Our host showed us some amazing art in front of the restaurant and introduced us to his beautiful parrot. Once inside our drink order was taken and we were given some small cold cloths to cool down. Nice! The service was perfect. The salsa here is amazing, nothing like we have had elsewhere. Dark, savory and a beautiful smoke flavor. The food was great. From the classic Cesar salad to lobster enchiladas, everyone in our party was pleased. Should I ever come back to Puerto Vallarta, this will be on my list of must returns.
