Beware of prices! 18 bucks a medium strawberry margarita, house liquor. This margarita used to be $12. 4 years ago then it went up to $14 now they've jumped up to 18.! we had a medium margarita, a small margarita and we shared a chicken quesadilla and out the door. It was $52. I'm sorry but that's too rich for my blood. It's too bad because this place is pretty. The service is great and I do like the food but I'm sorry the ingredients which are mostly beans and rice are just not that costly and neither is alcohol. Great visit here! The food was delicious, the restaurant ambience is relaxing and so pretty, the service was great, and the bathroom was clean!! We were in the area and looking for some Mexican food. I checked yelp and this place looked good so we decided to try it. It was a Thursday night so we were seating right away. The restaurant is very pretty and I enjoyed looking at the decorations. I had to use to bathroom and I was impressed with the cleanness. Back to the table, the server had already served us some chips and a salsa trio that came with some smoky salsa, queso and a regular salsa. I was impressed with the free queso! Already won me there! Plus the salsas were delicious! Our server was nice and quick. My husband ordered the ACP ARROZ CON POLLO and I ordered a TACO ASADA. The ACP was delicious! The chicken was juicy and had a tropical flavor to it. One of the pieces I ate had some pink in it but it looked cooked. I'm pregnant so I didn't eat that piece. The rice was great. My taco was delicious but they only gave me one tortilla so after the first bite everything broke apart and it was hard to hold which made the experience a little annoying. I did bring that up to the server and she said she would tell the kitchen. First time getting a taco with only one tortilla. The asada was very good though, juicy and delicious. Looks like they have some daily specials and I'll probably take advantage of them sometime. I would definitely come back but I would love to get 2 tortillas for my next taco please. The decor is absolutely adorable but food very expensive. After eating the burrito with beef here I became very sick with food poisoning.

I used Frontera to cater my Christmas party and they did not disappoint. I ordered the fajita bar for 17 people and it was fantastic. My guests were asking who did the food because it was so good . We had the grilled Starla and chicken. Plenty of meat, and all the fixings. The food was hot and fresh and ready when I needed it. The ordering process was simple and on point. I highly recommend these folks especially for your catering needs. They will impress. read more

We go here probably weekly. Not a huge fan of Mexican Food in GA but this place is always decent and the service is great. The Buford one is not as big as most of there locations but the decor and ambiance is better. read more

From the friendly hostesses that greeted us at the door, gentleman that brought chips, salsa & queso, to our wonderful waitress! Complimentary chips with 3 small dips (queso and 2 different salsa's) that went well with our Margarita's. I decided to try the interesting black margarita with black salt rim which was fun but not sure it had much alcohol in it, for $21 I would hope so! The steak in the taco's and burrito's was really good, high quality and tender. The ambience is cool, modern and trendy but the noise factor was high that night. They were doing a cinco de mayo special you could win money if you ordered from their special menu. Running through May 5th. We got the guac smash, carne asada taco, chicken chimichanga to split. It had so much chicken! The complimentary chips come with a board of two diff salsas and a cheese dip ( the salsa is unlimited but not the cheese dip) we were sat right away and our food came out fast. I don't know how I've never tried a Frontera before. Our party of 6 decided on it after my son had a baseball game. It's not a huge location, but they didn't have a wait on a Saturday at 6. There's some outdoor seating, but we chose inside. Our server was very sweet. We all enjoyed our various margaritas and coronaritas. We liked the multiple dips offered with the chips. My tacos were good, but one was starting to get cold when it was brought to me. I don't know if it was just made before the others or if the birria was getting cold sitting in a crockpot somewhere. Having visited many Frontera locations over the years, I thought this would be the same. And, it was, except for some small improvements. The chips are served with cheese dip in addition to the 2 salsa's we're all used too. My favorite is the smokey brown salsa, but the red one is good as well. The prices are higher here than some other locations- but the food quality is higher. We ordered a ground beef crazy taco, a Tacos De Brisket, and a Taco Al Pastor. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Service was great, CC machine is brought to the table for payment. Beer prices are good, but they did not have a lot on tap (yet?). Only negative, the music was a little loud for a busy night. People were talking loudly at every table in an attempt to have conversations. First off it is decorated super cute! Negatives the music was so loud we couldn't hear the waiter nor could he hear us. The waiter agreed it was too loud. Our orders came out wrong. To start with, the ambiance of the restaurant is adorable and represents a fun vibe along with the food. Ironically, you'd think the food would hold the same standards. This was clearly not the case. I had ordered the Quesadilla and my expectations were high due to the food score being a B. Not the best, but certainly not the worst. When the food came, I had cut into it, just making sure the chicken was still good. The moment I had bit into the chicken, I noticed a bad taste. My father who was with me had tasted the chicken too and noticed the smell was awful, as if the chicken was bad. Not sure if lime was added, but it was sour. Keeping my health somewhat together, I had not taken anymore than three bites. Aside from this, the service was somewhat adequate. Our waiter, after telling her that the chicken had gone way past its time, simply said that she would tell them so, not even taking into consideration that we had spent over 40 dollars on rancid food. read more

This is a newer store and concept. It's not your typical Frontera. It's going for a bit more upscale experience. The menu is also less expansive than other locations. The chips come with a plank of three dips including a cheese dip which is kind of cool but the sizes are very small. Service and food was fine so no complaints there. It also doesn't have and booths, just tables with a couple of bench padded seats. So if you like Frontera then this location may be just a bit off setting because of the differences.
