Came here with the family after hearing good things and seeing that they had opened up this location that is closer to the house. Aesthetically, I like what they did with the space. They have plenty of room, even with a large crowd, they have overflow space inside. Now the best part really is their snacks/food. They have a great selection of raspados and finger food. I got a vanilla raspado and a tosti-camarón which were really good. For the overall atmosphere and food, I give it 2 thumbs. I will be back soon, that's for sure! read more

Really disappointed with their dairy free selections :( they could easily have alternatives but choose not to... I WAY overpaid for strawberry syrup, shaved ice...with 3 strawberry slices. Please please add dairy free alternatives and I will happily give you all of my money and visit more often. Great place to have a dessert with many different options! I love the different options they have, combining sweet with little bit of chili! I love the ice cream, such as cotton candy and pineapple! I just tried this restaurant with my girlfriend. We had the Sonoran hotdogs and they were great. It reminded me of the hotdog stand next to where I lived in Mexico. When ordering online it did not give my co workers and I an option to put a pick up time. So when we arrived the lady up at the front name Elouisa was very rude and asked why we took so long to pick up our order. My co worker then tried to explain that it didn't give us an option to put a pick up time and we take our lunch at noon, she told us that we would be held accountable and not give us our food or a refund. I was very excited to try this place, as soon as I tasted my food I was extremely disappointed. Their Raspados tasted like fake fruit. We also asked for lechera on all 5- got none. I ordered a coctel de elote, came swimming in mayo, cheese tasted dry and old, and not a drop of lime, chili powder or anything. Corn was also still hard as if it was undercooked. To think I spent $60.00 on these expensive "treats". My kids didn't even touch their raspados. This place brags that they are "authentic". They are far from it. What a joke. read more

I showed up paid for 4 ice creams 1 pina colada and a escamocha at the 51st and Indian school location , they lost my order i complained , i was told to understand that they were busy which i do i get it but they wanted me to take a melting pina colada and i was told they had to go ask the owner after waiting 40 minutes and 4 customers got helped after me for their stuff first and i asked for a refund and i got ignored and the chicks all gave me an attitude like, as if it's my fault they get slammed and have no type of control of their volume coming in , they need way better customer service and a better way of keeping their orders in track their are all over the place and they don't know what they are doing , and yet as a paying customer lol i get told to be understanding they lost my ticket they had to use my copy to finish the order half the order was in a fridge melting already , worse customer service and worst experience ever take your business else where especially if the workers have to go ask the "owner" if they can remake my order after them losing my ticket and having me exactly an hour to get my stuff smh if say support your locals but not if they are like this , it's because of us paying customer they are open and then they act like they better then us smh read more

What a joke!! never have I been disappointed with a raspado Place! How can you get this simple desert wrong?!? how can your Elote be so bad?! Uncooked, cold and absolutely no flavor!! No spice, nothing! Just flowered cheese! They prepare there Raspados to eat each part of it individually! first the ice cream then 6 pieces of frozen hard fruit then you get the ice, lmao and you could not taste the lecherra. My 8 yr old daughter knows how to make a real raspado a million times better than this! Never going back and never recommending this fake Mexican raspado place to anyone unless I want them to have Laugh and be disappointed! also payed $57 for 5 drinks, tostiloco and a cocteldeelote. First time trying Fruitlandia very disappointed they should stick to making drinks not food. We ordered our food and waited 30 minutes and only received half our order had to wait another 20 minutes to get the rest so by the time we got to eat half the order was cold and soggy.
