I am a Sales Representative and I stopped by with my manager to introduce our company and discuss maintenance and supply needs. The shop was busy, and upon arrival I parked in a spot I believed would not interfere with operations. In hindsight, I acknowledge the parking may have been improper. When it was brought to my attention, I immediately apologized and took full responsibility. However, during the conversation inside the shop, an individual who appeared to be in a supervisory/owner role said: "So you come here in a Tesla..." and "The Indian decided to come to my shop and park across three spots like that." I had already apologized for the parking issue. My race had absolutely nothing to do with the situation. Referencing my ethnicity in that context was unnecessary and inappropriate. If my vehicle needed to be moved, that could have been communicated directly and professionally, and I would have done so immediately. Instead, the interaction escalated to include a racial remark, which made the situation hostile and unprofessional. I am not posting this to create conflict, but to accurately document what occurred. Professional disagreements should remain professional -- without racial commentary. I hope ownership addresses this appropriately so customers and business representatives are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

This is after calling and visiting 3 other places that were supposedly open according to google, but actually decided to stay shut - likely because it had snowed fairly heavily. Anyway, I was lucky enough to get Elton on the phone who told me to come on in for my oil change and I got there 6 minutes later. First, he cleaned the snow off my car. Offered me a seat in the waiting room in the back of the shop. After fiddling on my phone for a bit, I decided to go and check on the status and just as I stood up off the chair Elton was walking in to let me know it was done. 15 minutes, maybe, for the oil change. Synthetic for a 2024 car - was $90. Reasonable. Not do it yourself cheap, but not outrageous either. Honestly, no appointment, weekend, bad weather, arrive and receive service immediately, friendly. I'm literally writing this immediately after leaving because they deserve the praise. Also, there was a beautiful.. I mean absolutely beautiful Chevrolet inside the garage, I'd guess from the 80's, but it could have been late 70. Heck, it could even have been early 90's, I have no idea. All I know is 20 years ago I'd call it a piece of junk but today I couldn't take my eyes off it. Funny how that happens. Anyway, I digress a second time. We used them twice, a rear end collision on my wife's Subaru and a deer strike to the front of a…read moreToyota. Both times they were quick with the fix, the Subaru turned out better. I had to go back for a second bumper clip for the Toyota and it still was aligned slightly off. For the most part it's good enough, as it's been over a year without issues. They do a great job matching paint, I can't tell a difference between the front and back bumpers. As for parts, they go cheap when quality after market ones are unavailable, due to our insurance companies contract. More recently I needed a new front grill, which I purchased an OEM independently. They looked at the front of the car and said it needed a bumper, grill and a few other parts and paint for slightly over $1,000. Also, I would need to sign a waiver to skip calibrating collision sensor. I ended up taking it to a mechanic, and they replaced the grill for $70. Because no one disassembled the entire front, they nor I could prove the status of the inside arms of the bumper. Even if they are damaged, it's still holding, which is good enough. The plastic on the bumper was flimsy to begin with and the position looks the same as the photos taken when they finished the original repair. For now, I consider it completed and my cruise control has stopped flaking out at high speed. In this case I received a quote from the methodology that makes them respected for handling repairs, but it was not what I wanted to do.
