It cost me over 300.00 to have a hose clamp put on because instead of fixing it , they suggested we tow the vehicle to a Honda dealership even tho it was before the thirty days was up on our used car warranty. 131 for towing it, and 208 for the hose clamp and labor. They're nice to you when you're buying, but don't want to bother if you need repairs. read more

Drove 75 miles to test drive Kia Sorento that I called about yesterday. I was told they got this car just yesterday and it was available to test drive. I made a reservation to test drive it today at 1:00pm. I received 2 text messages CONFIRMING I would be there. I got there early (around 11:30 am) and was told it was already sold. My brother was with me and he said it was a lie -- the car was never there. I asked to see it and they said it was already gone. I find that hard to believe that a car could be prepped for delivery, and get license plates and insurance, all on a Saturday morning, all within 2 hours of the dealership opening. This is classic bait and switch. They couldn't tell me the truth. If Fuccillo Kia responds to this review don't believe them because they don't know how to tell the truth. I told the manager I should be reimbursed for gas and tolls. He replied: "it ain't gonna happen". My response to going there: it was a "HUUUGGGE" MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

This started off as a great experience and then quickly turned bad. I purchased a new car from this location. We all hate buying cars because of the sales tactics etc. At first, I was impressed with this location. But after I made the commitment to the vehicle, the whole thing changed. During the "paper signing ceremony" there were warranties snuck on to the final cost, an issue with keeping my old NY plates and just a feeling of dishonesty. Then getting new plates in a different state was a stage production. The sales woman is not someone I would recommend. She was so bad, I forget her name. I left there feeling so uncomfortable and with a reminder how I HATE shopping for cars. I did receive a customer satisfaction survey and was never followed up on by the local office. Big miss. I had to have my head gasket replaced on my 2017 Kia Sorento. It had 18,000 miles on it and the A/C stopped working. I was given an optima for the three weeks while in the shop. Four months later in January of this year-2019, the heater stopped working. Now my engine has to be replaced at 23,000 miles and it won't be fixed for 3 - 4 months. The engine is on back order. I was given a Nissa Accent for the next 4 months to drive but I still have to pay the lease. $395 a month. They won't help me. DONT GO TO THIS DEALER! I'm suing. read more

Purchased a used Acura from this dealership, the day of delivery I drove it home and had an immediate problem. I knew based on my knowledge it was not a problem they could rectify and that it needed to be brought to a Certified Acura mechanic. There was so muck lack of communication immediately with what they wanted to do to fix the car. Long stories short I brought it to the Acura dealership, 3 days later Fuccillo went and grabbed the vehicle so they could do a diagnostic and try to fix it. I told them to leave it their that they were wasting time and wouldn't be able to fix it and now my wait time to get my vehicle back was being prolonged. Long stories short they couldn't fix it after a week and returned it to Acura so they could fix it the right way. 2 1/2 weeks later I get my car back. Now it's been over 3 months and I still don't have my new registration, I was given a number to call at Fuccillo and the lady never answers or returns my calls. She finally called me weeks after massages I left and said they are having some issues. I Still have no registration on my vehicle going on 4 months. Funniest thing the lady told me if I get pulled over Fuccillo would take care of any Tickets I get. I've been buying cars from dealers for over 31 years and have never scene such a horrendous dealership in every aspect. read more

It was a great experience. They were able to roll my payments in for my previous car to my new Kia which was a great help and definitely made the deal. My big complaint is we were origionally quoted a much lower payment of 179, so my husband and I planed that in our budget. When we got to the signing of the papers, we were told the payments would be 229. Big difference!!!! The new payment would include a warranty. I am grateful for the warranty, but I feel it was dishonest to give the lower price in the beginning and they should have been up front. read more

Took my moms car in for a 60K mile service. The guy at the service counter (Rich?) told me what I actually needed and what I didn't really need. It's this type of honesty that will make me a return customer. I was in and out in under an hour. I was driving my car on the high way the hood flew up and banged the wind shield,lucky that it didn't break the windshield or cause injury.so I took the car to fuccillo kia of Schenectady to see if I could get another car of equal value and trade my 2017 blue kia forte in. with only 21.500 miles on it. they told me no that I would have to put another 4000.00 to 5000.00 down so I told them no way and that I would call a lawyer but until some one gets hurt bad I cant do nothing about it. It made it unaffordable for me. so I ended up not purchasing the car. Which in my opinion seemed to upset the staff that they were not getting the sale. Worst after sale service you can get anywhere. Purchased a 2022 Carnival on May 15th and was issued a temporary registration which would expire on June28th. A week before it expired i realized I had not gotten the permanent registration so I called the salesman. He had no idea what I was asking him and responded " We sell cars, we dont register them" I paid $ 175.00 at the time of the sale to get he vehicle registration switched over, so yes Matt you do register cars. He did say he would call me back, that never happened so I called the Office Manager who was not in but was going to call me back when she came in. Had to call 2 days later to have her tell me that she didn't get the message and I had to speak to another lady. Found at that the paperwork was sitting in the office waiting to go to DMV after I signed a paper that Matt forgot to have me sign. The temporary registration now has now expired and according to DMV, there was nothing in process for the vehicle registration. I was told not to drive the car as it had no valid registration or insurance because it hadn't been done by the dealer. So I have a 2022 Carnival that sat in my driveway for 10 days and could not be driven because of Fucillo's mistakes and poor service. Finally get the registration 10 days after the temporary registration expired. I complained to the General Manager because of the poor service and the fact that I still had to pay car payment and insurance for 10 days. He says stop in and we will give you a free oil change. I live 4 hours away so thanks but no thanks. Guessing they already knew the answer to their ridiculous offer. Lesson learned, stay as far away form Fucillo Kia as you can read more

The absolute worst place. Shortly after purchasing a Kia Soul, Rick was involved in a house fire and was taken to the Westchester Hospital Burn Unit by helicopter where he was fighting for his life. The Schenectady Fire Department needed to move his car in order for the house to be demolished. The remote control to the car was destroyed. Upon explaining the situation to the manager and requesting help we were told "we'll try to get a mobile car over to the house to program a new remote but not until somebody pays the $300 first". The house fire was on all the news channels and newspapers. Rick a DISABLED WAR VETERAN was fighting for his life and this car dealership was only concerned about who's paying the $300 bill. I had a great experience buying my first Kia at Fuccillo six years ago. Greatest car I've owned. Had great service experiences. Returned last week to buy my second Kia. Great sales experience with Matt Van Gelder and the rest of the team. Dealt fairly on the car, fairly on the trade, and were accessible immediately to answer any questions that came up. The finance/insurance department made me aware of their offerings, but didn't apply excess pressure. I hope this car turns out to be as good as the first, as I look forward to another six good years as a Fuccillo Kia customer. read more
