    This dealership truly cares about their customers. Everyone I have come in contact with has been amazing and helpful. Fernando my sales representative made purchasing the vehicle a smooth process and has been helpful months after with setting up services. Mikayla, the service representative, kept me up to date on the services and estimated time of completion. They even went out of their way to give me a gift for my birthday. I cannot recommend this place enough! The people are what make it amazing!

    Update! Reese recognized the mistakes made and followed up with excellent customer service and really shows he cares. He teamed up with John and these guys know how to earn a customer back. I looked forward to doing business with you guys again. Thanks for all the help.

    Unprofessional and Disrespectful Experience I recently visited Friendly Ford to sell my car and was assisted by Eduardo Jose Enere, also known as "Shorty." Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Instead of being professional, Eduardo was extremely rude. We came in with the intention to do business, but were met with immaturity, sarcasm, and zero professionalism. I don't recommend working with him if you're looking for a respectful, no-pressure experience. The attitude we received was beyond disappointing and left a very bad impression of this dealership. Management should be made aware of how their team is treating customers this is not how you do business.

After 3 times attempting to contact this location, and receiving no callback I wrote a 1 star review and drove over to speak with someone personally. This is where I met my new service advisor Jonathan. He immediately heard me out, understood my frustrations and jumped to providing me some base line pricing. He went further to see if he could get me scheduled with an appointment to complete the check up and oil change. I went home and deleted my review, as I now knew I was set up with a new advisor and in good hands. I dropped my truck off the following day at 7:30am and Jonathan was there to greet me. He made sure to share a phone number with me right away that also left the window open for text messages. He contacted me around noon to let me know my truck was overall in good health but that I was going to need new front and rear breaks. He let me know that with the weight of my vehicle I should get them fixed before I head out for my road trip. We made a plan to do other recommended services in increments. We moved forward with the repairs. He contacted me within just a few hours to let me know my truck was ready for pick-up. When I arrived, Reya greeted me at the cashier department and was warm and inviting. She was able to get me processed and out the door quickly. It's important to celebrate when a company has great team members. Jonathan is a critical reason why I came back to this Toyota location and not another.

Three weeks before my appointment, I received a written offer of $19,175. Before driving to the dealership, I specifically asked the salesperson if there was any chance the offer would be reduced if the vehicle inspected exactly as I had represented it. I asked because I wanted to avoid wasting my time. I was told that if the vehicle checked out, the written offer would be honored, and I was even told that some customers receive more than their original offer. After the inspection, I was informed that the vehicle was in excellent condition and had no mechanical, cosmetic, or other issues. In other words, it was exactly as described. Despite that, the company reduced its offer by approximately 15% less. Approx. $16,300. The explanation? "The market has dropped over the last couple of weeks." That explanation made no sense to me. If a written offer can be reduced by thousands of dollars simply because the company decides the market changed before your appointment--even when your vehicle passes inspection exactly as represented--then the written offer is essentially meaningless. To make matters worse, after leaving I submitted the exact same vehicle to Carvana and immediately received an offer that was about $18,200 higher, without anyone even seeing or inspecting the car. The issue isn't that they made me a lower offer. Any company has the right to buy or not buy a vehicle. The issue is that I specifically asked whether this could happen, was assured it would not if the car checked out, and then it happened anyway. I wasted my time based on representations that simply were not honored. I will never do business with this company again, and I strongly recommend that anyone selling a vehicle obtain multiple competing offers before making the trip. Don't assume the written offer you receive is the amount you'll actually be paid, even if your vehicle is exactly as described.

Manny texted me shortly after wanting to set up an appt. My appt was set for 2:30 on Friday. I showed up at 12:45 and was met by a friendly salesman that directed me to Manny. Upon meeting Manny I was introduced to his training associate Romeo, who would then continue to shadow Manny throughout the process. After the application was filled out, I was offered a cold bottle of water (or coffee if I wanted) and told to wait a couple minutes while the two of them went to get the car. A few minutes later Manny shows up and asks me to follow him outside. Just outside, under the tent, they had staged the vehicle beautifully. All doors were open and ready for inspection. While I inspected the car, Manny and Romeo were going over features and talking up the vehicle (but not overly pushy about it). After showing my how to drive the vehicle (I am an EV noob, so I wasnt quite positive how the whole thing works, and both Manny and Romeo were very patient and explained how electrics work. The test drive exceeded my expectations! I was very impressed by the vehicle, and both associates knowledge of the vehicle. Manny is quite observant of body language and mannerisms, and quickly adapts to match energies. We ran into some snags with that vehicle, mostly my credit, so that vehicle didnt pan out. Manny then probed for more info on exactly what I needed, did a very thorough needs analysis with me, and found additional options. All in all I inspected and drove 4 different options, all the while Manny and Romeo were talkative and not pushy at all. I was at this dealership for over 4 hours with these gentlemen, trying to find viable options. I was never belittled, talked down to, or made to feel uncomfortable with these guys. Although I did not end up purchasing from this dealership (again, due to my own credit-my issue, not theirs), I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience, and would gladly send people to see Manny and Romeo if they are looking for a no pressure, easy sales experience. With all that being said, I did not get the chance to experience what F&I is like at this dealership, so that could be a totally different story. As for Manny and Romeo A++++ guys, Thank You!

Chris than began to explain the reason way they were trying to beat me out of thousands of dollars on repair to my Jeep that was not needed. Chris than began to tell me that I needed a new transmission, that his tech from metal shaving in my transmission pan, the new transmission is going to cost me $8,200. Chris & Kevin were both in this SCAM to get thousands of dollars out of my pockets... This manger and dealership are not trustworthy; I had my Jeep tow back to California on December 27, 2025 to GET Dodge Dealership. My service advisor informed me that there was no metal shaving in my transmission pan and that I didn't need a new transmission. Everything that Chris at Sahara chysler dodge tryed to tell me about my jeep was false.. He was just trying to get over on me. DONT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!

Adam, however, knew what to do and how to do it. He got me the car that I really wanted all along. Even though I was so impatient and I would call him every other day or so to see if there are any cars available, he would pick up on me, day or night, and answer my questions and concerns. He gave me of his time, and I think in this business, this is the most valuable thing you can invest in your customers. He wasn't just about closing a deal.
