This is such a great Friendly's. It's my favorite place to go. I come every week with my friends. Great service and great management. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. All the severs are so nice, they always make sure the guests leave with smiles on their faces. The managers are great as well. They always are going around to the tables and making sure that each customer has a good experience. The happiness of the customers come first at this friendly's. read more

This is your average Friendly's, decent food good ice cream. The other night I called in an order for some food and a root beer float. The kid who rang me up made my float, shoved the straw in and proceeded to stand and watch as I scrambled to grab napkins to clean the overflowing ice cream off of my cup. I'm a big Friendly's fan, but this location seems to disappoint with a different random let-down each time: waitresses who rush you, beloved toppings left off of ice cream, extremely cold temperature, incorrect bill, etc... Great staff, exceptional ice cream, and your standard friendly's food. Take the last one as you wish. Crayons tasted subpar. Overall, always a great experience at this establishment. The only flaw is that they occasionally do not refill waters as quick as they get downed, but not the end of the world. 10/10, would recommend to a friend. read more

I can't remember the last time I've been to a friendly's... We did Sunday breakfast with our 2 yr old, and I have to say... the service was great, and I was surprised how good the breakfast was. The pancakes we better than a diner and the bacon was light and crispy. We had the big to-do ($6.99) and the Lumber jack ($8.99), and a kids pancakes n egg. So it's memorial weekend when the place is crazy and would have been very easy for the waitress Alli to have said she never heard of an orange slammer or they don't make them anymore (which they don't) but after she took our order - with a really awesome cheeriness - she came back saying she asked around about the orange slammer and learned how to make it and presented it to my very happy father. She definitely went above and beyond in a crazy holiday weekend and kept a smile on her face the whole time. Great job Alli!!!!! read more

Normally I would not chose to go to Friendly's but since I was craving ice cream and Friendly's is located right up the block from me I decided to go and take my mom along with me. When we got there we were handed ice cream menus and a regular menu- we saw the 2 for $20.00 deal and decided to get a meal and ice cream as well. My mom and I both decided to get honey BBQ burgers, when they came out they were so hard to eat, extremely "juicy" and not in the good way, not to mention they weren't really hot- kind of room temperature. As my mom was eating her burger she found a hair on her tomato. After that I was done with my burger, we notified the waiter who was extremely nice about it and said he would let the manager know. When the manager Martin came over he was extremely defensive/standoffish- stating that none of his cooks have long hair(when the hair wasn't long) if he was showed the plate of food from the waiter he would know this.He instead insinuated that we put the hair on our own food...He didn't really take the time to hear us out because he was too busy pointing fingers and thinking of excuses, we really just would've been fine with an sincere apology. He did try to do right by comping the meal and giving us free ice cream, he also gave us a free meal voucher for the same deal 2 for $20.00 which I don't think we will be using since my mom did wake up with food poisoning early the next morning. All and all I would just be really careful with going to a place that is known for ice cream and not their food shame on me, just stick to the ice cream! read more

Awful. Just awful. Friendly's used to be a halfway decent casual sit down place. I don't know if they changed food suppliers or they've just severely lowered their standards to cut costs, but the food has become pretty much inedible there. Maybe it's just this particular location. Not to mention the menu has been cut literally in half in recent months. We went there tonight for my birthday. My 5 year old really thought it would be fun for us to go there to celebrate. I guess my first mistake was listening to a 5 year old. Even he was disappointed. He got the Mac and cheese and a hot dog. The hot dog tasted like it was as old as he was. We sent it back and the second one they brought tasted exactly the same. Fries were cold. Cole slaw tasted rancid too. Horrible service as well. I know I shouldn't expect much given the place, but for god's sake it's not that difficult to cook a hot dog. Thanks for a crappy 38th birthday dinner Friendly's. My wife and I got in the car and actually both said we almost wanted to go and eat a second meal somewhere else to try and salvage the night. Should've listened to my ten year old daughter and went to Krisch's. Such a bummer and a complete waste of $60. I would've given this place zero stars if I could've. read more

Although I love friendlys this one has terrible service. Our waitress took a half hour to even take our drink order!! All of our food was brought out at the same time and most of it was cold.. The waitress was more attentive to the tables around ours. She took another tables desert order and walked passed our table a couple times before taking our drink order when we were sitting there a long time. A great restaurant, and very friendly staff. They must be doing something right since they're one of the only Friendly's in the area that hasn't closed. My one complaint is they don't portion out the ice cream correctly for what you're paying for. More than once now my boyfriend and I will buy a 12oz thing of ice cream to go and they only fill it up halfway, if that. I just would like to get exactly what I'm paying for, that's all. read more
