Drove 5 hours with two kids to go to fright fest and it was so crowded we couldn't even get near the park. Waited in line for an hour and a half and the line never moved. Called to ask for a refund after spending $200 on tickets and was told there is a strict no refund policy even though there was NO access to the park. We couldn't even get close enough to see a parking lot.

Ehhhhh. I was super excited to finally to get to go fright fest but it was just A LOT. The traffic to get in was insane first of all. The lines to get in were INSANE! There were no workers directing so it was pure chaos. CHAOS!!!! We had to purchase an actual six flags ticket plus an additional ticket for fright fest. Plus I ended up getting fast pass, thank goodness. But it was super pricy. It took us like 45 min just to get in the park, which is insane. They had so many rides closed which was disappointing! There's literally no signage for the fast pass lines which is really confusing and frustrating. There were like no workers anywhere to ask for help. We were in the fast lane for the rides and no one even checked our tickets when we got the ride. So, it seems that if you can somehow find the secret hidden fast pass line you can just use it for free. We tried to do the same with the haunted house line but there's a wristband that you need. So, we had to go stand in line to show them we already paid for fast pass and to get a wristband. The same line is full of people trying to buy fast passes so that took another 15 minutes. The haunted houses are short but they definitely have the spooky factor and had me on my toes. I didn't like that a lot of park rides were closed which led to super long lines for the rides that were open even with fast pass sometimes. But the few rides that we did get on were really fun! But yeah...I highly doubt I'll ever go back. It's just not worth it

Park was great, pricing was okay. One employee on the Titan was not though. Told my sister and I…read more"Can you guys just go home?" when the line was long for fast lane. Also most rides only had one cart going at a time, so even spending extra money on Fast Lanes was iffy because the waits were still long. The same employee was dropping her measuring stick every 2 minutes, handing off her employee phone and stick to a guest waiting to get on the ride to put on her jacket, leaning over the wooden part and telling everyone she was tired and just wanted to go home. Not the energy someone wants to encounter after waiting almost an hour for Fast Lanes. On the same ride, they made everyone move down 2 rows to let a family that wasn't waiting in line pick where they wanted to sit. We were bummed out because we did not want to be in the back and got moved to the back without warning. I do believe this letting families jump the line and pick where they sit is not okay especially for the people who paid extra for fast lanes. After getting bumped to the back row we were disappointed because we'd been in the back row for every ride we had been on and that was our final ride of the day. Also, if you plan to use the app to navigate your day, be cautious of the wait times. Each ride had a different wait time than what we saw in the app, and we ended up waiting even longer than what the app said.

This company sucks. Bought tickets online and it had me save them to my Apple wallet. After paying…read more$42 for parking we entered the park hassle free, we were not given any physical indication that we were fast pass which is odd. This park relies on technology to work which blows my mind when it comes to customer service. Well 3hrs into the park, rides were closed or not working. Finally got to a ride that was and sure enough the digital pass doesn't want to work since apparently it has to be scanned at every ride. God forbid someone take the fast lane that shouldn't be there. Although my tickets said fast pass, the date and order number, we were told we need to exit the ride and go to customer service. Customer service if you can even call it that is also useless. I was told by 2 different workers that they "unfortunately don't do refunds" oh you bet your ass you're going to give me a refund. I did not pay $350 for nothing. I continued to ask for rank up until I was talking with the regional manager that finally said she'd get me a refund. But not for parking. I asked for a card to contact corporate. Who never responded until I made a Google review. Finally they tell me no refund for parking. Although they were at fault. Nothing to sweeten the deal. I don't care about the money as much as principle. I worked in customer service for 10 years hell even as a construction project manager I'm still in customer service. This right here is not service. This park absolutely sucks. Don't waste your money or time, they don't respect yours. So disappointing. I was really looking forward to this too. Typical business profit over people. I won't be sad to see them go out of business, I'll build a data center right where they are at.

Damn ... why such a low aggregate score for this place?…read more I'm reading a lot of these negative reviews and it seems like there are some common, reoccurring themes I'm noticing: 1. Ppl who purchased multiple races and having to wait upwards of 1.5+ hrs in between races (but being passed up if others tipped the operators??) 2. Mechanically broken karts 3. Bad flag waver / intentional slow down of karts 4. Bad customer service My brother, dad and I were in town for a weekend for a cowboys vs ravens game (dad is a diehard fan). On the monday, which was our last day in town, we had a chunk of time after lunch to do something before catching our flight. We decided to hit this place up as it was near our hotel. Maybe because it was a workday and we were the only customers (there was 1 other family there) but we didn't experience many of the negative things I listed above so our experience was VASTLY different than what other customers are reporting. It seemed like all karts were operational, there was no flag waver for our races and we did NOT have to wait at all in between races. I DO think they did turn up the kart speeds at the halfway lap mark and also dialed them back down near the end but I'm just going off of personal feel. We experienced very good customer service! The lady (manager I'm assuming) that helped us at the front desk was quite pleasant and the two gentlemen manning the track for the day were nice too. We did 3 races and I managed to place 1st in one of them (the dad from the other family was an absolute beast). I noticed that this K1 Speed is a lil different from the one back home in the racing format. Here it was personal time trial. Each person was trying to see who could have the fastest personal lap and at the end the best personal lap times were ranked. While this was an interesting format, I prefer the traditional placement format more, where your final rank is based on who finished the race first, physically. I'm wondering if this could be changed/adjusted if you spoke to the staff or if it's an unchangeable, default racing format? Anyways, had a lot of fun. It's definitely pricey as some have pointed out (because of the baked in membership fee), but I guess coming on a workday was a good idea as opposed to a weekend day? Fun, memorable activity before flying back to Toronto!

But when we signed up they said it would just be a slight wait... over an hour and a half later we finally got called up. If you have never been to a K1 course before you need to know it is all about speed... these carts can fly! But coming in first does not mean a thing... it is fastest lap and overall course speed. The corse is a wicked inside track with hair pin turns and thin lines.. it is an adrenaline rush! We got set and then seriously ate this course up! My son and I were bumping and scraping the whole way but in the end ... he beat me. Yep race one... he beat me. However in race two I crushed him. What a great time! We had a blast!! My sone is a heck of a racer... I loved getting beat by him... and liked breaking even. So much fun!

Place is still pretty cool with great rides, however the lines are soooo long and fast pass are so expensive that kills the vibe. Price: prices continue to increase in passes and food. It was a great experience just wish there was more control on lines. Plenty of parking, just be prepared to walk unless you pay extra for front parking.

72.7% of rides closed…read more It pains me to say how much the park has regressed since my last visit in 2022. The lack of communication, the staff, and the decisions made by the park in recent years baffles me. To begin, OVER HALF THE RIDES WERE CLOSED. I arrived at the park and the only major rides open were tornado, blue, raider, and the Dive Bomber complex. (The rest open were kid rides). Here is the list of rides CLOSED: Banzai pipeline, Raging Rapids, Atlantic Panic, Sea Wolf, Caribbean Chaos, Tsunami Surge, Typhoon Twister, and Wahoo Racer!! There was no communication that this was the case, and no workers could give a reason why they were closed or if they would ever open. This is sad from a park already lacking in thrill rides after removing black hole, mega wedgie, and the surf experience in return for tearing down the old kids section and building a new one. I don't get this direction trying to turn the park into a children's splash pad rather than a water park. Later in the day there was thunder in the distance so the park obviously shut down the few rides that were still open. The issue was it was not communicated how long this would last, and it took an hour after the only thunder strike and no rain for the 3 rides and wave pool/lazy river to open again. Later in the day Wahoo Racer opened which was awesome. Most of this could be chalked up to what I'm hoping was an unlucky off-day, these things should just be communicated before you enter the park. I still had a blast, I just hope communication improves, staff is more mature and efficient, and the park moves in a better direction and finds its identity. EDIT: Went back and tornado and blue raider still only things open. Try to research what's open before you go. This is pathetic,
