I love this place! It's clean and has lots and lots of toppings options available. Nuts are all on one side I'm guessing for anyone with but allergies. The froyo is always ready and delicious when I go and there's a good amount of parking, if not can find side street parking. My go-to creation is cake batter froyo (omg yum!) peanuts, lilikoi and lychee balls, cheesecake bits, m&ms and peanuts with a brownie on top with some lilikoi syrup to top it all off. The place is clean and all of the girls there give great customer service with a cheery demeanor and smile. Last two times I went the owner was working along side the employees and that's what I love to see. I would definitely recommend for families with kids since the kids can build their own creations or get shaved ice with all the toppings available. Super fun! Convenient location right off Oneawa so you can spot it easily. The staff wear gloves and masks, require masks on entry and provide gloves if desired. I have NEVER had a more uncomfortable/ hostile experience with a customer service worker than I have with the worker named Maile ( I had to ask another worker for her name, since she doesn't bother speaking to me). I've been here multiple times and somehow she's been working every time, and has never failed to make me extremely uncomfortable and be horribly rude completely unwarranted. She begins by glaring at me the second I walk through the door, staring as I make my cup and then not even greeting or saying a single word to me while I stand there, and the one time she did she sounded pissed, for what??. It's extremely confusing as i've never said or done a single rude thing to her, it was nowhere near closing, yet she consistently has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have told all of my friends and family to avoid this place because of this single worker. I rarely leave bad reviews, but Maile needs to be fired, she has no place in customer service if this is how she treats people and i've never seen her do anything but act like a snarky teenager. We met the owner today when we stopped by for some yummy yogurt. He was very friendly and told us that they make most of their yogurt! I had a little bit of pumpkin (feeling festive) and pineapple dole whip with Mochi toppings. My hunny had chocolate and vanilla with various toppings. I love taking my kids here so they can be creative with their yogurt blends. The decor is very cute and I love the bathroom. It's a pretty nice place and I'd want to come here to sit down and eat one day when this is over. I think the only thing for me was at my last visit there was a younger girl behind the counter and she greeted us but didn't give us the run down of how to do the self serve with their new precautions in place; she did stop us to ask if we could put on the food gloves they have at the table but she didn't specify which hands so I was a bit confused and put it on both. I am not a yogurt/ice cream person but this place had every topping you can think of. I minimized the yogurt and stacked the brownies, bananas, walnuts and some sour worms. I even threw in a cupcake and banana bread then poured chocolate syrup over the entire thing. You have the option of putting in dividers which is awesome. Choose 3 flavors that won't touch. My favorite frozen yogurt shop! Willing to drive from Kaneohe to Kailua just for a yummy acai bowl + yogurt. The acai is made to order but the mini is just enough. I like that you can create your acai bowl with your own toppings. Greatest idea ever. Every frozen yogurt place should add fresh acai bowls to their menu. Just recently I tried the Lilikoi Passion bubble drink which was to die for. So yummy & cheap, only $2.50 for a small! I like that they offer sample cups to try the yogurt and they don't just give out one, they give three! My favorite yogurt is the pineapple which taste exactly like the dole whip from the Dole Plantation out on the North Shore. Came here to get milk tea while waiting for the guys to get their hair cut next door. Located in kailua. This place is really cute ! Nice open windows and and colorful decor. My friends ordered large milk teas with boba & they were HUGE! Like literally ginormous lol. So my cousin ordered a honey milk tea with almond milk, and my friend got a taro milk tea. The taro one was super yummy ! However my cousin said he couldn't taste the almond milk in his so he asked the man working and he made another one immediately and even let us keep the old one. Score ! This place has really good customer service (: The inside is really cute and has lots of space. They have a couple TVs too. Great place to take kids. Omg!!! This place is so amazing!!!! I went with my husband and 2 sons and we all got whatever we wanted. They have soooooooo many toppings and even boba bubbles and tapioca bubbles. I got mango and Lilikoi yogurt with a lot and I mean ALOT of fruit and tapioca and and sprinkles!!! I felt like such a kid enjoying my yogurt . Kids had vanilla with candies and my husband got pineapple, strawberry, and mango with tapioca jellies as well. We ate it all!!! And my husband got the French press coffee and loved it. Took my babies here after a day at the beach. They enjoyed making their own fro-yo and shaved ice w/toppings. My mom had their peach black tea 50% sweet and I had their Lilikoi black tea 75% sweet w/extra ice = SO REFRESHING for the adults! They had disposable gloves for customers and staff on the floor to help. Outside they had a tv w kids dvd and kids seating too!! Staff and fro-yo and topping selection was great, but the manager (owner?) Just stood there the whole time without a mask on. I don't care that she thought she was standing 6 ft away from the food - it's an indoor space so unless she's breathing directly into a HEPA filter, her droplets are still getting everywhere. If she had been COVID positive, all her staff and customers would have gotten infected today. People like her are why we keep having to lockdown, good businesses will have to suffer now because she refuses to wear a mask in her own establishment, which is in direct violation of pretty much every emergency order on the state and county level. This is literally one day after the nation's highest report of positive cases, and we just reopened tourism so unless people can learn how to wear their masks were either going to shut down again or overwhelm or hospitals. The staff comes out to serve you your toppings, but everything is still sitting out in open-air containers. I went to a fro-yo place in Kaimuki where everything was individually packaged, I don't expect quite that level but the toppings should at least be sitting in closed/covered containers with lids. This is critical to stop spreading COVID. No hand sanitizer. Wish I had taken a photo of the owner/manager without a mask, sorry I don't have any pics for you. Super bummed about this because my mom just moved in up the street, I had planned to get fro-yo every time I visit. Maybe I'll go back in a year or so after the pandemic subsides, if they're still open. It's a lovely little place except the owner/manager is seriously dropping the ball on even just the bare minimum of COVID precautions, like wearing a damn mask. There's no excuse. read more

Previously known as Yo(gurt) Mama, FROST is quite literally one of the only dessert places open in Kailua after 8 pm. I've been here a bunch of times and honestly, I don't have much to say about it. This past visit, I got the cappuccino and matcha flavored fro yo. It was alright. Large variety of toppings, though, so that's always nice. My family of 5 went there this past weekend after the boys got haircuts next door. We've been here SEVERAL times before & always had friendly service. This last night we went was absolutely horrible. There were 2 young girls behind the counter talking. Neither greeted us when we walked in, not a smile, not a hi...nothing. We got to the register where the young Polynesian girl was waiting (still no smile or hello). The only thing she said was that only 4 cups can be put on the scale, and our total. Not a thank you. We stayed for a while finishing our goodies. Not once did either girl greet any of the numerous customers walking in to spend their money. No once did I hear a thank you come out of the cashier's mouth. I thought maybe they had a bad night. But looking back on other reviews, looks like a trend.
