed because they really showed that they give no fucks about the customers that literally spent thousands of money on and they still try to get more out of you.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're thinking of getting a diagnostic or anything like that here at Acura, I wouldn't recommend go to a regular shop and they'll charge you for your diagnostic not a rinse of that costed 5 bucks lol read more

Acura made it easy to make an appointment. I came in for 2 recalls and arrived 15 mins late because of personal reasoning and they were so polite and professional about it. Their recommendation was right on track. I appreciate their advise on changing the break pads for my front tires either now or soon. They are very efficient with their protocols on distancing. My experience with Fresno Acura up until my last service appointment has been fine. Although I've never understood why they choose to completely "close" down for lunch. It's obvious that they really do not value their customer's schedule. I scheduled a service visit for my MDX several days ahead, and arrived on time at 9:30. I travel 45 miles to Fresno for my services. I was told this was a two hour service, so I assumed it would be finished at least by the time it "closed" for the 12:00 p.m. lunch closure. At 11:30, my service advisor informed me that it would be taking longer than expected, running into the lunch period. He said it would be finished up by 1:30. Since I live an hour away, I was basically "stranded" and locked up when everything shut down for lunch. Doors were locked and lights were turned off. This is not acceptable Fresno Acura! If you schedule service appointments, then you need to stagger your lunch periods so that they can finish up the jobs they are working on. So, 1:30 came and went, 2:00 came and went, and it was 2:30 p.m. when my 2 hour service was finished! The Fresno Acura service manager may not care, but Fresno Acura owners should care. I will not ever come back or even consider buying another Acura! You've lost my business, but you may want to rethink you're service department "lunch" policy. It is ridiculous and probably will result in losing more customers! read more
