Me and my two kids came here on a Saturday around 3pm. Not too crowded and we were able to sit at one of the booth near the buffet, which was very convenient. This place has the best quality crab legs out of all the buffet places I've been to so far. I prefer them warm and they were steamed well and not salty at all. I was able to enjoy the true flavors of crabs. We also loved their sashimi. My son loved the tuna so much. Their hot food section had a lot of tasty stuff like Thai chicken, stir fry beef, fried fish and calamari and so on. I also like that they have clam chowder. I wish they have more varieties of the grill section. They don't have boneless beef steaks other than marinated galbi with bones. Ice cream section was cleared out when my kids went for a second round and never got replenished before we decide not to wait anymore. It would be great if they can replenish dishes often. Fuji Buffet and Grill has a pretty solid dining area. There are beautiful chandeliers, and nice darker colors to juxtapose the bright lights. The service was also pretty good. The servers were very thorough when clearing the dirty plates and refilling everyone's drinks. Unfortunately, they were less thorough when loading/unloading clean/dirty dishes. My group's table was near this area, and the sound of silverware and plates being dumped and loaded into bins and carts reoccurred every few minutes and interrupted conversations. I will split up the food into two parts, seafood and everything else. Seafood- I do not eat seafood, so I took my family's word for it. They were very satisfied with the crab legs and the crawfish. They said it was worth the 40 dollars and they filled their bellies with multiple plates. My girlfriend said the shrimp did not taste good or fresh. All of the other food- i tried most of the other items, but I honestly only enjoyed one row of selection: the stir fry area. This included chow mein, beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, and black pepper beef. This was the most flavorful and fresh set of flavors I experience during. My dinner. Also, the chicken wings were cooked perfectly. Unfortunately they needed sauce. Fuji buffet offers quite a few sauces, but none paired well with the wings. Also the restaurant provided 4 giant bottles of sauce, but they were not all labeled and they were admittedly dirty on the outside. In short- they were slippery to the point where they slide out of my grip. Also, the bottles had sauce dripping outside of them and needed to be clean. So, I decided to pass on them. Having been to my fair share of "Asian-style" buffets, FuJi is better than most. The quality of the fish used for their sushi is nothing to balk at. I could fill-up on their salmon sashimi alone (I definitely get a plate to start with) & be decently satisfied. That said, there's so much here to be pleased with. It's no secret that many buffets have done away with crab legs. Sometimes, I wonder how many populations of crab my family has decimated alone. But I have to admit, during this visit I've literally never seen 2 people put away so many crawfish - (in my humble opinion, the "poor man's lobster"). I'm not trying to exaggerate, but I feel like these 2 people alone put crawfish on the endangered species list. There's a decent variety of Sushi, Asian-American, American, & a grill-to-order-station. The dessert selection has a decent variety of fruits, your standard buffet pastries, & an unmistakable ice cream freezer (to scoop from gallons). On a Monday around 6:30PM, there's a line going into the parking lot, but that's due to In-n-Out (trick is to go around them if the coast is clear lol). Probably one of the worst Buffett we've been to in a while. A decent selection of items but the food was cold even under the heat lamps. The fried chicken was room temperature, the fries were mushy, the salt and pepper calamari was chewy and cold. The crab legs were the only item that was good, it wasn't overcooked, perhaps that's the benefit of the food not being hot in the buffet. Dishes were cleared but drinks were not refilled. And drinks are in addition to the buffet price. The desserts are sad. Place is clean and large, but not particularly well kept. We will not be coming back. read more

We come here so often that each experience is always different. I do not have much complaints about the food, everything is the same as before. Most of the staff are friendly and a few might look grumpy, but we got the ones who were nice. We get our drinks occasionally refilled but that's usual at a buffet, you need to flag someone down if you don't catch them while they are cleaning up your plates. The downside for my latest visit isn't on the place itself, but due to a restroom incident and it's usually dirty every time I visit so I can't give it 5 stars until that's resolved. We were done eating and so I decided to use the restroom. After using the largest stall because all the others were taken, I didn't realize someone exploded near the back of the toilet. I only noticed when I got up that it was a huge MESS. I knew some of it got on my dress too so I had to call someone to help me grab something for me to change into because I cannot wear my dress after that disgusting interaction. After I changed, we went to the staff for a bag so I can throw my clothes away and I told the staff what happened. I am not sure if they understood me because they didn't respond in a way I thought they would. Luckily I didn't get it on any other clothes, I had to vigorously wash my arms though just in case. Stopped by for lunch on the way back from work and walked in thinking lunch was $20.99 but it's now $22.99. Food selections were fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. I was expecting more for it to be $23. Best item from their whole selection is probably their fried squid. I did notice that this buffet did not have any beef selection for lunch; even at their Mongolian bbq counter. I could have missed it. They have a few dim sum items but their shumai was dry. Staff is friendly, They somehow instantly knew I was part of the party in the back. They are pretty fast on taking the empty plates and refilling the drinks. Haven't been here in a long while. Dinner is 36.99 plus tax. Seniors get a 3.00 discount. I went straight to the baked mussels here are good cause for some reason the other buffets removed the item or theirs just sucks. The selection is good here most of the food is delicious. There was a small delay when it came to paying, but that's totally understandable since they had just opened. Food - Absolutely worth it! The variety is amazing--you'll go nuts with all the options. As an Asian, this spread felt like home to me: a little bit of everything, especially the fresh seafood, I wonder what that seaweed taste like - (i did not try 'coz it looks scary to me lol!) Do not believe everything you see on the internet! I wanted to love this place because they've done some sort of rebranding and their social media presence looks great. For a cheap price of just $35 for weekday dinner, what was the worst that could happen? For starters, this is in the same area as an in n out and the line to get into the plaza is LONG because of this. Be warned. Seriously. Second, they do have ample parking and it was pretty empty when we went on Thursday night. You pay at the beginning and they seat you afterwards, and that's pretty much it. The food itself is disappointing. I mean I wasn't expecting Vegas quality buffet but this was like worse than the worst strip buffet you could pick. Was the food decent? Yes. The selection was okay. But how are you going to advertise crab legs when there are so few of them prepared AND YOU USE BUTTER FLAVORED SEASONING? As in, the same exact thing you put on your popcorn at a movie theater???? That kind of insane cost-cutting was the biggest thing for me. Also, I typically tip in cash but I figured why not just tip upfront? Big mistake. The server was nonexistent and came only once. It might be worth it, if you're really into crab / crab legs (those were pretty good), and raw fish fans may appreciate that they do offer salmon sashimi and poke and some basic "rolls". However the rest of the buffet selection seemed very limited, basic & not particularly fresh tasting. The dimsum tasted a bit dry, I enjoyed their broccoli and beef but other meat selection were a bit salty or tough. I typically have low expectations for buffets so these alone wouldn't be a dealbreaker. But for the price (and maybe it's reasonable for the area?), I do expect better cleanliness. When I first walked in, many surfaces felt sticky or grimy - my chair, and some of the plates from the stacked "clean" plates. I was a bit grossed out and very mindful of what my hands were touching while eating the whole time. The food was pretty mediocre overall, and I left feeling like I definitely didn't get $44 worth of quality or experience. What really bothered me was the customer service. As my group and I were already leaving, a male employee that was young and with tattoos made a hand gesture toward us as if he was shooing us along/telling us to move. We were literally already on our way out, so it came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. After spending that much per person, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect basic courtesy from the staff.
