Still love this place. Came here again for the Christmas vibes 2 days before Christmas to get some…read morework done. I needed to bribe myself with coffee I didn't make myself and to get out of my house to plow through a bunch of work admin. I took a chance coming here because I know they have some laptop policies, particularly around Christmas. This time it was no laptops after 9am and then none on Friday and weekends during the holiday season. (During the rest of the year it's certain tables that aren't allowed to use laptops and/or certain tables at certain hours). I came in at 7am and it was good motivation for me to knock out a bunch of things efficiently since I have a 9am cutoff lol. They also now put that notice on their front door, which is helpful and was my complaint last year when I came here to do work on a Saturday and found out I couldn't. As always, the coffee was great, and the Home Alone installation is always fun. Their tartines are also always amazing. Definitely keeping this in my regular rotation.

My son got the croissant egg and bacon breakfast sandwich and loved it. I got the yogurt and granola. Both were super fresh and delicious, just wish there was a little less honey on mine because it was a bit heavy for me. I also ordered an almond milk cappuccino and it was SO good. We were there around munch time, and it was moderately busy for that time of day. They brought out the food quickly. Was super cute inside and gave off costal vibes. Already looking forward to coming back and trying more things on the menu.

I have gone here a few times whenever visiting friends in the area, so we went in today again. She and her family always get the Apple pancake, I forget what it's called on the menu. Apple pancake maybe. It always looks delicious but too sweet for breakfast or brunch for me. I got the spinach crepes with cheese that had 3potato pancakes per order. The potato pancakes were great. The crepes had hollandaise sauce on top with spinach and cheese in the filling. They were very good but I didn't really care for the cheese as it was some kind of cheese sauce and I was thinking it would have been shredded cheese of some sort. It wasn't awful just not to my liking. The service was great which all restaurants should strive to here. You can always tell when people are too busy talking and eating because I forget to take pictures of the food. lol Anyway this place is usually busy, especially on weekends, so obviously very popular for a reason. Plan accordingly.

The sauce paired so well with everything on it. It came with potato pancakes which was soft and tasty. The banana pancakes was soft and fluffy. And the hash brown was crispy on the outside and side and creamy on the inside. I especially loved the Hawaii kona coffee, it was the perfect pair to the food. The service was very quick and attentive and I love the stain glasses inside the diner.

But here I go continuing to since praise for their unique breakfast/bunch items. Three words, tres leches French toast or crème brûlée French toast. I promise you won't regret it, they're both delicious. Fluffy but light and creamy in the best way possible. There is street parking and a parking lot around back. When you walk in they are usually busy, but go during an off time or right after lunch and you'll be able to sit down with ease. The staff will quickly come take your order, and the food comes out super quick after that. Gotta love a small time diner/ restaurant. Can't wait to come back soon.

Chatted with others who were waiting and n asked suggestions. Harvest beet was suggested and French toast. We were seated in a booth and ordered coffee using the sugar in the raw to sweeten the brew. It's a bustling restaurant and tables quickly turn over. Prices are worth it. The corn beef hash was sooo amazing and the side of toast was great with fresh strawberry jam. I ended up getting the churro French toast... in this by far was the most delicious thing I've ever eaten for breakfast. Light and fluffy extra thick custody French toast, with delicious villain cream...maple syrup not needed. A a $5 side of crispy applewood smoked bacon was worth it too! We have a new favorite breakfast spot.
