During my service, Michelle was texting on her phone instead of giving her full attention to my nails. The biggest issue was my index finger. The nail was applied crooked, and rather than removing it and fixing it correctly, she filed it down and placed another nail on top of it. The result was bulky, uneven, and clearly not done properly. The nail was also left with excess product around the cuticle area, making it look messy and unprofessional. She was also speaking with coworkers in another language throughout the appointment, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While I don't know what was being said, the overall atmosphere was not friendly or professional. I paid for a quality service and left with nails that looked rushed and poorly done. I usually go for Gel X or an overlay, and whether I want something simple or a full design, they execute it perfectly every time. They're also amazing at recommending colors, they just get what you'll like. Half the time I come in undecided and give them full creative freedom, and I'm never disappointed. The salon itself is a great size, always clean and comfortable, and they're constantly playing a good show or movie which makes the whole experience even better.
