We had Jovani work on three separate issues during his visit: clearing the kitchen sink drain, which was not draining properly, he then replaced and disposed of an upstairs toilet, and finally replaced the cartridge from a dripping bathtub faucet. There will be a charge to remove old/Replace which seems very fair to me. This business is now called NG Rooter and Plumbing. I had this company come to see why upstairs toilet was not flushing properly. The technician, Victor, put a hand snake into the toilet two times. Flushed and water went down, but slower than normal. I said I did not think the flush was powerful enough. Victor said, "It's old." So in less than 5 minutes, he was on his way. 5 flushes later, the toilet still has a blockage. Phone calls and text messages have been ignored. Still waiting. Victor pointed out the phone number on the invoice and said to call if I had any problems. There were two issues I had concerns with that came up After…read morethe work was done. I Contacted my Original service man and he initially was Responsive but after failed attempts to correct the issue he went dark on me. It was a tricky Situation with a part but communication just stopped. I finally called Fito the owner who was immediately responsive came and eventually Handled the matter. We had a difference of opinions on one matter which was A bit Frustrating to me. I am not familiar with anything Plumming especially in my residence that is why I call professionals to guide me through the repairs needed. I don't expect to have to research a piece of equipment to see if I think it would work for what was recommended to address the problem. I rely on the professional to explain this to me and then allow me to make the decisions based on their input and experience. The owner did the right thing and replaced the parts and offered to remove the part that I was not fully pleased with. There was originally a breakdown in communication with the original installer and a frustrating series of events after.
