I parked in front of the store and unloaded all 30 gallons into my small camping wagon. The storefront has large windows all around, so the staff could clearly see me unloading the entire order. Only after I had finished and was about to bring everything inside did an employee, a young blond man, come out and tell me they wanted the delivery brought to the back instead. A simple heads-up at the beginning would have saved a lot of unnecessary work. Instead, I had to haul the entire load around the building after already unloading it. To top it off, the tip was just $1. Delivery drivers work hard, often in extreme Arizona heat while handling heavy loads. A little communication and basic consideration go a long way. Based on this experience, I won't be accepting deliveries to this business again.

When prompted, I entered a $5.00 tip--only to have the transaction denied with a message stating, "Tip amount exceeds limit." Who is Baskin-Robbins to decide how much I can tip their employees? If I want to show appreciation for good service, I should be able to do so without restrictions. This was disappointing and frustrating. Employees doing a good job should not be restricted from receiving a tip of any amount the customers want to leave them.
