Maybe because I came in at the end of the day , and the staff was tired. My pedicure girl was nice, and did a good job. My nail girl was not friendly, and only spoke Vietnam's with her friend. I asked for an extra 10 minute massage on my legs, and neck. During that massage they just spoke to other staff members. I asked my girl to focus on my neck, and it was unheard. I finally said I was done before the timer stopped. When you pay $200 for nails & toes, and extra for massages, you should get what you asked for. Not a woman speaking with friends, and other staff in Vietnamese, and not focusing on her massage. Nails were definitely not up to par!

Even though I had to wait, they invited me to choose my nail color from the wall shelf and sit in a massage/salon chair where I could at least turn on the automatic massage feature on my chair and enjoy the rolling and kneading mechanism until a nail technician was available. There was also a home renovation show playing on the television with the captions on to help pass the time. Whether you have an appointment or not, you will check in at the front desk with your cell phone number. A laminated menu is provided with detailed descriptions allowing you to choose the nail services you want. Some use paraffin wax, hot stones, a variety of fragrances like lavender or vanilla, and different amounts of time for massage. The price for these services is also clearly labeled so that you know what you will be spending. Prices seemed reasonable with basic manis and pedis starting around $45. The place has been decorated with pink and black and has a chic feel with the crystal chandeliers and the cute French street mural on the entry wall. My technicians worked diligently and communicated mostly through hand gestures. I was okay with this since I really wanted to lie back and relax. My manicurist was amazing. She was very detailed and did an amazing job in precisely coloring my nail beds. They do a fine job here. You will get quality service and a decent value for money here.

She was gentle during the removal process, took her time, and made sure my natural nails looked clean and beautifully shaped afterward. I also happened to come during their happy hour, so I received a discount on my service, which was such a nice bonus! One thing I really appreciate about Nail Love is that every nail technician I've had has been consistently great. The staff is always friendly, the salon feels relaxing, and the service is always worth coming back for.

Instead she gave me the most bare basic nude mani after clipping my nail tips off. It was rushed and bad quality and the clippers came out so fast, and she ignored my request and picture completely. The manicure sucked but I didn't want to get into it, so I smiled nodded said thank you and went to Pay. As I was checking out the receptionist told me about the $12 upcharge for the trim, which btw would've been a complete NONISSUE if I was getting nails remotely close to the nails I asked for. I have no problem paying well (and tipping generously always!) I am not mad about the $ upcharge. I'm mad about the fact that you ruined my long nails by shaving them down, when I didn't ask I even told the nail tech please keep them almond shape but do shorten the length. And also I understand they wake you up from your nap to make my nails and you are hungry but fix the nails first then go get your food, but i'm appreciate for your fast service!!
