All of the sandwiches came on a potato roll. Which is honestly the best roll ever made. It's soft and absorbs all of the flavors. It's the perfect bun for any sandwich. The Original Chick' Sandwich comes with a mayo sauce and pickles. The Buffalo Chick'n Sandwich has a mayo based blue cheese sauce plus pickles. The buffalo sauce is really tasty with just the right amount of kick. This sandwich was definitely my favorite. I truly loved the spicy kick. I thought I was eating a real chicken sandwich. When I walked into Wow Bao I told the guy I was here for my plant based chicken sandwiches. He chuckled and immediately knew who I was. He then asked for a few minutes, as the chef in back finished building them. Plant based food is not a replacement for real meat. It's meant to help feed our planets growing population. If it can lesson the footprint, then I'm all for it. I really don't miss the meat at all, especially when it tastes this good. So if you're looking to go meatless, then this is your place.
