    12/31/25 Received in the mail, a safety recall for my car. I called yesterday to make an appointment. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The worker was kind and said I don't need one. Just show up, let them know and they'll check it out. Simple.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Did today and all workers were Great. Kind and welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I left my car after being greeted so they could check it out and went inside to sit bdck until they were finished. Wow!! Only a few minutes and called back. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The worker Bryson was kind.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Come to find out it if in regard to the tire rim design and luckily, my car doesn't have the design that has been recalled. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Just signed out with Bryson that I took got it checked out and left with many good day wishes & a Happy New Year too!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Great service department! Highly recommended!!

    Cmon, $299.00 for a tire? You guys are a rip off, I'm going to Goodguys or Fast Tire. This is a good example of dealerships taking advantage of people and it's amazing how they get away with it. I encourage everyone to shop around before going to the dealership for ANYTHING, there are plenty of automotive repair shops and or tire shops

    [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had the pleasure working with an amazing Sales Rep/Finance Rep named Rachel on 2/6/26 when buying my new 2026 Honda Civic Sport.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]While working with Rachel all my concerns and needs were met.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The amount of knowledge she had about cars, products and financing will blow your mind. I highly recommend going and buying from Honda North.

    This was the car our salesperson was taking us to see. Then actually took us to a BLACK Prologue with scratches. Disappointed.

    Elle scheduled us an appointment with Dia. Dia screened us for the best vehicle for our new driver. He said he had the perfect one for us to check out. He returned with keys for the Salesperson they handed us off to, Art, and proceeded to take us to a BLACK Prologue with scratches. This was disappointing but we were just here to test drive a prologue. Because they were comparable, we didn't complain. We found the "Honda Prologue" ( a Chevy Blazer that was reskinned with Honda logos) to be inadequate. The seats were as hard as a cloth church pew. The view out the rear lacked peripheral clearance because of Chevy's swoopy design language. The drive was unrefined. The floaty suspension will test your sea legs and steer you towards nausea. We followed up by checking out the Civic. We couldn't believe how crappy their top selling car is. After testing a Kia EV6, Hyundai Ioniq5, Nissan Sentra, and several other similar cars, and this was the lowest quality of the bunch. We are talking seating, seating position, quality of interior parts, space utilization, the works. We left knowing a few things. We were happy to have broadened our horizons by giving Honda a try. We were disappointed because we believed that Honda and Toyota had the corner of quality craftsmanship. And we ended up satisfied purchasing an EV6 elsewhere.

    Service Front Desk Customer Service is excellent, mechanics are apparently not good... I will start off by saying that I have had several very positive experiences with the team running the service desk. They have been helpful, understanding, and full of integrity. However... I have had to bring my Civic in three times for the same problem within 15 months. My A/C went out in May of last year, I brought it in and they replaced the condenser and a few other things, taking a few days to do it, only for it to stop working in late August. I have a job where it's difficult for me to take time off, and the weather was easing up so I just lived with it until April of this year when I brought it in again. I was informed that they installed a bad part and they needed to replace it again. Again, taking a few days. I did not pay for anything since it was under warranty. It worked for a while again, only to stop working a few months later in late July. Again, I have difficulty taking time away from my job to go drop off my car for a few days, so I had to live with bad A/C during the hottest month of the year until I could get the time off to bring it in. Which I did today. I made it known in a professional way that I again expected to not pay for anything here since it's the same system they've already worked on twice. I was not mad, but relatively frank by saying that I was not super happy about having to come back for this again. I also was in need of an oil change, so I agreed to have them do that. Again, I want to point out that the front desk team was incredibly supportive and courteous, understanding my irritation and ensuring me of the warranties and that I should be ok from an expense standpoint, which I was. There was a busted seal in the compressor shaft (the same system that they had worked on a few months ago) and I was covered. Now, here's where I have a problem. I have had to return here to fix the same system multiple times. You would think that they would take extra care to make sure everything comes out perfect. So imagine my surprise that same evening when I back out of my driveway and hear a massive grinding sound underneath my car. I come out to find that they had forgot to put all the bolts back in on my splash guard after they changed the oil, and it had gotten folded back on itself under the car and jammed against my driveway, dripping oil in the process. I proceeded to have to get down under the car in my office attire and pound in it until it fit back into place just to be able to put it into drive without risking snapping it. I'm now having to park it outside my house on the curb overnight because I don't want to risk reversing it again. I am a nice guy, and this is my first review ever, despite other negative experiences at other businesses. But the fact that I have had to return multiple times for a repeat issue and then to have this negligence on top of it is extremely disappointing. That I am now having to go back early in the morning on my one day off a week to have them put a handful of bolts back in is unacceptable. Again, I never write reviews, but barring any more issues with my A/C, which I'll keep coming back here until they make it right, I believe that I am now in the market for a new dealer to work on my Hondas. Which I'm sorry to say, because again, the team at the front service desk is great, but I can't keep dealing with ineffective work.

The Cummins diesel oil filter can be tricky, you can only access the filter through the passenger-side fender well. On these trucks, you really have to know what you're doing, right front tire has to be removed to properly access the fender-well opening and extract the oil filter. They handled the entire diesel oil change perfectly. Not a single drop of oil was left on my vehicle, and they also completed the safety checks, including my brakes and other important service items. I take all my vehicles here for automotive repair and maintenance. They are much more than just an oil change shop. They handle brakes, wiper blades, serpentine belts, light bulbs, transmission fluid service, radiator coolant service, spark plugs, tire rotations, rear gear differential fluid, general auto repair, preventive maintenance, and full-service vehicle care. In an ever-changing world where true full-service automotive shops are getting harder to find, Joe and his crew are a shining star of one-stop efficiency. In my opinion, they are the #1 best automotive repair and service shop in Fresno and Clovis. Professional, clean, honest, thorough, and highly recommended for oil changes, diesel service, brakes, maintenance, and general auto repair. These guy are good!

Going to any new automotive place, I am always hesitant and skeptical if the business and employees are going to be honest or are they going to try and take me for all my money? I went to them based on good reviews from Yelp. My experience with them has been nothing but fantastic. The front office staff, the mechanics and even the owner, have been nothing but professional, courteous and honest. Upon diagnosing my vehicle, they gave me different options on repairs and did not try to pressure me in either direction but did give advice on what the best fix would be. They performed the work in a timely manner and just as important.. the cost was fair. If you're looking for a honest place that won't try to screw you over then I strongly recommend this business. I will continue to give them my business!

    Went to Gateway this morning after scheduling an appointment for a brake fluid exchange…read more Receptionist was very nice on the phone. When I brought my car in, I talked to an employee (not sure if it was the owner) who was also really nice and asked me if I was doing this for routine maintenance. I told him I'd recently gotten a brake fluid exchange done at Midas, but at my last oil change at Oil Changers, I was told the brake fluid was "very low." Thinking perhaps Midas shorted me on the brake fluid, I decided to take it to Gateway for a proper brake fluid change. We went out to my car where he checked the brake fluid, saw it was a little low but not too bad, tested it to make sure it was fresh, and told me he would top it off for free. I thanked him, told him I'd come here for mechanic work from now on, and went on my merry way. Though no service was actually performed, I came away from the experience knowing the people here are friendly and honest, and that's enough for me to come back again next time!

I was quoted approximately $1,300 for parts and labor. However, after contacting the dealership, I learned the part cost around $450, while my receipt from Ernie Perez showed a charge of $753 for the part. When I questioned this discrepancy, the response given was, "we have to pay the bill somehow," which I found unprofessional. This matter is not about money but about principles. Due to these unprofessional comments, I will no longer bring my vehicles here for service. I advise others to research carefully before choosing this shop, especially if the bill is significantly higher than expected some time without issues until recently. I encountered a problem with the liftgate on my Jeep and worked with Service Advisor Ernie Perez. I was quoted approximately $1,300 for parts and labor.
