I am a forever customer now because of GEORGE! This is by far the best dealership in Las Vegas hands down no question. I've been to many. I was once a dedicated customer of gaudin until numerous times I was let down immensely. I called to inquire about services and was greeting by an enthusiastic and intelligent service advisor in the service department. My questions all answered with knowledge and care for the customer "'me". I was in need of an oil change and a cabin air filter replaced and he squeezed me in with ease. No leaving my car at the dealership for hours on end and getting to it when they get to it as other dealerships mentioned above. 1hr in and out fantastic customer service and so nice they make you feel like you're a VIP customer at this dealership. GEORGE HANDAL you are an exceptional human being and your kindness and compassion for others is so nice to see in a bustling town like Vegas. Thank you again for taking good care of my car and me. A recommendation for anyone thinking of taking your car for repairs, general service, or a tune up to get in contact with this guy. I went in to have my front tires balanced. They did it but I was still having a problem so I went back and they re-did the balance and found it was off on 1 tire by 1/2 oz and the other by a couple of ounces. I still had a problem. I asked them both times to put a weight on the inner side of the rim, which is a 2 plane balance. They only did that on 1 tire. And I still have a problem. So on the third visit they said they are not going to do anymore on this issue. I thought mechanics were suppose to fix problems not pass them on. I have had the balance dead on before so I know there is nothing wrong with the car just their balancing techniques. They said they would refund me my money but didn't want to work on the car anymore. Even though they found it off after the first time they balanced the tires, they would not look to see if they were off again or put a weight on the inner rim. I asked them if they were willing to lose a customer with 2 ford vehicles for a $65 charge, the manager of the repair shop said he was willing to lose a customer instead of help fix the problem. Amazing!!! So I now go to another dealer who has much better customer service and is willing to do the job as asked and right. I gave back 1 star because they did refund my money. Otherwise they are a 1 star review. But I still have the problem. read more

We stopped in to test drive a Mustang GT. Met a really great salesman, Dom Odums. He's a very nice, accommodating guy. We enjoyed dealing with him--he was very eager to help us and not pushy at all. If he couldn't answer a question, he got us the answer quickly. My dh decided the GT was the vehicle he wanted enough to trade in his beloved truck. We had a couple previous not-so-great experiences with another dealership so we were really concerned about what would be offered to us for our trade-in. I'm happy to say that our experience here at Friendly Ford was top-notch. We received, what we thought, was a fair offer for our truck. We also dealt with one of the managers, Randy Comb (I could have his name wrong) and were able to come to agreement on a deal. The finance guy (John Sergent) was also great. He helped us get another $500 credit as a military veteran. I understand that the Friendly Ford dealership owner still comes into the dealership to ensure the lot looks just the way he expects it. I liked hearing that. We also utilized the parts dept to purchase a spare tire. Apparently, most new cars come with a pump and not a spare...well, that's not how we roll. We contacted Dom and he was great and got it ordered for us. We picked up the spare and the parts guy even took it out to our car, unboxed it and installed it in our vehicle. I thought that was great customer service! All the staff we encountered were great! We have not used the service folks yet but plan to do so. I have every reason to think they'll be just as fantastic as everyone else we've dealt with so far! read more

I'm not sure if it's just this location or all the ford locations but one thing's for sure I'll never get a ford or have anything to do with them again. The service here is so terrible they don't care about you at all, all they want is to sell you anything and they get mad and have attitude when you end up not buying anything they try to force any car on you but once they get you to buy a car then that's it basically you're on your own with the car because after that they don't wanna help you with anything. It's like they hope you don't come back. No one here takes the time to help the customers. They either don't pick up the phones when you call them or you're on hold forever. Each time I walk in there's over 7 people on the floor or more and they just sit around on there phones or just talking to each other instead of helping us. I put a $500 credit card deposit on a 2022 F450 that was "in transit" to Friendly Ford. Sheldon Pyke made that suggestion so that the truck would NOT be sold to anyone else when it arrived. The delivery of the truck was delayed beyond November 15th which I understood given the supply chain issues during this pandemic. But after a while, despite my repeated requests for updates, Sheldon simply stopped responding to me. I made a final attempt to get updates and informed Sheldon that I was traveling for a few days and if the truck arrived, I would be available to come in the following week to make the transaction. Instead, days later, another Friendly Ford sales person informs me that someone else put a deposit on the same truck and it was sold to them. This sales person then attempted to persuade me to buy a different model truck. The sloppiness of their record keeping on who placed deposits on the same truck (if it's even true that that is what happened) is astonishing...and then ghosting a customer (me) who is prepared to buy a $74,000 truck illustrates the worst in customer service. read more

This has been a very disappointing experience. Everything i have been told has changed and been a lie. I brought my Ford fusion in for a transmission inspection due to the car totally cutting out in the middle of traffic. I am passing through VEgas for work. After day 5 of being in the shop I had to call them and ask what is going on. I'm literally stuck in Vegas and had to get a rental car on my own, only to find out that they will only pay for 4 days. Even though I am on a warranty, it turns out because I don't live in Vegas, they only reimburse 4 days of rental. This does not even make sense to me, because my warranty covers the powertrain/transmission. I will be calling FORD directly to find out how they can be repairing my car for over a week, and not pay for my rental. The staff does not care either. The representative said to call him with questions. I left two detailed messages and he never called me back. I had to go in and speak to him directly to get a straight answer. So I am stuck 5 more days without a rental and have to pay on my own. I also don't like that they did diagnostics and ordered parts without calling me first. All I got from the representative was after I called 5 times, "it's your transmission, it's covered". At first the representative said "5" more days and then said, "It will be ready between 2-3 days". They really show nothing but apathy, poor communication, and change the story 2-3 times. The whole experience has been absurd. These people are not trustworthy, are unreliable and I will never come back here. read more

i would never ever ever spend money at this dealership again. avoid it at all cost if you can. i came into this location and asked to them check my car since it was (jerking/shuddering/hesitation) when accelerating since it was a safety concern for my life when driving.the service department took my car for 3 days to "check" and did not fix anything. wtf do you need the car for 3 days if you did'nt fix anything? furthermore, i brought the car back two more times because of the problem. i even called to speak to the owner mr.o, but he was not in so i left a voice message and then asked to speak to the general sales manager steve. i called and stated my concerns for my safety driving the car. overall he was no help and did'nt care to be that concerned about the car shuddering problem. it's not my fault they sold me a fucked up car, so i asked could they put me in another lease since the car is having these problems and i have a warranty. they still we're going to make me pay for the car i was giving back to them since it was having these issues, offering me to roll the debt over into another lease when it's again not my fault they sold me a fucked up car! this is just an unfortunate situation for me since i am still paying on a car that i am not going to drive due to the way the car is performing now. the auto service department stated that it's "normal" for my car to hesiate/jerk when taking off. and they said they reason my car is doing that is because i have my air on in the car and the vegas heat. that's the stupidest shit i heard. my father works for ford and he even said that makes no sense. when i first got the car i had the air on and it didn't have any problem taking off. the service department drove my car and felt the jerking of the car as well. but again they said it's "normal"! so i asked could you just look at the car because something is wrong with it. the guy said the machine he hooked the car up to said nothing is wrong with the car, and he's going by what the "machine" said. everyone knows just because the machine said nothing is wrong with it doesn't mean the machine is right. many times those machines cant pick up everything! even more, to make a point i asked to drive the same car to see if the problem i was having is "normal" as they say, and the same car drove different then the one i have. still, nothing even when i compared the cars performance. after i am still advocating for myself strongly about the safety i lack in the vehicle, they did nothing. so i guess i have to wait until the "machine" can pick up the problem. when it probably do show up my warranty will probably be up and they would want me to pay them to fix the problem i told them about in the first place when it was under warranty. it's all about them cheating customers out of their money at friendly ford. remind you i could have been in multiply accidents because the car wouldn't take off. if i'm in an accident because of the car wouldn't take off i will sue the manufacturers or dealership for not fixing the problem or properly diagnosing the problem when i came inside the place 3 times for the issue, and only gave me paperwork one time probably to cover their ass. i am going to filing a complaint with the state attorney general (department of public safety) and also the better business bureau. and fyi while i was online doing research and i saw that a class action lawsuit against ford motor company of selling ford focus and ford fiesta vehicles with malfunctioning transmissions. read more

BEWARE THEY WILL SCAM YOU. Do not go here. Ed Greene and George Handal (Manager) are inconsiderate, incompetent, and discourteous. They tried to charge me over $200 for a diagnostic test that was never done and when I asked to see the notes that the technician had on the diagnostic test, they told me that they didn't have them and that the technician had never completed them. They then tried to stop me from towing my car out of the lot and to another mechanic shop. They tried to tell me my transmission needed to be replaced and said it would cost over $7000 to fix it. They then offered me less than $1000 for my perfectly good 2016 Ford Escape and I even got a call from the manager stating that his guys had never even looked at the car and offered me a garbage deal. The manager was still unwilling to work with me. I will never buy from here. Also, It will take you about seven tries to call the service department because either no one will pick up or they will keep sending you to a guy that is out that day even though you specifically ask them to send you to someone who is actually in the shop that day. They will scam you out of every penny you have. Do NOT go here. read more

Worst ford dealership I've been to. I purchased a 2015 Ford Focus brand new from these guys 6 years ago. If you know anything about the focus then you know that's a mistake. I've gotten service done here multiple times. The focus has broken down multiple times. 2 days ago the car breaks down and is covered under the TCM warranty. Friendly ford says they have no timetable to fix the tcm. When I asked for a loaner vehicle I was dismissed quickly. When I asked if I could get an estimate on time I was dismissed quickly as well. Was told the last car that needed a tcm was in their lot for 7 weeks so good luck. That's completely unacceptable. I've been a customer for years. They don't honor their warranty. Just know if you ever need help this dealership will leave you out to dry. How is it acceptable for a car to be held with no timeframe of fixing and no loaner car given when the car is under warranty to be fixed. Ridiculous. read more

I just re-powered my 2001 Ford F-250 on 9-29-2021 at Bellingham Ford in Bellingham, Washington. The brand new Motorcraft V10 carried a full 36 month unlimited miles warranty that requires all warranty repairs at the installer (Bellingham Ford, a dealer) or any Ford Lincoln dealership. I had already changed my oil at 500 miles after the break-in period and now had 1800 miles on the new engine. I had a service light come on just outside Las Vegas that codes indicated Banks 1 & 2 running lean and a small emission systems leak. Recommendation: Replace Mass Air Flow Sensor. Friendly Ford would not honor the Ford warranty because they will not accept vehicles over 10 years old. This is bad policy! At a time when dealers can't sell new cars because of supply chain issues with chips, why would they turn away business? I replaced the Mass Air Flow Sensor myself, but codes still show Banks 1 & 2 running lean. I now have an appointment with "my" Ford dealer, Bill Alexander Ford, in Yuma, AZ, that does service Ford vehicles and does honor Ford warranties. read more

I was in the market of a 2017 F-150 and I was looking for a particular color and set up interior wise. If "we" the customer are going to pay over 50k for a truck, we should have some say so in what we want. Right? Friendly Ford doesn't think so. They'll tell you whatever they can to get you there and then they'll try to ram something down your throat, that isn't what you came there for. In my case, I had just spent 1 1/2 hours at Ford Country and they didn't have what I wanted. As I was getting ready to drive away, I decided I'd call Friendly to have them check their inventory. So that's what I did and after telling the salesperson exactly what I wanted, not only was I in luck, I had 9 trucks exactly how I wanted it and in different colors. So according to him, I could pick any color and they'd have the exact set up that I wanted. That seemed a little weird to me so I asked him to double check. I told his that I live way out North and if I was to drive all the way to them instead of going home and they don't have the truck I wanted, then I would lose it. The guy assured me that they for sure had 8, possibly 9 trucks that matched my criteria perfectly! So I drive to Friendly on this hot summer day. As I arrive, I'm approached by a guy that identifies himself as the most senior salesman. Ok, who cares? Actually, even more reason not to trust this seasoned individual who's trained he to stick it to ya! I told him that I had just called 20 mins earlier and explained my conversation with his staff member. He told me to hold on and goes to the counter to whisper with the big wig decision makers. After close to 20 mins later, this senior salesman tells me that they don't have any trucks like I want but they had others on the lot I could look at! It took everything in me to walk away from this guy. I did use extreme language, told him to relay some special messages to that asswipe that flat out lied to me and may have even thrown in a threat or two. I even had to get aggressive verbally to convince him to quit following me. I ended up going to St. George to buy the truck and I'm so glad I did. I saved a lot more money, got more for my trade and most importantly to me, I wasn't lied to! I wouldn't piss on Friendly Ford if it were on fire! They can suck it! Don't deal with these lying crooks! You'll just get wound up like I did! read more

I have bought four vehicles from Friendly Ford in the last couple of years. The service I continue to receive is outstanding. I previously tried to purchase a vehicle from Team Ford, and I was wrong to do so. I didn't feel like my business and military service mattered at Team Ford. I went to Friendly Ford purchase a 2018 Ford Explorer XLT (AWD). I had a 2014 Ford vehicle to trade-in and they made the entire purchase experience smooth and painless. Friendly Ford provided a fair trade-in value and even got me to purchase a higher model/package for less than what I would have paid at Team Ford. Friendly Ford went above and beyond my expectations, I am just sorry that I wasted my time at Team Ford. Joseph, the sales representative, was phenomenal and made me feel like my business, as well as military service mattered. FYI, I am a medically retired military veteran that suffers from TBI from numerous concussions during my deployments. Joseph was able to work with me and I appreciated the patience of going over things more than once. Purchasing vehicles can be a nightmare with trying to negotiate numbers, and Joseph made sure to explain thoroughly what was going on and why. Friendly Ford and Team Ford are owned by the same individuals, one would assume that the quality of service would be the same at both dealerships, I was wrong. Friendly Ford body shop is NOT Friendly! Brought my 2016 Honda CR-V into the body shop as approved shop. Tried to use secondary market parts on new car. I had to go to my insurance for request for new parts. Brought the car into the shop for repair, they forgot to advise that body shop was closing for renovations so the repair would take longer. Representative would not return phone calls to advise status. When repair was finished, repair was not acceptable, however, he advised that that was the best they could do. Most awful experience. Leased and prepaid 36 months of lease when I picked up my Ford Fusion Energi in 2014. Came back 15 days prior to expiration of lease to pay the residual. Got hustled around, being offered new cars and 11% interest. Was not interested - just wanted to pay out the residual. They lied about how to do it. Got messed over and paid 650 bucks for an extra month because I had to go to Europe. Came back same lies and run arounds. From salespeople to sales managers they kept lying. Went to Rategenius.com and got approved for 3,3%. - accepted it and lady from Rategenius took over. friendly Ford kept messing it up and lying to her about this and that. They never released the car. The car got impounded yesterday. I am ready to vomit on the sales floor at Friendly Ford. Liars, bullshitters, amateurs and most of all very unchristian sons of bitches. read more

Called Friendly Ford to have warranty work done. The man who answered the phone rudely accused me of recording the call. If your employees don't know, a recording states "your call may be recorded for quality assurance" before you're connected. After going back and forth about the employee being upset that he hears a beeping sound, I finally got him to forward me to the service department. No one answered, I left a voicemail and no one has bothered to call me back. read more

Wish I could say I had a great experience. However its the complete opposite, I was interested in purchasing a truck and even put a deposit down. After 4 months of contacting the dealership repeatedly to inquire when the truck would be arriving I was told it would be a couple months because it was a 2019. I had no problem waiting just wanted some information. I let another month go by before I contacted the dealership to find out the whereabouts of the truck AGAIN and I was told that THE ORDER HAD NEVER BEEN PLACED. That is just horrible customer service. To sum it up, old-school dealership from the 90s. Beware of them trying all the old-school tricks, sleazy sales tactics, and trying to get you to have stuff done that you don't really need. Run away from the used car department. You can see used rentals on their lot that cost the same as new cars after incentives and rebates.
