I'm a 50th year old lady and was offered by my loving daughter to bring me some fast food on Sunday evening January 22nd from a spot by the name of Fry Daddy's which she had been told sellls delicious wings so therefore I agreed. My baby girl then came and dropped off this so called delicious wings and as I opened my container I come across really burnt breaded pieces of chicken which I immediately took a picture and sent it to her and asked in disgust what the Hell is this. She apologized saying sorry mommy that they burnt your wings which I in disappointment told her it's not your fault baby. Never ever will I buy or recommend anyone to this place. Our second time here and this time it was a very bad experience. To begin with, we got there and there were NO clients waiting so we figured it would be a speedy service. Secondly, the people that got there right after us, got their food 15 minutes after ordering. Thirdly, we waited 35 minutes for our order. Lastly, when they bring our food out almost 40 minutes later, she says "we literally just ran out of ranch". I won't lie, I've had this place more times than I can count and it has always been my favorite chicken place in the metroplex but it's gone downhill FAST. I used to call my orders in and sure it would take longer than they said but the food was great so I didn't mind as much but now says they won't even answer the phone. I was even willing to call it a fluke and give them another shot if they refunded my order but I can't even get anyone to answer the phone which they probably can't even hear over the loud music. I literally had to yell to place my order at the counter. This place has always had the worst customer service which is a clear indication of even worse management. And now the food isn't even as good as it used to be if you can even call it food anymore. At this point I'd rather eat chicken from the freezer aisle.
