It's a grilled chicken on a bed of sautéed vegetables and topped with pickled onions. There's no cheese over the top so it keeps the calories down but still has all the flavor. Our first dinner since moving back to the area. We were seated quickly. A group of young dancers from the Pulse Dance studio came over to our table to ask if we would mention them at check out to support them through the tacos and tequila restaurant, of course we did. This is a great thing the restaurant did to support local youth organization it earned them an extra star. Our waitress was not terrific but all the food managed to arrive at our table. They were out of Tropicalia and Stella beer, that was dissapointing so soda it is. She had the sangria and it was good. We got cheese dip with jalepeno and it was tasty. I got the steak quesadilla with rice and refried beans, she got the shredded chicken quesadilla with rice and redried beans, both entrees were hot, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. We were disappointed in the service last night. Normally the food is delicious and the wait staff are wonderful. Unfortunately last night we were seated and almost immediately served chips and salsa( which we love) but no one ever came to our table to take our order. The wait staff and manager were walking all around us taking orders and delivering food but no one bothered to stop by our table in plain view. However, I ended up very disappointed when my daughters food came out. She ordered carnitas tacos, and the taste was awful. The meat tasted rotton, when I tasted a piece I had to spit it out. I smelled the meat and again smelt disgusted. Camila the manger was polite, and gave us a discount. But still my daughter ended up very upset, and we were unable to finish our meals due to it which we were still charged for. I haven't been here in years, especially since my mother passed and it was her favorite place, but my son and I went here yesterday and so glad we did! Not sure why I didn't give it five stars before, but this really is a nice place. The restaurant is clean, nice upscale casual with a full bar and great food and service. This is a new place we've been wanting to try out and don't know if we came too early because there's still some work to be done. The service was horrible (we sat at the bar, thinking that we would get quicker service) our bartender/waiter seemed flustered and put in our order wrong. I asked for crispy fish tacos and got the sautéed fish tacos. Our food arrived to us and we had to wait about a good 15 mins before we were able to get her attention to ask for silverware to eat our food. The drinks were actually really good, so I would go here for cocktails and the food wasn't horrible BUT the salsa that came with the chips was extremely delicious the first round and the second time around did not taste the same (you can tell it's fresh and made in the restaurant but they need to perfect it). We had a day date so we took advantage of trying their skillet fajitas. I had never seen them before on their menu. They were excellent and I can't wait to go back and order it again. The service at T&T is always top notch. They greet you fast, seat you almost immediately or as quickly as they can. Usually during high volume times it can be a small wait but they move and hustle to get you seated. They never rush you to hurry and leave. We absolutely love coming here and I absolutely love their roasted salsa. I made one close to theirs but it's slightly different so it's always a joy to get extra to bring home so we have two choices. Our son loves their nachos and chicken. Came tonight, St Patrick's Day. Been a while & they changed their menu again. Had maybe a 15 min wait, went to the bar. My GOSH the service is rediculous at the bar!! Chips & salsa came quick, as did menus. The tender left & was gone for over 5 mins. Rediculous!! On to the table service, was actually very nice. Our server was attentive, friendly & provided what we needed with a smile. Love that! I ordered the Veggie Fajitas with a side of rice, beans, lettuce, guac & sour cream.. really fresh- see pics. I finally found my favorite place to have margs and tacos! What stopped me from coming in the past was the signage outside. It looks like it deserves an update and suggested the food/service would match. Completely NOT the case here. The food was authentic and flavorful. The margs were delicious and strong too. Vanessa is the sweetest bartender. We've been 3 times now in two weeks because of her professionalism and kindness. The ambiance is nice and the restaurant is clean. Bathrooms cleans. What I don't like is how people come in with multiple children and allow them to be noisy and throw food everywhere. It's not fair to the staff that has to clean up behind 4 or 5 children big enough to know NOT to make a huge mess. There needs to be a rule to make these parents accountable for their children because I've watched staff clean for over 30mins after these children leave. My heart breaks for them. Management: please speak to these parents and tell them to control their loud unruly kids that sit in that middle section behind the bar and make huge messes for staff to clean. read more

I have been to this location twice. Both times for a birthday party. Both times we had to ask to have the music turned down. The first time, it was properly turned down and the atmosphere was improved by the music being a background sound and not a dance party. The music on the second visit was so loud you could not talk across the table. The second time, was today 03/29/2025 at 1:00 p.m. the music blared so loud you could hear it from outside. Upon entering we screamed at the receptionist we were with a party and then promptly asked if the music could be turned down. She said she would have to ask the manager. After 10 minutes the music was still too loud to speak across the table. I asked again and she said the music had been turned down the first time I asked, so I asked her again for it to please be lowered or I would have to to leave. She said she would ask the manager. 5 minutes later it was still too loud and my nerves couldn't take it so my husband and I left my mothers 87th birthday party because it was causing me to have an anxiety attach. Everyone else agreed that it was far too loud, mom turned her hearing aids down and was only able to speak to the person on either side of her. They only stayed because everyone was hungry and already there. I was told that about 20 minutes after my husband and I left the music was turned down - perhaps others complained about how high it was and how they too could not enjoy their afternoon out. Now the food. The first time we visited the food was not only expensive but had no taste. But it being a restaurant mom enjoys, her party was held there on 03/29/2025 and everyone said the same, even mom. Tasteless food at the prices on that menu plus the outlandishly loud music ensures none of the 12 people who were in attendance will ever return to that restaurant again, including mom. This was my first time dining here and I was very disappointed. The Poblano came in such a small portion and it was rock solid for $25?? The mango salmon was okay. When I called the manager over he didn't really say much or didn't seem to care, he just gave me a bad look once I said we didn't want it anymore. We showed up on a Sunday afternoon at about 1pm. We were seated right away by the hostest. A young lady brought chips by the table about 10 minutes later. 23 minutes after we were seated we still had not even been able to place drink orders. I went to the front and asked to speak to the manager. He came out several minutes later and I told him we had beeb waiting now about 26 minutes for the server to come by and take drink orders. The manager apologized and said he knew we had been waiting and someone would be right out. So we are now 30 minutes since being seated when the gentleman finally arrived to take.drink orders we placed them and got drinks, several minutes after that we asked him if we could please placed our lunch orders, he said just a second and disappeared for another 10 minutes. So now we are like 45 minutes since we were seated. We placed our order, the manager came by and said he would take the cheese dip off the check for the wait. The food came out, it was ok, not the best. We ate and finished and asked for to-go containers. We kept sitting there waiting on the check and he never came with it. We had to flag him down and ask for our check, he brought it back and the chese dip was still on it our total was $103.45, and I told him the cheese dip was supposed to be taken off, but my wife in her irritation handed him $105. He comes back to the table and hands us back the money for the cheese dip but the rest of the money is missing. We asked him where the money was and he said "oh you wanted that back" we were like of course that money was not tip it was to cover the original cost of the bill he comes back and and hands me a $5 bill, at that point everyone in the party was frustrated and we left with him still keeping some of the money not left for him a tip. I would not reccomend eating at this restaurant at all. The food is expensive and mediocre at best. The wait was not worth the cost, the food or the frustration!! Stay away at any cost. read more

Our server was great, he checked in on us many times. I ordered the chicken nachos, they were not good. The flavor was bland and the only good thing about it was the chips. We ordered the queso which was amazing , and the salsa was as well! Which as a starter made it seem like our meals would be just as good. My freind ordered the fish tacos. Unfortunately the smell of the fish was so potent but the flavor was lacking. We were sick for 2 days after eating here and never have had a bad experience like this after eating. I won't be returning to this location. My daughter recommended it after having a good experience another location, but this one was a letdown from the start. We stood at the entrance for nearly 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us--even though the place was nearly empty and it was 1:00 PM on a Saturday. Our server was pleasant and the margaritas were good, but the food and service overall were a miss. I ordered the steak tacos carbon, medium-rare. The meat was cooked as requested, but it was so tough I couldn't even bite through it. I tried a second taco--same issue--and gave up. The refried beans were bland and flavorless. I ended up eating chips and salsa for lunch. My daughter said her meal was not as good as what she had at the other location but at least she was able to eat it. After the food came out, our server never checked back in until it was time to drop off the check. She didn't ask how the food was or acknowledge that I barely touched my plate. The place is descent. It's pretty spacious with nice decor, even in the bathroom is nice. The hostess were not very welcoming and though the space was not full, they told us it was a 30 minute way. I assumed they were short staffed but my friend asked it the we could sit at the bar and that way we didn't have to wait. Bar staff seemed overwhelmed at first but ended up being pretty nice. The drinks were actually good, I liked their coconut margaritas and my friend the Hennessy one. The food is pretty standard Tex-Mex food but not bad. You won't find authentic Mexican food here, but this place gets the job done. My rating for the quality of the food is 3 stars, but my entire experience is definitely 4 stars. We ordered the empanadas to start with. The mushroom and cheese was the best one. The dipping sauces that came with it was a nice touch. My boyfriend ordered the tacos and he wasn't crazy about it. I ordered the pescado, it was shrimp and tilapia, which tasted pretty cooked except for the rice that came with it. The rice was not cooked properly because parts of it was hard other parts of it was mushy. I would definitely return here to try other things out! read more
