After briefly looking at an Expedition, I decided I would come back with my husband because there were certain things that didn't work, but overall I really liked the vehicle. When I asked the salesman for a card he refused to give me one and instead said he would text me. I own a Ford Bronco, and my husband is a classic car rebuilder. We brought the vehicle in for a diagnostic after replacing several sensors ourselves, as warning messages continued to appear on the dashboard. The vehicle was dropped off on Saturday; however, based on the activity notifications from my Ford app, it was not even started until Monday, and then again on Tuesday--when I finally received a call with a so-called "diagnosis" that was both inaccurate and misleading. Among their claims, they stated that a rear bolt associated with a recent lift was missing--despite our having already replaced it. I provided proof, including a receipt and screenshot of the part purchased directly through Ford. Interestingly, upon picking up my vehicle, my service advisor casually remarked via text that the bolt had magically reappeared and was now "holding," which only further undermined their credibility. They also suggested replacing the sensors we had just installed, offering to cover them under warranty only if we could prove they were sourced directly from Ford. Since we could not provide that documentation, this was declined--though that was not my primary concern at that point since we can purchase new sensors through ford and replace them ourself. What followed was even more frustrating. I was paying out of pocket for a rental vehicle, and by Tuesday I was ready to retrieve my Bronco. I was then told that my rental could be covered under warranty due to a coolant leak requiring repair, so I agreed to leave the vehicle. By Friday, however, the car had still not been moved since the initial "diagnostic"--something I could clearly verify through the app. When I reached out that morning to confirm whether it would be ready before I had to return my rental on Saturday, I received no response for hours. After attempting to call, I was sent to voicemail, but shortly afterward received a text reassuring me that the vehicle would be ready that day. At 4:30 PM--just 90 minutes before closing--I was notified that my Bronco was ready for pickup. Given that the vehicle had not been started since Tuesday (again, verifiable through my app), I was highly skeptical that any meaningful work, including the claimed water pump replacement, had actually been completed. In fact, they did not even have the decency of laying down plastic mats and all the protocol a professional dealership does when working on one's vehicle. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about the honesty and integrity of this service department. I spent over $250 for a dishonest diagnostic plus car rental fees only for my car to sit idle at the dealership for nearly a week. I strongly advise others to seek service elsewhere. You would think good service would be a priority for a place called "Friendly" Ford but my experience with the service department was less than stellar. This location had more availability than the Centennial location (see separate review), but things got off on the wrong foot when they immediately started protesting that it was over ten years old and I didn't have an extended warranty, and they had to talk to a manager before they would even let me drop it off WITH AN APPOINTMENT. This gave off the vibe that they didn't really want to work with me in the first place. After all that (making an appointment, dropping off at opening), they said they "might" get to it that day. They had my car for five days (including over a weekend) and did not give off the impression that there was any sense of urgency to complete the job. On top of that, when we did pick up the car, we overheard another staff member talking about how they have a relationship with Hertz so you can rent a car for $35/day while yours is being serviced - this is something I would have taken advantage of had anyone told ME. Had to turn in our car for a recall on Monday, they promised to have it done by Tuesday. Never did. Our family depends on our 2nd car and they simply do not care to be timely in recalls THEY called in for nor communicate. It's been 4 days and they still keep lying about when it'll be done. They even refuse to give us a rental even tho this is their faults. Horrible service. We have a disabled veteran and we use this car for him. They've held the car for a week so we cannot take him to his doctor appts. We have begged them to give us the car back and nothing. I'm going to file a formal complaint against them with the BBB and find the owner of this ford and make sure to file a complaint with them. For a mistake that ford did, why do we have to suffer. Purchased a used car from this dealership and when I have a problem, no-one returns my calls or attempts to contact me. They sold me a side warranty I was told was mandatory. Then When I needed to use it, found it will not pay for the repair and going forward would not help in the future. All I wanted was someone to contact me to resolve the issue. Did not happen. Thats where the good experience ends I'm afraid. After declining their outrageously overpriced estimate for a door latch.. I asked them to please just return my vehicle. Which they did.. I get in the car that night to go to the store however.. and found dirt/grease on my tan leather seat.. And grease/dirt covering my floor mat, with a big ol foot print to boot. I literally just had the car detailed, and floor mats shampooed just days prior. I reached out to 3 different people, and got ZERO response from any of them. This is how you choose to do business? Are those sheets of paper that are supposed to be used to prevent this from happening too expensive to keep on hand? Disgusting. I'm so glad I decided not to give you a dime.
