A cute shop that truly has everything you should need to 'stop' by For a quick breakfast we had a smoothie, coffee, burrito and griddle potatoes. Everything was truly delicious. The potatoes are cut so well and seasoned to perfection. The smoothie had a great thickness and the color reflected the natural fruits in it, without being like too bright of a color. Man that burrito was grilled with love, great outer crunch and even better taste with every bite. Full stop, what an unexpected but enjoyable grab and go!

Needed an afternoon coffee and snack and thought I would give Full Stop a try. I have to say I was put off by the barrage of political messaging when I arrived, since I just wanted coffee it a local neighborhood spot. Putting that aside, the place was decorated with a cool vibe, coffee and snacks delicious, service was great, and pet friendly. Overall the experience was fine but I may try someplace else if I just wanted to relax and surf rather than rally.

Full stop is a neat little coffee shop! A bad shake with their bread ruined the experience for me but I see such good potential in this place and want to try it for lunch. I tried them for breakfast and was talked into getting "toast". I was even sold on the house made jams ( which are AMAZING) so I got extra "toast". I had one thing in mind but received hard, holey sourdough type bread. My sandwich even came on this type of "toast" and was iimpossible to bite through 2 slices.... i ate it open faced and it was a delicious sandwich... i just couldn't get jiggy with the "toast". I had a pear, peach apricot smoothie that was probably the best smoothie in the world! Overall, I liked it and I plan to return but I won't be getting "toast"!

Cute shop with local snacks and trinkets! Came in on a rainy day this week and can't say the staff were particularly friendly or talkative. Maybe i was the first one in right as they opened, but regardless - service was fast. I got an avocado toast on gluten free bread. While i was ecstatic that they had GF option, i am bummed to report it was like Costco guacamole on mushy bread. It was ok but wouldn't do it again.

Full Stop, perfectly (and literally) wedged in Louisville's Germantown neighborhood, is the ideal destination for quick yet delicious eats and excellent coffee drinks, smoothies, and juice shots. While latte art (like this adorable seahorse design) might not make a latte, it definiteky adds to it. The cafe goes beyond just food and drinks, offering guilt-free shopping for local goods, art, knick-knacks, and sustainable grocery items. The breakfast burrito is your start-of-day rockstar item, offering both classic and vegan-friendly versions. Another highlight is the gooey toast, which, as you guessed it, is a gooey masterpiece pairing your classic brie and apple flavor profile, made perfect by the oh-so-yummy pecan-raisin drizzle. The cafe's warm atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel included as soon as you walk in. I've had organic conversations with random strangers who are now friends and received some cuddly love from multiple cats and pups while soaking up the fresh air on their patio space. Full Stop is everything a café is supposed to be: warm, inviting, and buzzing with community.

Big fan of this place! Stopped in for the first time today after hearing lots of good things. We tried the lavender mocha latte and the Miele. As someone who LOVES lavender and often gets it anytime it's available, this is probably the best lavender I've had in Louisville. It pairs so shockingly well with the mocha flavor. The Miele is good, not quite as strongly flavored as I would've thought but it was still enjoyed! We also got the breakfast sandwich with bacon on a biscuit, and an everything bagel with cream cheese. The breakfast was very reasonably priced and yummy. The only complaint was the mustard seed was a little strong and not my boyfriend's favorite, but he had never tried it, so now we know it's just an acquired taste. We loved that chess was offered as an activity as well and they truly do have so much here! Our food and drinks came out fast and we will definitely be back!

Update: I've been back a few times since and the service is way better!!! The breakfast here is amazing and they have a lot of vegan options so I gave them a second chance when my vegan friend was in town & im so glad I did! Admittedly, I got the breakfast burrito again. But who can blame a girl? It's GOOD y'all. Check this spot out if you want to show off to vegan and nonvegan friends alike!

I had a half ruben sandwich and a bowl of white chili. Both were excellent. A huge half sandwich and a large hearty bowl of white chili. The chili was flavorful but not spicy. It had lots of shredded chicken, beans and corn (which could have been left out in my opinion). My friend had the chicken salad sandwich and the white chili and said her sandwich was good, also a very large. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, parking on the side and in the back of the building. Don't get me wrong; everything was good, but it didn't live up to what everyone was saying. The location is great. It's on the corner of Frankfort and Clifton. I like all the windows and the chill vibe. It's seat yourself, but they do table service. We got empanadas: beef, chicken, and ham & cheese. They're great--just like the ones at Classico Takeout and Empanadas. They were out of the entree we wanted so we got the salmon. It was pretty good. My biggest disappointment was the pizza. Several people recommended the spicy Thai shrimp pizza. It was just okay. I did not taste any Thai flavor. It was basically a cheese pizza with diced shrimp and a drizzle of buffalo sauce. I didn't care for the crust either. It ended up being a $70 dinner that was just okay. If we go back, it'll probably be for the empanadas or fries. It seemed like almost every table got the pomme frites so they must be good.

She offered recommendations when we were indecisive, and made sure each customization was executed accurately. The food: unpredictable. Let me explain: I ordered the gazpacho and the ensalada fresca. Both come with a hearty slice of Blue Dog crusty sourdough. Gazpacho: one million stars. SO delicious - flavor is spot on, with incredibly creamy texture for a vegan soup. Salad: not bad, but didn't blow me away. The greens were tasty, and the few tangerine slices and pine nuts scattered on top added a nice depth. The balsamic dressing was also pleasant. As a whole though, I felt something was missing. Maybe a crunchy or warm element? For a $15 dinner salad I expected more. The pricing: a little steep. I understand the goal is to provide elevated European cuisine, however for the quality and quantity I didn't feel the salad was worth it. That said, I would gladly pay $4.50 all day long for that gazpacho. Overall I appreciate the variety of options, especially vegan and vegetarian menu items. I would consider a return visit for the gazpacho for sure, however the issues above merit shoring up.

There isn't a bad seat in the house or the butcher shop. Every corner has its own character, as unique and thoughtful as the food coming out of the kitchen. The open cooking in the shared space adds a warmth that makes it feel like dinner and a show, without the performance. The menu rotates with the seasons, but the crowd favorites never disappear. And for good reason. The burger is a legitimate contender for best in Louisville, no small feat in a city with serious competition. White cheddar, Ross Sauce, bacon jam, fried shallots, pickles, and Red Hog bacon, served with hand-cut fries and a curry aioli that deserves its own review. Unreal. The seasonal farmers market salad was everything summer should taste like, fresh, crisp greens with whey vinaigrette, market vegetables, and cave aged cheddar. Light but deeply satisfying. The Denver steak with chimichurri was perfectly executed. A glass of Cabernet and a martini rounded out a meal that had zero weak links. We opted for a bottle of prosecco and were pleasantly surprised a side of fries comes with each bottle during happy hour - what?!! My absolute favorite! We also ordered the charcuterie plate - which includes chefs picks of cheese and 3 meats. The fries were freshly cut with two dipping sauces, ketchup and a curry mayo. Fries were good but a little floppy and not super crispy but we still enjoyed. The charcuterie plate includes salami, prosciutto, and a liver pate with bacon (the last was not super popular with us). The cheeses included a soft maybe blue cheese, cheddar and white cheese. There were also crackers, nuts, jam, olives on the board. Overall it was a good happy hour and we'll be back!!

I ordered the shrimp and grits, and without exaggeration, they were the best I've ever had. The shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the balance of textures throughout the dish was incredible. Every bite had the perfect amount of crunch, flavor, and toppings. Nothing felt overwhelming or out of place. It was one of those meals where you find yourself slowing down just to enjoy every bite. Even the water deserves a mention. It was clean, crisp, and refreshing. If it came straight from the tap, I would have never known. It's a small detail, but it speaks to the overall dining experience when even something as simple as water stands out. The service was great, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. It's easy to see why this restaurant has built such a strong reputation. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 comes down to accessibility. As a person with a disability, parking can make or break a dining experience. Unfortunately, there was no handicap parking available, and there were no nearby parking spots open when I arrived. I ultimately had to park in a hotel lot about a block away, which cost $25 for just two hours. Not only was the cost frustrating, but the additional distance was challenging given my mobility needs. The food was phenomenal and absolutely worth trying, but I do hope accessibility becomes part of the conversation for future guests. For those without mobility concerns, this may not be an issue, but for disabled patrons, it's something important to consider before visiting.

Because it was bigger than my head (ok, maybe this is a slight exaggeration but not by much) i had to disassemble it to eat it in stages. First off were the waffle fries and I found them to be tasty, crunch and fluffy in all the right spots. Once the taters were off I cut that biggie baby in 8 'Oh My Danwich' slices. Y'all, I rarely find myself at a loss for words, even my high dollar, 10 letter ones, but I can't fill this space with all the adjectives I would want in describing this sanwich that would make you want breakfast for every meal. The sausage had that savory salty pork taste that makes you happy you're not a vegetarian with an egg slice that was fluffier than my German Shepherd's downy fur. The cheese even had a nice pull with the topper being their chive aioli. And that sandwich was just the beginning because I also ordered a Strawberry Cruffin, Bourbon Peach hand pie and a raspberry Danish to have as late night snacks. The handpie didn't do it for me. The peaches lacked flavor that I found myself asking bestie if she wanted it because I was jiat going to toss in the trash after just 2 bites. The strawberry mascarpone cream in the cruffin was silky smooth and berrylicious with the croissant being flaky and fluffy. It was almost like a sweet and savory after school snack. The kind of bakery item that keeps you coming back for more. And more. And the piece de resistance was the raspberry Danish. I've lived my 61 years learning to never turn down raspberry anything and today, my raspberry research paid off. One hundred percent tenfold. Even though the glaze drizzle was super sweet, the flaky danish offset it with that light crunch but fluffy innards. Y'all, with each bite I just fell more in love. The Danish was so good that when I came to my last bite not only was I sad that it would soon be gone but I wanted to cry. Cry y'all. Over a Danish! Yes, do it. You only live once. Order the Danwich & the Danish. You won't be sorry. You can pay me in Butchertown gift cards. Or Bourbon. Hubby's brother lives across the Ohio so, next time he goes to visit them I'm going with him. Just so I can drive over here and try their lunch items and grab more danishes. The folks were super friendly, the place both clean and quiet. I said to my friend that the Louisville folk must get started late in the day.
