I also had my to-go order sitting on the counter for 20 minutes and no one had called my name or let me know it was ready. Some of the younger staff need to develop their customer-facing skills. But they're new and I know the road is bumpy at first. Ambiance: not much to say here. A few tables but nothing special. Gets the job done. The bathroom was clean so that's a plus. Yum! I just ordered here for the first time. They were very friendly, and acknowledged me as soon as I came in. I ordered boneless wings and fried rice. This is a combination I wish I knew about sooner. I also ordered the chicken strips / tenders. The food is hot, was freshly made, and done when they said it would be. I ordered it for carry out, and the containers have venting holes at the top. This is a nice touch, because it keeps the breading from getting soggy. The inside is a bit like a Panda Express - nothing fancy, but that didn't bother me one bit. Will definitely come back next time I want wings. I would say it's better quality than BWW. I ordered bbq, the soy garlic, and the tenders with snow cheese. They are all good, and very different from each other. I don't like spicy, and none of these are remotely spicy. This place is Fantastic! We ordered 30 wings in 6 sauces and took them home. The chicken wings were seasoned to perfection and still highlighted the taste of the chicken. Our favorites were the lemon pepper, eggs sauce, and the parmesan. The chicken wings themselves were nicely portioned with lots of meat to skin and bone ratio. We had a great experience at Fry n' Wings on Main Street in St. Charles, Illinois. We entered the restaurant at 11 AM when they were opening. They were just finishing putting the tables back after sweeping and washing the floors. The dining room was very well-maintained and nicely decorated, complete with a TV playing sports for those who are picking up food to go. The staff was exceptional. When this vegetarian was inquiring about options, the server suggested a vegan option which wasn't yet on their menu, but something they were looking to introduce and he offered to cook up an order. He also offered if it wasn't up to taste, he would refund my money. The offer was greatly appreciated, but not needed as the vegan wings in the Honey Thai Chili Sauce was very good. We also had a six piece bone in wings, three with Asian Cajun Sauce and three with Baldak+Gochujang Sauce, these were also very delicious. When the wings were brought to the table, they were boneless, and the server apologized and insisted on correcting the wings to bone in, as this was what had been ordered. The new order came out with very little delay, We also had two orders of Chicken Fried Rice, the portions were of good size and was also very delicious. I can say the bone in wings are on my top 5 fighting for a top 3 spot. Soygarlic, honey Thai chili, and Carolina gold are what I tried along with a egg roll and the sauced up fries(forgot name). The soygarlic and honey Thai had the perfect amount of sauce, cooked perfectly. Whatever they coated the wings in before cooking stayed consistent from the first to the last bite. The fries were pretty good, a little on the salty side. The sandwhich was the only thing I won't order again. It was cooked great. They were a vendor at the taste of Roselle. We were looking for a more substantial dish and were not disappointed. The size of the wings were great and the flavor was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Stumbled across this restaurant and glad I did. As others have mentioned, plenty of parking and tables to eat inside. We ordered the Parmesan Garlic chicken sandwich and my wife said it was very good along with the Cajun fries. The only knock was that the sandwich didn't have any condiment (Mayo) or lettuce on it. The Parmesan Garlic wings were ok, but I've had better. The Buldak + Gochujang flavored wings are tasty, but are not spicy/hot at all. The wings are a nice size and all of the food was freshly made and hot. The Parmesan Garlic fries are very good. Salted Egg and the Soy Garlic were my favorites! Asian Cajun had a nice flavor but 0 spice in my opinion. It could use a little more dry heat. Honey Thai chili was decent. Not my favorite. These do not need any dips buuut I can't get wings without bleu cheese, sorry not sorry. And just in case you're wondering their large size dipping sauce is LARGE. More than adequate for 20 wings! One of the co-owners took our order and gave recommendations on sauces and allowed us to sample the ones we were interested in. She was very personable and sweet. We ordered 20 bone in wings and 4 different flavors. All their flavors are made in house and the ones we tried were fantastic. The honey chili-Thai were amazing if you like sweet wings. They were my personal favorite. The classic BBQ was solid as well, nice sauce for sure. We tried Asian Cajun and mango sriracha were also very good. The wings are cooked to order and we're perfect. If I could give zero stars I would!!! Last year I called way ahead for superbowl and still waited over forty minutes for my order. Didn't want to order this year but husband did so... Give them another chance. This year we called at noon for a 5:00 pick up. My husband waited over an hour and then he was told they were out of bone in wings. They gave him boneless BUT I'm gluten free and the ones they gave him were all breaded. So after waiting well over an hour I didn't get to eat! The wings were just nuggets . Couldn't tell the difference between the two sauces and they were both too salty. I don't even know where to start. My wife and I were just driving past, spotted this place and decided to give it a try. It did NOT disappoint. The food is AMAZING. We've always really enjoyed WingStop, but after having this place we will not be going back to WingStop for the foreseeable future. Their chicken is amazing, perfect crunch with nice and juicy meat. Not too much breading so that it doesn't overpower. The fries were amazing. We got the loaded fries and whatever house made sauce they put on it, I've never tasted anything like it before and I will always get that again when we go there next. Then the dry rubs/sauces for the chicken were quite possibly the best I've ever had for any chicken place with a bunch of different sauces. More specifically the Salted Egg I don't think I have ever tasted anything like that on chicken ever before and it was AMAZING. I also got the Soy Garlic, Garlic Parm, Honey Thai Chili, and the Buldak-Gochujang. All of them did not disappoint. All of them were incredible. Will definitely be going back.
