was running errands in rancho and was absolutely starving and decided to try this place because it was so close. When I tell you they didn't disappoint I mean it! The staff was so helpful and kind, I decided to dine in and immediately they came to wipe down the tables. The whole place was very clean and streamlined! The menu was full of delicious options but I ended up going with the birria quesadilla! So so good ! Big enough to share and the side of consume was so flavorful ! I'm so happy I found this place and excited to come back and try the birria ramen because I just know that's gonna be good ! read more

I've seen this place a lot on food delivery apps and finally decided to grab some. I decided to go in yesterday AND IM SO GLAD I DID. This is some of the best birria I've had. Since I usually get quesabirria tacos at other restaurants...I opted for a quesidilla this time. It was soooo GOOD. Plus they aren't charging and arm and a leg for consome (only 99 cents!). The salsa was fresh and had a great flavor. I also got a cucumber lime aqua fresca and those never disappoint. Check this place outttt! read more

Piece of plastic in my burrito and I didn't notice it until it was already in my mouth and chewing, not the only issue though, burrito tortilla was crispy dry to the point of it breaking and not holding in the food. Also customer service was terrible, no acknowledgment of being there trying to pay for the food. read more

The young girl at counter should not be in that position (at counter) because she lacks "people" skills: doesn't know how to greet, no charisma, no smile and not even a simple "thank you" If there was a grade on service and not just food, I would give them a B- minus. read more

We came for the first time because the Yelp app kept recommending this place to me. We ordered Birria Ramen, ezquite, and quesa tacos and EVERYTHING was delicious absolutely zero complaints about the food. The salsas were amazing and birria was authentic. Nonetheless, to me, customer service is still very important and I didn't feel welcomed, female cashier seemed pretty unhappy to be there and we got there one hour before closing and weren't allowed to dine in. Four families left apparently it's more important to have lobby closed than to have business. First off, their Agua Frescas are delicious, their food just as good. I was surprised as they have a full Birria menu from ramen to tacos. They also offer Hot Cheetos as a extra option for those who can't get enough of the chips. It was a friendly encounter and enjoyable seating area with a small fire place. Be warned the seating is limited, my family of 5 along with another family took up most of their seating. Last is their pricing is decent but still slightly on the higher side, not horrible. Worst nachos ever. I ordered the birria nachos. They use a liquid cheese which completely soaked the chips. I couldn't tell they were chips, it was just a soggy mess. The "guacamole" looked like they squeezed it out of a package and worst of all was the flavor. The cheese was nasty. The meat had an ok flavor, but not near as good as the birria at the upland location. I ended up tossing most of the plate away after eating the little bit of meat on top.
