I just ppurchased 2 new Camrys from Frontier Toyota and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. Chris and Bien provided outstanding VIP service from beginning to end and worked very hard to get us an amazing deal. What truly makes a dealership special is not just the cars -- it's the people. Chris and Bien were professional, honest, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy every step of the way. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. If you are in the market for a new Toyota, I highly recommend reaching out to Chris and Bien at Frontier Toyota. You will be treated with respect and taken care of the right way. Highly recommended!

I have to do this again, this time with the sales person. We were trying to take out a lease on a vehicle and we had been quoted a price with down payment. We couldn't go in so we wee getting quotes over the phone but then we were told that the car had been sold then we were called back saying the previous customers didn't qualify. But when he called back he raised the monthly pmt and the down payment to an outrageous amount this guy was T Nguyen . We told him to forget about it that they were a rip off. So this morning we ended up at Toyota of North Hollywood and we got an amazing deal and they were great and very friendly. We went home driving a beautiful Toyota Camry SE for 425 a month when he was trying to sell us an LE for more than 425 pmt and the down payment he wanted was almost 6k and we got the SE premium with 4k down. We will never come to Frontier Toyota again. Bye!

I was charged $1281 in labor for my car being dropped off 3 hours 46 minutes, please see attached receipt. I came in to have my battery replaced and agreed to having various filters cleaned upon their suggestion. They finished this work quickly and I picked up my car, shocked by a $1593.71 bill for a battery + filters. Additionally I had asked if they could hid my dash cam wires. They did not do this but I went to access footage from my dash cam which I needed and they TURNED MY DASH CAM OFF. The last piece of footage is them turning it off - it's been turned off ever since, and I was unaware. It would be on but not recording, a setting they changed. I also let them know that my phone was no longer connecting to my car, and they told me they reset the electrical. They did not. Nothing was reset, all previous settings were the same and the Bluetooth still does not work. I have been going here for years, and also bought my car here and I will never be back. This was the last straw in being treated poorly. This just doesn't sit right. Three and a half hours of labor, a battery and filters = $1,593? Come on. I did go right over to the manger and asked why I was charged for more time than my car was actually there and he said multiple men were working on my car at the same time. Really? That was needed to clean filters and swap a battery? This place is a scam and I will go elsewhere.

Lucky is the man with the plan! This is my second vehicle purchase with him, and once again he made the process smooth from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Lucky, Greg, and the entire Frontier Toyota team for taking great care of me. If you're looking for a vehicle, save yourself the time and hassle. Lucky is your guy!

AVOID TOYOTA OF FRONTIER AT ALL COSTS If you value your safety, your money, and even a shred of respect as a customer -- DO NOT set foot in Toyota of Frontier. I have video proof showing exactly how this dealership operates: * They flat-out REFUSED my 15,000-mile scheduled maintenance -- a basic warranty service. * They REFUSED to accept my Toyota Tundra 2024 for warranty repairs despite ongoing, documented safety system malfunctions. * They REFUSED any diagnosis, even though the issues were confirmed in previous visits. * And finally, they THREW ME OUT of their property like I was trespassing -- simply because I dared to demand the service Toyota promised when I bought the truck. Let's be crystal clear: this is not "bad customer service" -- this is fraud, breach of warranty, and a blatant disregard for driver and passenger safety. Toyota of Frontier had multiple prior attempts to fix my safety issues and door panel rattling. At first, they admitted the problems. Then they started denying them. Then they simply shut the doors in my face. What's even worse -- Toyota corporate does NOTHING. They protect these scammy dealers instead of protecting the people who trusted their brand with tens of thousands of dollars. Translation: If your Toyota becomes unsafe, they will stall, deny, and push you away until you give up -- because they don't care about you. This dealership is a disgrace. Toyota, as a brand, is a disgrace. They gamble with people's lives while hiding behind their "warranty" marketing lies. The video of their refusal and kicking me off the lot is attached to this review. Watch it and decide if you want to risk your family's safety with a company like this. TOYOTA OF FRONTIER = ZERO INTEGRITY, ZERO HONOR, ZERO CUSTOMER CARE. TOYOTA AS A BRAND = SAFETY NIGHTMARE WAITING TO HAPPEN.

Tear at the passenger seat pocket. It's like they pulled on the pocket and the seams tore.

I will never come here again or recommend anyone come here. I bought my "certified pre-owned" vehicle here in June 2025. After the storms from earlier this year in Jan 2026, I noticed the carpets were wet and a sloshing sound somewhere in the rear. Turns out there were leaks in a couple places. They told me this could have been a thing with the previous owner, they don't really know. 6 months of getting this car and I'm already having issues. They quoted me a diagnostic fee of $250 initially and then when they couldn't figure out the problem, they tried to increase the diagnostic fee to $600 to further investigate. It was then I knew, I made a mistake taking my car to the service center. I turned in my car on Jan 16th, I didn't get it back until Feb 3rd. In between that time I've had to do my own follow ups because no one was giving me updates and other back and forth BS. The service rep didn't really seem to care and I've had to talk to 2 different managers because the initial one left the job. Total I ended up forking over $2,300. It's now June 2026, no more leaks, but now I'm still finding careless damages from the reinstall. The first thing I noticed when I got the car home was a tear at the passenger seat pocket. At this point I was too exhausted to fight and bring it back to them. I let it go. Recently I noticed that the plastic housing on the hatch door kept popping out. I took it apart and saw that some of the clips were broken and bent! The trauma just keeps coming. Oh and BTW, whoever worked on my car LEFT THEIR DIRTY VAPE PEN IN THE CENTER CONSOLE!

Embarrassingly enough, while I was on my way there, I realized that I was actually purchasing the manual version of the GR86 Premium I had been searching for over the past several weeks. Up until that moment, I had only ever driven automatic cars and was specifically searching for an automatic GR86 Premium. Not only did they beat every written offer I had received, but they also allowed me to complete a pre-purchase inspection, taught me how to drive manual, and even had their wonderful porter drive me home afterward. I wish I could give 5/5 stars, but unfortunately, they fell short on their promise to remove the black tar(?) stuck to the back of my car before we drove off. I'd especially like to recognize the people below who helped me throughout the experience: Cody - Not only did he continue teaching me how to drive manual, but he also drove me home for 2 hours from 10 PM-12 AM! He is one of the most genuine and kind people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kelly - The definition of personable. She not only taught me how to drive manual, but also taught me a lot about myself. I wish she were my aunt. Ashley - The salesperson assigned to me. She was communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. Mr. C - His enthusiasm truly shined through. His service is impeccable. Chris - Competitively beat my written offers with a smile on his face. Mike - Explained every single detail about finances and the world of manual sports cars. Really fun to talk to! A dream experience for my dream car!

Avoid Mazda of Valencia at all costs…read more I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment on 7/26 after multiple calls and texts with Romero regarding a Mazda CX-50 Preferred. Romero presented himself as though he were handling the sale, but upon arrival, I learned his role was apparently to call prospective customers, quote preliminary deals, and entice them into the dealership. I drove from Los Angeles after confirming the pricing. Once there, the numbers were materially different, and the two vehicles I was told would be washed and ready were both dirty. We were also passed among several employees and repeatedly had to explain what had already been discussed. The entire process was disorganized and poorly managed. Around 2:30 p.m., General Sales Manager JT Taylor, also known as John, entered the conversation with what he called the final offer. I showed him my text exchanges with Romero, and JT pulled out his phone and photographed my screen to capture the messages. Despite seeing what had been represented, he returned with numbers that were nowhere close. At that point, I understood that no deal would be reached and was prepared to leave. I calmly stated that this was the classic dealership experience I intentionally avoid, which is why I used brokers for my last three vehicle leases. I specifically explained that my frustration was with the overall experience and was not directed at JT personally. Nevertheless, he became defensive, raised his voice, and refused to de-escalate despite my repeatedly asking and gesturing for him to calm down. He then announced that he was "ex-military" and that he "doesn't get down like this." I am still unsure whether that was intended to address the pricing discrepancy, intimidate me, or demonstrate a very large ego with very little managerial judgment. Whatever the intention, it was inappropriate and remarkably unprofessional. The most absurd part came when I asked for his business card. JT repeatedly responded, "Nah, it's okay," because he believed I would leave a negative review. I requested it three times, and he only provided it after another employee intervened. For context, I have worked in financial services for nearly two decades across retail, private, and investment banking, serving clients from all walks of life. I cannot imagine refusing to provide a client with my business card because I feared negative feedback--or one of the associates I lead doing so without serious repercussions. This was not an inexperienced employee having an awkward moment. This was the General Sales Manager displaying hostility, poor judgment, and an apparent fear of accountability. A business card is not permission to leave a review, and hiding it does not prevent a customer from documenting an experience. After his repeated refusals, I recorded the interaction, including him saying, "Nah, it's okay." I also have the text exchanges, call records, and supporting documentation. Mazda Corporate has opened a formal case, and I will provide them with the full record. We also had an appointment at the neighboring Kia dealership, but two Mazda employees told us both locations were under the same ownership. After this experience, we skipped that appointment rather than risk encountering the same lack of training, professionalism, and accountability. JT Taylor, respectfully, if you are comfortable invoking your military background during a disagreement but frightened by a Yelp review, customer-facing management may be the wrong profession. Reviews are not threats; they reflect the service provided. I have leased two Mazdas over the past ten years, and this was easily my worst dealership experience. Save yourself the drive and aggravation. Professional management addresses concerns--it does not raise its voice, make intimidating remarks, and hide business cards.

Isaac took the time to show me how to follow my service appointment in real time through the Tesla app, which I thought was such a cool and convenient feature. I loved being able to see exactly what was happening with my vehicle, when the work was in progress, and when it was completed. He also provided quotes for a few additional services, which I really appreciated. My car was in service for about an hour, and when everything was finished, Isaac came and found me personally to let me know it was ready. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Five stars to Isaac for his outstanding customer service. When I return for future service, I'll definitely be asking for him again. Thank you for making my first Tesla service experience such a positive one!

It took three calls before anyone would even escalate the issue to a manager riestrada@tesla.com…read more When we finally reached one, the response was dismissive: we were told the order "processes immediately," that plenty of customers who ordered at 11:50pm on the 15th got the incentive, and that in their years at Tesla they'd never seen a delayed confirmation. Except our own order confirmation didn't arrive until three days after we placed the order -- directly contradicting what we were told. If there's a system delay on Tesla's end, customers shouldn't be the ones penalized for it. At minimum, Tesla should be upfront that promotions require ordering several days in advance, or through a live person, rather than letting the app accept an order and deposit and then quietly failing to honor the terms. Aside from this, we're happy with the vehicle itself. But this experience has made us far more cautious about ordering from Tesla when we were told it would be fine. Tesla should make this right. They can see all search history in the ap, but as a consumer you cannot, they want proof that we don't have. Balls in their court.

They were both professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. My biggest frustration was the pricing. Before making the drive, we were quoted multiple times that the vehicle would be $2,000 over MSRP. However, once we arrived, the numbers suddenly changed, and there were several BS reasons given as to why the original quote no longer applied. It definitely felt like the initial quote was intended to get us through the door, and then the negotiation started from there. While we were eventually able to come to an agreement, it still wasn't the deal we had originally been promised. That said, Daniel and Swan remained courteous and worked with us throughout the process, which made the experience much better than it otherwise could have been. We've been enjoying our new Outback so far and are very happy with the vehicle itself. I just wish the pricing had been as transparent and consistent as the initial conversations led us to believe.

It does not matter if you call it an "appraisal" or a "test drive." You ask first. Period. For the record, California Vehicle Code Section 10851 makes it unlawful to drive or take a vehicle not your own without the consent of the owner. Moving a vehicle even a small distance without the owner's consent qualifies as a violation. I was told you needed pictures and a VIN number, not a joyride. I came in to pick up a Porsche Cayenne that was purchased by one of my clients. I showed up and gave them the release paperwork and was given the keys. I pulled up to an area adjacent to the customer parking that was coned off and parked the car momentarily to do an inspection and take some pictures (see attached photo). The new car manager (Dean Marone) was walking by and stopped and very rudely told me to move the car, which I had no problem doing so, and I even explained that I was picking this unit up for a client and that I needed to inspect it so I had pulled up to an open area. All I said to the sales manager was "thanks for being courteous" and he just turns around and starts dropping F bombs, telling me "I told you to move the F'ing car so move the F'ing car". I was shocked to have someone on staff taking to me like that, let alone the manager. I let him know that I've been an employee of Galpin (who owns this dealer) and I know the owners and that I would be letting them know of his behavior. At this time the GM (Henrik Martirosyan) comes out and starts cussing at me as well saying "who the F is this guy, your not going to pickup anything F'ing car from here again, get the F out of here". I let them know that I had ever legal right to be there as I had already provided them the vehicle release from Porsche and they had given me the keys already. I told them that I would be reaching out to to my former boss and owner of Galpin Auto (Bert Boeckmann), at which time, Dean Marone, screamed out in front of other customers at the entrance of the dealership "Bert has been dead for 2 years, you stupid MF'R". I also had the GM, Sales manager and one of the sales guys (Avo Krikorian) get in my face in the parking lot and try to physically intimidate / assault me and the police had to be called out. It's really unfortunate that these clowns are staining the Galpin and Boeckmann family name like this. P.S. the only member of the team that was professional and respectful was the used car manager, Pablo Veigel. Thanks for your assistance and being a true professional Pablo!

The whole staff in the service department was kind, patient and very helpful. This was a last minute service and they pulled through in a major way! Thanks again to all the staff members (Emily, Sophia, Gerrardo, and Juan) for getting me back on the road safely! They even offered to wash my car after it was getting late! I will be back!

I have countless text messages from Jessenya, Bruce, and C Brower about how the program works, they get people such as myself approved all the time and when can I come down. Emphasis on the "When can I come down" I explained numerous times I can't come down unless I have a hard approval as it's a 100 dollar uber ride to and from. Nonetheless, they kept pushing the idea. C Brower finally pulled my credit (If this is a "your job is your credit") program, why do you need to run my credit. So the answer was a no go for the approval. I knew that because I was transparent about the identity theft. So when I asked why do they market it as your job is your credit, they claim it runs aside the job. Which basically is how the traditional way of buying a car is. You pick the car, they take proof of income, residency, and ID. It's not a Your job is your credit program. It's the traditional way of buying a car and the "Job is Credit" Scam b/s is to get you down there. Carmax has better tactics than this. Also if you have good credit, stop buying cars from these dealers that add all these extra to the sticker price. Go to BMW or Mercedes, get a service loaner for the same price as a K5 and move on. I needed a big EV SUV and thats why i'm here. Update, I got a 2022 BMW X7 with a warranty from carmax. What one dealership won't do, another will. I have pictures and proof if you want to email me.

Honestly, I never thought I would be writing this review, let alone a five star review…read more In Golden Girls style: picture it, Valencia, 2024... we wanted to buy a new body style Hyundai Santa Fe before the then current promotions ended. I loved the way the car looked, and after driving it, was absolutely ready to get rid of my Ford Explorer. We went to this dealership and had what I would term the worst auto buying experience we've ever had. The salesman was inexperienced and made multiple mistakes, made worse by a manager who didn't correct the mistakes and, instead, leaned into them. Then pressured us to buy a product during finance to justify the great price we negotiated. And don't even get me started on the trade-in... We walked out on the deal multiple times, only to be brought back by promises of more discounts. The only reason we bought the car was the price. We bought it in spite of the dealership. Fast forward to March 2026. My wife was fed up with her Tesla... Skyrocketing insurance rates, skyrocketing registration fees coupled with tremendous interest in our car as a used vehicle prompted us to move out of it into a hybrid mini SUV. She landed on the Tucson, because of its good looks and our familiarity with Hyundai as a manufacturer and the electronics of the car. I reached out to multiple buying services to get current pricing on the car and found out that now is a great time for that particular model as dealers are very much willing to deal on it. As it turns out, AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia had the exact car we wanted in stock so after gauging pricing from multiple dealerships, we reached out to their Internet department (always deal with the Internet sales people, they don't care about losing money) and struck up a text conversation with Hector, the Internet sales consultant who got my lead. It didn't take me long to realize that this is not the same sales person I dealt with a year and a half ago. This guy knew the business, knew the car, and had enough "power" to be able to move the price. Feeling no pressure from him, we went in and looked at the car on a Thursday night just to make sure it was what she wanted and the color made her happy. We were presented the numbers exactly as we discussed them, with a few available discounts pending. We shook hands and made an appointment for Saturday. With everything done, we knew it would be a short visit. And the team at AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia did not disappoint. We arrived at 11 AM and drove off the lot in our new car a little after 1 PM. I never felt any pressure, we knew the deal was done and it was just signing the paperwork in finance. We did buy one product, but felt absolutely no pressure to do it. As promised from my first conversation with Hector, the entire team was different. The salesman we worked with in 2024 had been trained and reassigned to finance, the manager had left the dealership and even the finance manager we worked with was out that day. What a difference working with the right people makes. So a huge thanks to Hector, the sales manager Saher, and finance manager Nef... if you decide you need a Hyundai, this dealership and this team are the way to go. Although you might have to grab Nef from the AutoNation Ford store... Seriously, thank you guys! You turned a one star experience into a five star.

I went there twice for different situations but both times they let me down. Not willing to negotiate and offers ridiculously high prices. Shumon the manager is horrible on customer service and very pushy. Takes forever more than a day to give me a yay or nay on a number I want. He basically straight up told me then go somewhere else and talked down to me sarcastically. What kind of horrible customer service is that claiming they want to earn my buisness. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Do not go here! The salesmen are nicer but do not really push for you and cant do much. Horrible go elsewhere the reviews speak for itself. Go to keyes mission hills hyundai better service got wayy closer to the number I want there. Alex and Caleb is a nicer salesman and honest with advice not a type of guy that will try to abuse your money and only care about making a sale.
