    Plates of my favorites!
    Rothinny H.

Fuji Buffet and Grill has a pretty solid dining area. There are beautiful chandeliers, and nice darker colors to juxtapose the bright lights. The service was also pretty good. The servers were very thorough when clearing the dirty plates and refilling everyone's drinks. Unfortunately, they were less thorough when loading/unloading clean/dirty dishes. My group's table was near this area, and the sound of silverware and plates being dumped and loaded into bins and carts reoccurred every few minutes and interrupted conversations. I will split up the food into two parts, seafood and everything else. Seafood- I do not eat seafood, so I took my family's word for it. They were very satisfied with the crab legs and the crawfish. They said it was worth the 40 dollars and they filled their bellies with multiple plates. My girlfriend said the shrimp did not taste good or fresh. All of the other food- i tried most of the other items, but I honestly only enjoyed one row of selection: the stir fry area. This included chow mein, beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, and black pepper beef. This was the most flavorful and fresh set of flavors I experience during. My dinner. Also, the chicken wings were cooked perfectly. Unfortunately they needed sauce. Fuji buffet offers quite a few sauces, but none paired well with the wings. Also the restaurant provided 4 giant bottles of sauce, but they were not all labeled and they were admittedly dirty on the outside. In short- they were slippery to the point where they slide out of my grip. Also, the bottles had sauce dripping outside of them and needed to be clean. So, I decided to pass on them. The desert area was nice, but the items did not feel or taste fresh. The cream puffs were soggy and the tiramisu fell flat. Either all of these things considered 3/5 for sea food lovers. 2/5 for sea food avoiders

Having been to my fair share of "Asian-style" buffets, FuJi is better than most. The quality of the fish used for their sushi is nothing to balk at. I could fill-up on their salmon sashimi alone (I definitely get a plate to start with) & be decently satisfied. That said, there's so much here to be pleased with. It's no secret that many buffets have done away with crab legs. Sometimes, I wonder how many populations of crab my family has decimated alone. But I have to admit, during this visit I've literally never seen 2 people put away so many crawfish - (in my humble opinion, the "poor man's lobster"). I'm not trying to exaggerate, but I feel like these 2 people alone put crawfish on the endangered species list. There's a decent variety of Sushi, Asian-American, American, & a grill-to-order-station. The dessert selection has a decent variety of fruits, your standard buffet pastries, & an unmistakable ice cream freezer (to scoop from gallons). Pro-Tip: When scooping ice-cream, it always helps to dip the scooper & rinse it under the running facet - it also helps to prevent cross contamination of different flavors. Another tip: Don't even think of trying to "sneak-in" crab legs onto your plate by only paying the lunch price - the staff always knows who has paid for the extra price of dinner.

I'm usually not the biggest fan of buffets, but this place is pretty decent! On a Monday around 6:30PM, there's a line going into the parking lot, but that's due to In-n-Out (trick is to go around them if the coast is clear lol). Fuji itself was probably like 40-50% occupied and there was plenty of parking. For $37 (and 20% for seniors on Mon/Tues), I thought it was pretty worth for the amount of food we ate. - Korean rib (grill): thinly cut, tender, and nicely marinated (even when you don't ask for any special sauces). so yummy to eat it fresh off the grill - snow crab: i prefer eating this hot than chilled, and it hit the spot! meaty, sweet crab. they refilled this often - cajun seafood: not too salty! includes mussels, shrimps, thin corn cobs which I actually prefer - crawfish: nicely marinated and tasty but dry meat ); parents said the last time they had this here a month ago it was better - salmon sashimi was also restocked and tasted fresh - Fish maw soup/chowder: both were tasty as well - matcha ice cream: yummm - lots of fresh fruit options: blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, cherries even Other selections are standard and not bad. Dim Sum is unique but usually not done well so I didn't even bother. Chicken feet isn't bad tho Bathrooms could be cleaner and service was slooow. We maybe saw our waiter like 3 times? He only cleared our plates once and he never offered us water refills, which we had to actively flag him down for. It wasn't busy as it was a Monday and we were the only table in that seating area (lower level by the Mongolian grill)

Probably one of the worst Buffett we've been to in a while. A decent selection of items but the food was cold even under the heat lamps. The fried chicken was room temperature, the fries were mushy, the salt and pepper calamari was chewy and cold. The crab legs were the only item that was good, it wasn't overcooked, perhaps that's the benefit of the food not being hot in the buffet. Dishes were cleared but drinks were not refilled. And drinks are in addition to the buffet price. The desserts are sad. Place is clean and large, but not particularly well kept. We will not be coming back.

We come here so often that each experience is always different. I do not have much complaints about the food, everything is the same as before. Most of the staff are friendly and a few might look grumpy, but we got the ones who were nice. We get our drinks occasionally refilled but that's usual at a buffet, you need to flag someone down if you don't catch them while they are cleaning up your plates. The downside for my latest visit isn't on the place itself, but due to a restroom incident and it's usually dirty every time I visit so I can't give it 5 stars until that's resolved. We were done eating and so I decided to use the restroom. After using the largest stall because all the others were taken, I didn't realize someone exploded near the back of the toilet. I only noticed when I got up that it was a huge MESS. I knew some of it got on my dress too so I had to call someone to help me grab something for me to change into because I cannot wear my dress after that disgusting interaction. After I changed, we went to the staff for a bag so I can throw my clothes away and I told the staff what happened. I am not sure if they understood me because they didn't respond in a way I thought they would. Luckily I didn't get it on any other clothes, I had to vigorously wash my arms though just in case. Other than that, love the snow crab legs, grilled galbi and pork steaks, and fried shrimp tempura.

Busy spot right off the freeway. It shares the same parking lot with In-n-out so it can get busy! Stopped by for lunch on the way back from work and walked in thinking lunch was $20.99 but it's now $22.99. Food selections were fine. Nothing out of the ordinary. I was expecting more for it to be $23. Best item from their whole selection is probably their fried squid. I did notice that this buffet did not have any beef selection for lunch; even at their Mongolian bbq counter. I could have missed it. They have a few dim sum items but their shumai was dry. Spacious place. They come and pick up your plates when you're done. Not much interaction. Overall, OK spot if you're hungry and don't want In-N-Out.

Getting in to the parking lot is terrible, it's one way in one way out and you have to fight with in n out customers. Staff is friendly, They somehow instantly knew I was part of the party in the back. They are pretty fast on taking the empty plates and refilling the drinks. The buffet selection is pretty strong, Sushi, bbq, dim sum, they also have someone on the grill to do Mongolian BBQ.

The food is great but the staff is rude. Good luck trying to enjoy your meal

ABSOLUTELY NOT, the young woman at the register was being mean to my family. Told us, "no can't do that" and charge extra to accompany extra people on 1 large table but she decided to split us up.. we do NOT want to come back seeing a person like that WORKING THERE.

Sunday lunch Fuji Buffet and seafood is amazing. Lots of selections to choose. Seated with party of 20 , Johnson is so nice.celebrating my sister in laws bday. The place is spacious, airy, chandelier all through out. The buffet area is so big and has certain areas for different dishes. For The price is worthy. Senior discount is acceptable. We will be back

The food choices are good as usual. The service needs improvement though. Several of us have been waiting for Refills. Our plastic glasses have been empty for awhile. The ambiance is simple. No place to take a nice picture. Plenty of free parking, but challenging when it's a holiday. Plenty of tables for seating of 8. Unfortunately we were seated where the dirty dishes get thrown into the bin. SO LOUD!! Would I come back? Yes...

Service is amazing! Checked up on us several times within first 10 minutes. The food here is amazing. Amazing selection, definitely one of the higher end for the buffets. Classic selection of seafood buffet items: crab legs, sushi, chinese food dishes, etc.

    Shrimp !!!! And butter yummm

Haven't been here in a long while. Dinner is 36.99 plus tax. Seniors get a 3.00 discount. I went straight to the baked mussels here are good cause for some reason the other buffets removed the item or theirs just sucks. The selection is good here most of the food is delicious. Service is good too. Parking is private but I'm sure the customers across at in & Out park in theirs too or they share. Always gonna be one of my go to buffets.

This is my upteenth time to Fuji Buffet and it doesn't disappoint! I think I had about 5 pounds of the snow crab clusters and tonight's batch was exceptionally good. So I stuck with the snow crab, spicy crawfish, salt & pepper shrimp and crab. But they have so much more to offer and you will definitely get your monies worth every time!
