    I'm updating my review because of the hassle it has been trying to get an issue fixed. I will start off with the staff are always nice. I don't have any issues with them...I just wish their communication was better. Long story short I had and still have issues with my sunroof in my car. The first time I went in they made an attempt to fix it. The issue wasn't resolved and I had to take it back. They took a few weeks due to the replacement sunroof coming in with broken rails or something along those lines. They had to wait for another replacement. I won't mention names because I don't want to talk bad about the employees but my service advisor told me the car would be ready by a certain date. I went in and the car wasn't done yet. His communication sucks to be honest. I live an hour and a half away so it was not a good experience however the service manager made it right. I picked up my car and after a few days the switches for the sunroof stopped working properly. I told my service advisor to let me know when they get a loaner car so they can repair my sunroof. A month went by and I called and he said "we haven't called you because all of our loaners have been out due to part shortages." I understood and waited for his call. Fast forward 2 months later (last week) I called and tried talking to him and he wouldn't return any of my calls. At one point I called 4 times in a day and never received a call back. I didn't feel like a priority to him so I just scheduled an appointment with a random advisor. I went in and they had a loaner thankfully. I was given the loaner with 52 miles to empty. My advisor told me they won't have time to take a look at it that day and considering they took weeks last time, I ran with that information and filled up the loaner car with gas since I live so far. A few hours later I get a call that same day that it was done. No communication on the time other than "we won't have time to look at it today". So I wasted money on gas filling it up HOWEVER the service manager once again made it right. 2 days later and this is how my sunroof is. My shade is also falling off on the right side. It's so frustrating to pay so much for a car just for them to not care about the quality of work they do. Now I need to get Acura involved and go to a different dealer with this issue because I don't seem to have any luck here. Also, my switches are acting up again and now I can't listen to music on Apple CarPlay without making a phone call first. I really enjoy their work for routine maintenance because they do a great job but as far as warranty...getting your car back like this...cmon now. Does nobody double check their work these days?! Do better Fresno Acura.

I purchased a used vehicle from them at full sticker price. Despite the car being a few years old with visible imperfections on both the exterior and interior, the sales team refused to negotiate at all. While that was already frustrating, I moved forward because I needed a vehicle immediately. At the time of purchase, I was offered a "complimentary" detail, wax, and polish and was told it would only take a few hours. Based on that, I took the car home and scheduled a follow-up appointment on my day off. When I returned for my 10:00 AM appointment, I was suddenly told the service would take the entire day--completely different from what I was originally promised. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and didn't receive any notice until 4:30 PM that it was ready. That alone showed a clear lack of communication and respect for my time. When I came to pick up my car, no one greeted me or offered assistance. I had to ask for my keys myself, and when they were handed to me, I was given no direction as to where my vehicle was located. I walked around the lot trying to find it, only to realize it wasn't there. I had to go back inside--this time with my fiancé--and ask again, only to be told it was at a completely different building. After finally locating my car, I noticed the floor mats were not properly put back. Even worse, two of my personal USB-C cords were missing. When I addressed this, I was told they would "look for them" and have them ready the next day. I explained that I should not have to drive back from Clovis to retrieve items that never should have been removed. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a worn, used replacement cord--which was completely unacceptable. I was then told their detailer "has a stack of cords" and they would try to find mine, and the manager offered to meet me in Clovis to return it. Then, to make matters worse, I received a voicemail from my salesperson admitting that my vehicle had actually been taken OFF-SITE to another location for the detailing service--without my knowledge or consent. At no point was I informed that my car would be driven elsewhere, nor was I given the opportunity to approve that decision. This raises serious concerns about transparency, accountability, and trust. As a customer, I entrusted them with my vehicle, and they chose to send it somewhere else without even informing me--then attempted to shift responsibility when issues arose. Between the refusal to negotiate, the misleading information, the poor communication, the lack of professionalism, my personal items going missing, and now the discovery that my vehicle was handled off-site without my consent--this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here to think twice.

My experience was one of the most frustrating and expensive experiences I've ever had buying a car. I am sharing this review to help other buyers avoid going through what I did. I purchased a 2017 Corvette with approximately 44,000 miles. Shortly after taking ownership, the vehicle developed serious mechanical issues, including a flashing check engine light, misfires, and drivability problems. I took the car to a Chevrolet dealership for diagnosis and followed their recommendations for repairs. Over the course of the diagnosis and repair process, I spent thousands of dollars replacing components that were believed to be causing the issue. Unfortunately, the problems continued. After further inspection, the Chevrolet dealership determined that the engine had suffered internal damage and recommended a complete engine replacement, with an estimated repair cost of approximately $18,000. When I contacted the selling dealership to explain the situation and provide the diagnostic findings, I was extremely disappointed with how my concerns were handled by the sales manager, Andy Ricardo. Rather than working with me toward a reasonable solution, I was repeatedly reminded that the vehicle had been sold "as is." Communication was frustrating, and I felt that customer service ended the moment the sale was completed. I understand that buying a used vehicle carries risk, and I was fully aware that "as is" means there may not be a warranty. However, I also believe that how a dealership treats customers after a major issue arises says a lot about its integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. In my experience, I did not feel supported or treated fairly throughout this process. If you decide to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I strongly recommend paying for a thorough independent pre-purchase inspection before signing anything. It may save you from an extremely costly mistake. This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope it helps others make a well-informed decision before purchasing a vehicle here.
