It was very cheesy with a flavorful salsa on top that complemented it really well. I also ordered the plato de cecina, and the meat had amazing flavor. It paired perfectly with their homemade rice and bean. They also offer homemade menudo on weekends, which I had the chance to try and found to be very comforting. It also comes with fresh, homemade tortillas, which is always a plus. One thing I appreciated is that they offer both birria de res and birria de chivo, which can be hard to find done well. I didn't personally try the goat, but it smelled great and seems to be very popular with other customers. For drinks, I had the horchata and strawberry lemonade, both were refreshing and went really well with the meal. I noticed it depends what time of day you go and you also know by how much chicharon they have left (you can see it on the display). I like how they have the toppings in a little bar where you can get (hot sauce, pickled jalapeños, cilantro and onions). It is a small restaurant. They have some seats indoor and outdoor. And they even have a tortilla lady in the corner making fresh tortillas.

Hands down, Fuegos Cravings in Rancho Cucamonga is one of my favorite spots to eat! Every single time I come here, the food is on point -- fresh, flavorful, and made with care. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Their menu has something for everyone, and everything I've tried has been packed with flavor. Whether it's the tacos, burritos, or fries -- it all hits the spot! And don't even get me started on their aguas frescas -- perfectly chilled, never too sweet, and always refreshing. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, especially in the cucumber and watermelon drinks. The service is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food always comes out hot and fast. Just tried Fuego Cravings for the first time and it was an outstanding experience. What impressed me right away was how clean the restaurant was. I actually watched one of the employees pulling out the booths and cleaning underneath the kick panels and around the tables. That level of cleanliness and attention to detail really shows they take pride in their restaurant. The lady at the register was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When she realized it was our first time there, she offered us samples, which was a really nice touch and made us feel appreciated as customers. On top of that, the food was excellent and very well prepared. Between the great service, the cleanliness, and the quality of the food, this was a fantastic first visit. The only advice I can give is not to come before closing time last night I came across the restaurant on my way home there was a few people there but nothing to crazy I purchase the rancho burrito and it was so good lots of flavor and meet was super juicy what threw me off was the cashier the minute I walked in I saw she rolled her eyes because I did come in kinda late but geeshh hide it I ate and before leaving I asked if I can use the restroom and she followed up with no bathrooms are closed already and she had them blocked off but there was still 10 minutes I will be back only for the food and hopefully better service another day read more

The Fish taco was prepared with excellence and I must say if you're looking for an authentic REAL fish taco you are in luck with FUEGO CRAVINGS. When he returned, I watched him make several more orders for people who had just walked in. I never confronted the cook, said anything disrespectful to him, or even spoke to him. I was simply waiting for food I had already ordered and paid for. After watching my order repeatedly get passed over, I finally requested a refund. What makes this especially disappointing is that I was a regular customer here. I genuinely enjoyed coming to this restaurant, but after this experience I no longer feel comfortable ordering food prepared by this cook. His name was Vicente, and the way my order was deliberately overlooked while I stood there waiting was completely unacceptable. I don't expect special treatment--I expect the same treatment as every other paying customer. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this location.

That said, when it comes to the food, it just didn't live up to expectations, especially when you compare it to Chipotle Mexican Grill. I ordered a chicken burrito, and it was just okay. Nothing terrible, but nothing memorable either. The flavor was pretty bland overall not bad, just lacking that flavor you expect. The queso was a letdown. The texture felt off, and it didn't have much flavor at all. Definitely not something I'd order again. The salsas were also disappointing, especially the green salsa, it was honestly awful and hard to enjoy. On top of that, the prices felt a bit high for the quality of food you're getting. For what it is, it just doesn't feel worth it. With so many better options out there, it's hard to justify coming back. Unless they start offering deals or improve the food, I probably wouldn't return. There's just too much competition doing it better, and it makes you wonder how this place keeps up.
