My drinks were always refilled promptly, she checked in at the perfect times without being intrusive, and she knew the menu well enough to offer great recommendations. The service we received at Fuego Cravings was refreshing. It's nice to walk into a restaurant where you're greeted with sincere friendliness. Our server was a woman named Arimida. She made us feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions with friendly enthusiasm. The food we ordered was the bierria. Wow! It was amazing! I can't get enough of this place!! I work in rancho and usually go to the fuego there in rancho and today I decided to try fuego in highland close to home and to my surprise my fave girl from rancho location is now here in highland location!! Brianna is always super helpful knowledgeable and on top of her game! The food here is top notch my fave dish has to be the papa taquitos! The woman taking my order was so kind and willing to explain everything I asked. Her customer service was excellent. The food was prepared quickly, even though they had several pick up orders being prepared at the same time. I ordered to-go, so I didn't sit in the dining area, but I could see multiple TVs and several different seating options. It has a small parking area out front. I'm not sure if there's more parking somewhere else, but that might be problematic if it's busy. Overall, I would give this place an A. read more

Had the fuego torta and it was bomb!!!!!! Food came out fast and was very delicious!. Had to try the alpastor tacos and that was really good with the red salsa!! Washed everything down with the cucumber lemonade and it was just right!! Not to sour and not too sweet. Service was awesome !! Very professional and made sure we were well taken care of!! I would rate this place a 10/10 due to the fact that the customer service I received by this girl name Brianna was super attentive. She was helpful . Really knew her menu items and helped me pick out the best meal . I was in a debate about birria ramen or a burrito but she persuaded me to get the birria ramen . WOW what can I say ? Decided to stop by and see what Fuego Craving was about, and let me tell yoouuu it was the best decision ever ! The tacos were amazing, the sushi roll was delicious finger licking gooodddd lol, the surf & turf tacos were great the sauce it had on top made it amazingly tasty! I came in and was greeted by Alicia, who was super helpful and kind. I ordered the chilaquiles in green salsa and added carne asada. The flavor was so good! The carne asada had great taste, next time I'll just ask if they can cut it up a bit smaller, but overall it was delicious. I had an absolutely dreadful experience at Fuego Cravings in Highland, California. I specifically ordered a burrito de asada, and instead, I received a bland beans and rice burrito. On top of that, I was forced to wait an unreasonable amount of time for my order, and when I tried to call them to sort out the issue, my calls were ignored at least five times!
