Very bad service! They're hours state 9-9pm on Sundays. Upon arrival it was obvious the cashier began cleaning far in advance, because prior to my food being made (online order) I requested for my meat to be fried more and I was told NO. This cashier had a very absurd attitude, and when she realized my Spanish was broken when I was trying to get clarification from the cooks. She tried to lie to them and then proceeded to tell me it was already crispy. For her to try and undermine me when communicating with the cooks, I will definitely be back tomorrow. I just picked up three tortas. I got one red and one green salsa for each torta. I spent $45 and asked for extra salsa. I was told the next time I ask for an adequate amount of salsa for my taste. The food and the service is great. Armida was attentive and very consistent with checking in and asking if we needed anything else. This is the best Mexican food I have had in the IE not only did it taste amazing but the price was also affordable. They have delicious aguas frescas you have to try. The service is also very good, everyone made me feel welcome and like I was eating somewhere back home in Mexico. They have music playing all day and several tvs playing novelas, soccer games and news. I asked if they could play a song for me and they actually did it. I asked her that nasty face at me then she'll go around asking everybody if they were even bother to ask us if we were OK or if we needed something very bad service the food like I said is great but her service was nasty. and I did see when I paid it asked for tip. I did not put the tip because I was waiting to see what her service was like I found out real quick. Went in today may 29 an hour before closing . Food was Okay , not bad but also not the greatest. We got a fresh horchata water and it tasted horrible , we asked our server if we can change it , changing it to their pineapple which also tasted nasty . On top of that the service was horrible . Ordered online! This was my first time trying this location. I ordered a birria burrito and my only complaint is I wish the burrito was bigger for the price because it was sooooo goood. Honestly the best burrito I ever had. Not dry, so much flavor omg I want more. The only issue I had was the carne asada fries were missing the guacamole and sour cream. But over all I would go back. Anyway I ordered after talking to an actual person and we picked up food which let me say is just super expensive $15 for a torta that has absolutely nothing special about it. Barely has any meat and no flavor whatsoever and I tried 3 different meats. The best part of it was the red salsa. We tried 2 different agua frescas and the watermelon one was good but let me mention there is artificial watermelon flavor to it definitely when it used to be dos amigos tortas it was not the lie this.
