Terrible! Just spend the extra money on a legit airline. You will quickly find out this airline is a total joke.

I received a text message at 3:00 PM (sent at 1:15 PM, but not seen until later) stating that they were having mechanical issues with one of their carts and wanted to move my reservation to 8:00 PM. This did not work for me, as I cannot drive at night and the person driving me was unable to change his plans. They then asked if 6:30 PM would work, which I agreed to, but this change meant I now had to take an Uber since my driver had already made other arrangements. I requested a refund for the one person who could no longer attend due to their schedule change and was told the cancellation policy is 24 hours. I explained that the 24-hour policy should apply both ways, especially when the company is the one changing the reservation the day of the tour. To add to the confusion, I was then told I had been put back on my "original" time of 6:30 PM--however, my original reservation time was actually 7:30 PM. I would have gladly paid my $40 ticket and the additional $25 each way for Uber transportation if they had refunded the second ticket. However, paying $130 total just to look at Christmas lights is excessive. The fact that the company changed the schedule and still refused to refund the one ticket speaks volumes about their integrity. I highly do not recommend using this company for any tours.

We stayed here for our 40th anniversary. Lovely property, room, comfy bed and great staff. Across the street from the bay you have sailboats and schooners . Great views from the Verandas. We ordered the breakfast in bed with mimosas which didn't disappoint. I had a huge piece of French toast with blueberry compote, ham, cappuccino. We're already planning our next visit.

Our room was spacious with a nice king sized bed. Shower had room for two. We also had a bench on the deck outside of our room. I sat there and read the paper. I loved discovering a cat curled up there on our last day who was friendly and enjoying the morning sun. Breakfast was delicious with an egg bake and waffle our two days. With fresh fruit, bread board, juice, and coffee, there was more than enough to eat. They also hosted a social for the guests but the timing didn't work out for us to attend. It was quite the spread when we peaked in one night. We really enjoyed eating our breakfast outside on the large porch. The first day it was raining but we were covered so not an issue. The second day it was sunny and clear. Beautiful views of the water. The staff was fantastic and took care of all of our needs. Great stay!

With a perfect 75° evening forecasted for a Saturday night, it seemed like an ideal way to enjoy the occasion. Their online booking system was easy to use, and after our credit card was authorized, we were all set for a 5:00 PM departure. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the dock, things took a disappointing turn. The business office was open, but no staff were inside. After asking around at nearby boats, we learned that no one from Sabrage had been seen all day. I called the number provided, only to reach voicemail. About ten minutes after 5:00, I finally received a callback informing me that they had simply overlooked our reservation and did not have staff available to run the boat that night. It's incredibly frustrating to book an event on a Friday, only to show up the next day and find out that the company didn't even check their reservations. Based on other reviews, it seems like the cruises themselves are enjoyable, but the lack of organization and reliability is a major red flag. If you do choose to book with them, I highly recommend calling ahead--maybe even more than once--to confirm that they're actually operating. To their credit, they voided the charge quickly, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. On a beautiful Saturday night in March, in a prime tourist location, I can't understand why a cruise company wouldn't be running. If not then, when? Given this experience, I have no plans to book with them again.

Honestly, it could have been built in 1818 or 2018, and I'd believe either in the best possible way. The location was perfect: about a five-minute walk to the edge of St. George Street, eight minutes to the fort, and roughly fifteen minutes to the Fountain of Youth. We parked our car upon arrival and walked everywhere all weekend, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We also dined at Castillo and had a lovely evening there. As Marriott Gold members who have stayed at many Marriott properties over the years, this was easily one of our favorites. Whenever we return to St. Augustine, we will absolutely be staying here again.

The location of the Renaissance was convenient for us as we were visiting the historic district with the shops, restaurants and churches on St. George St., King Street, Charlotte St., and Spanish St. Additionally, we made a visit to Castillo de San Marcos which was just a few minute's walk. Also, right across the street next to Ripley's is the old town trolley tours which we did not take advantage of; but, which we saw (trolley buses) everywhere as this was their main hub. The Renaissance was absolutely stunning, modern, and super clean. Since St. Augustine is primarily a pedestrian town, we just parked our car for three nights and only went back to it as we departed. All of our destinations were easily walkable. From check-in to checkout and all associate interactions in between, we found the team, smiling, waving, and interacting with us offering to assist in any way. They were professional, friendly, and engaging (even the housekeepers that we came across). The room was very modern, well-appointed and larger than we expected. The guest common areas, such as the pool, the lobby, the guest halls, the restaurant, etc. were all kept in impeccably clean and stage ready condition. On our checkout day, Azell at the Front Desk gave us a fond farewell and James in valet service also thanked us for staying and wished us a fun journey. Super awesome experience and hopefully we will be back in the near future. A++ Overall Experience.
