Horrible service, they treat you really bad and with an attitude. Good food but not coming back.

I came here on my lunch break because of the good reviews. I was really craving an açaí bowl and didn't know where else to go in this area. This one is yummy! It's not customizable so don't be looking for almond milk or pitaya or whatever. It's just a basic bowl, honey, açaí sorbet, tons of bananas and tons of strawberries. More than what you would get at another place for sure. You can tell they make their own granola because it's just basic oats and coconut. Like a said. Real basic but ooooooh so good. I was craving fir fruits and I stop buy this fruit place. It was so good, service was fast and cashier was friendly. The only disappointment was there was no menu so I can order in advance. This place is absolutely amazing ! Not only can you taste how healthy the food is but you can taste the love that is put into making the food ! I've came here for many years and my ultimate favorite is the chicken breast torta with queso panela ! the fruit is always fresh and juicy ! the workers are always so sweet and they always welcome you with a smile ! not too mention the store is always very very clean ! i could go on and on about how good this place really is not only because of how delicious the food is but because of their service and overall environment ! 100% recommend you to try it ! read more

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Worst service. Takes a long time to receive your food. Also forget and disregard ordered calling on the phone or in person. All employees and owner are very rude and bipolar. Ambiance is horrible. Was a customer for months and same thing would happen over time. Employees are very distracted sometimes. Impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. However, I was a bit dissatisfied with my order. I ordered a small fruit salad. Terrible presentation. It seemed like everything was just thrown in the to-go container. The pieces were large and the strawberries were not even cut in half pieces. The granola portion was excessive; it pretty much covered the entire top of the container. Customer service was average, but it seemed that the ladies working that particular shift seemed more interested in dancing together than getting the orders out in a timely manner. Always have a good experience here. I come here for lunch a few times a month because I work nearby. Their fruit salads, green salads, and tortas are all really yummy. They always have great service and are very friendly - I always feel extremely welcome. Sometimes I call in ahead of time because they do get busy! I heard on Facebook that they had good food so even though I wasn't hungry I stopped by to check out there 99 cent tacos. The place is hard to locate as the owners of the building are renovating it (see pic). I had the adobado el pastor tacos and I added guacamole for 25 cents. I was surprised they use homemade tortillas and what tasted like real quacamole. The meat was ground up almost like chorizo consistency. While not authentic, I enjoyed them because the meat was tender and easy to chew. They might have the best 99 cent tacos in the valley read more

I've never had a bad experience before, but I guess today was my "lucky" day. Usually there's a young lady at the register. She's awesome and provides great customer service BUT today when I came in there was an older guy. He was rude and unprofessional. He rather be on his phone than helping customers. I have been going to Extraordinary Fruits for açaí bowls. . although Extraordinary Fruits produces an awesome acai bowl, Fruity Loco is hands down much better and that's saying a lot. The acai was very tasty and the addition of fresh fruit, coconut and granola were perfect with a lovely taste of honey. So worth the drive. Fruity Loco sells really good beverages to ice creams or snacks. I highly recommend the escamochas (fruit cup, with lechera). I'm giving it a 4 star review because some of the female workers that work there are very selfish and when it comes to recommendations of the menu they become bothered. I just found this little gem. The sandwiches and Tortas are to die for. The spread is full of flavor and the ingredients are always fresh.
