Stopped by a few weeks ago on a Friday evening and it was packed! There's plenty of seating but the space can feel cramped when during rush hour. We ordered the asada fries and a few tacos. Stop in for dinner with a few friends who haven't been here before. Thought we'd try this establishment again without the grand opening crowd. Order at the counter , clean indoor dining / two tables available for outdoor dining . Upon entering the space felt smoky looked hazy and smelled of meat grilling. The kitchen ventilation isn't that great here while dining in we can slightly see a Smoky cast in the room . Service was a bit slow and our cashier was descent. We waited quite a while for our food . Sadly we didn't see any Taco Tuesday specials . My husband had the chicken burrito, he stated he didn't care for it , lack flavor . I had the beef birria with consume ( soup ) I actually liked my taco, generous heaping of shredded beef . After we ate we stepped out to get some fresh air and also to give other patrons a turn to dine in. Ordered at the counter & our food was delivered to our table. You get a number to place on your table for the staff can find you. Parking is shared among other businesses. My birria tacos were delicious, great to dip in the consommé. Watch out for the jalapeno-- that was surprisingly spicy. Hubby was not thrilled with his burrito, he said they was hardly any meat & so much rice. He said it was fair but has had much better elsewhere. Btw fountain drinks are Pepsi products, not a big fan. We walked out of there smelling like barbecue. Yo a fog, that be great but it was so smokey inside! They need to invest in a better exhaust system. I wish this business the best of luck. Passed by this place many many times and finally went today. All of the food was pretty good. Quesabirria tacos were probably the best of our meal. They were crunchy and didn't get soggy fast and the consumè was flavorful. They have tacos à la carte for $3 each. I gave the asada and the chicken and try with everything on them. They're very heavy with the onion I'm not gonna lie but overall good flavor. The restaurant interior was really nice, modern, and clean. When we come back I want to give the carne asada fries a try. read more

TLDR: Tacos are good. Little more expensive than normal street tacos. We order from here at least twice a month lol. My husband likes the asada. The chicken is a hit or a miss. However the pastor has been pretty good consistently for me except for once. That exception is when I made the mistake of trying it in the breakfast burrito. I had to throw it away. The meat was super dry. Also, their breakfast burritos have not been good for us the last few times we ordered them. If you're interested in trying them, maybe order at night. The salsas are a little too spicy for our tastebuds, so I don't have an opinion on them. I love the horchata and jamaica from here. The fries are good too. Not too greasy and I like my fries kinda soft :) I keep wanting to take pix but the food is usually gone by the time I remember lol. Staff was nice when I picked up the orders. read more

Well first off I gotta say service was great and prompt which brings this place to 4.5 for me! They welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and explained a menu item that I was unsure about with all of its ingredients and everything that I would want to know so we were off to a great start. I got 2 fish tacos and 1 shrimp taco tequielero style and mmmm mmm mmm, that shrimp taco made me wanna punch the nearest person it was so damn good! But I refrained. I just kept dippin into my chips and guacamole and salsa and kept my head down and stayed focused on this meal. lol First off the chips and guacamole came out before my meal and they were perfect. It felt like the made the chips in house. They just had that taste to em. The salsa was mild and the guacamole was the best I've had in a while. I usually don't expect much from the guacamole because in my opinion most don't make it good. But this place gets an A+ on guacamole. The flavor was excellent. The consistency was perfect. It was loaded with onions and tomatoes although I could taste some onion or maybe a hint of garlic and mostly guacamole. That's an automatic side in my opinion. Well done The fish tacos appeared small at first but that's just because I'm a big guy! lol. But as far as flavors ---again, madd me wanna punch someone! I'm talking two different sauces. Perfectly cooked fresh fish. Tender but a touch of crisp! Mmmm don't make go back right now! Ok- let me breathe What I will do next time is flip my order around though. This time I got 2 fish tacos and 1 shrimp. No no no no no. I will be going back for those damn shrimps! The tortilla was fried with this crispy cheese omg it was soooooooo goood. And the flavors?! I don't even know what it was but it was magnificent. It was like a creamy cilantro with a hot sauce mmmmmm So good. So fresh and so filling. So in the end, even though it appeared small, it was just the right amount. Prices were ok. I never like prices anywhere so don't ask my opinion lol. But it was ok. I think I dropped 30 bucks for 3 tacos, chips, salsa, guacamole, and a Jamaica. Batta boom batta bing! Definitely recommend this place. I bet if this place had a bigger spot, they'd kill the game. Tacos for breakfast is generally not the best idea but after the 7th grade awards, not much was open with a home cooked feel. The food was service was relatively quick and it was all fresh. These catfish tacos were brilliantly light and delicious. What I'd add next time? Maybe a fresh guac and lightly sprinkle of oaxaca. *GRAND OPENING REVIEW* Attended the grand opening on 11/8. The night before, I came across their IG page that said if you follow them you can get up to 10 tacos per $1. After looking on the menu, I had wanted to get shrimp tacos and was looking forward to trying it. After waiting in the line for roughly 2 hours I overheard the cashier say that it's only valid for asada, pollo and another type of protein. I was highly disappointed because it was giving false advertisement. Going back to when I was standing in line, when I got to the front door I noticed there was some active critters also waiting for some food. Not only did I notice it but the older gentleman was pointing them out. *FOOD REVIEW* I ended up getting 4 pollo and 6 asada tacos. My mom wanted to try the quesabirria (which comes with 3 beef tacos and consume). The asada tacos were tasty. The chicken tacos looked good but they didn't evenly distribute the sauce. My mom mentioned that the quesabirria tacos were gritty to her. I tried them and didn't like how overly wet they were. The pastor was well flavored and they don't skimp on the meat. The carne asada fries were perfect. Lots of asada, crispy fries, and good amount of cheese. Workers were friendly and helpful.
