Bearnaise sauce was creamy not acidic...carrots and asparagus were the perfect pair that balanced the dish ... now the garlic herb rice was a Jasmine Japanese rice cooked to perfection except few hard grains got plated underneath !! I did want to mention how good the food I had was, especially loved the Citrus Grilled Swordfish, which was exceptional in quality and taste. The freshness of the herbs mixed with brightness and tang of the acidity of the sauce really brings out the flavor in this delicious fish entree. However, it is soon to be replaced on the menu so hurry and grab a bite before it's gone!! The Bistro is also offering its sticky Korean BBQ pork ribs, which are mouthwatering and so tender the meat falls off the bone! As always, the service here is exceptional and cannot be matched. Portions are quite generous and although it's not the highest quality of food (fries got styrofoamy a tad too fast and some of the meat was dry), nothing some ketchup and sauce didn't fix and the spaghetti and fish were actually pretty good.
