This review is long overdue and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Doug was my sales guy and he was not pushy one bit. He provided all the necessary details and really the product and the reviews speak for themselves. Saw a budget system in Lowe's and after experiencing a low psi pump, the decision was clear that we needed something professional, like you see at restaurants. Who knew that the quality of mist mattered? All of Fuller's pumps are 1000 psi I believe and produces a high quality mist that is atomized at a rate where it does not give you shower and evaporates right about 2 feet from the floor or knee level. This meant that my patio floor wasn't wet which could easily create a safety issue for some, depending on the flooring type. The metal tubing is color matched to your home's paint and is professionally bent to tuck against the house so it isn't an eyesore and looks to be a part of the home. Granted our install wasn't large, but the crew was fast and efficient, further validating the overall high quality product. During the middle of summer, we were cruising under our patio where it would normally be 100+ degrees and our guests were kept happy and comfortable. If it isn't windy, the mist creates a curtain, enclosing our patio in a way and drops the temperature 10 - 20 degrees easily. Don't get me wrong, the price isn't for everyone and can cause your jaw to drop but if you spend a lot of time outside in the summer or want to utilize your backyard space more like us, let me tell you that it is/was worth it. Save yourself the trouble and heartache of going with a budget system only to be disappointed by getting soaked. Buy once, cry once...haha. Other pro's of the system is that it has its own 3 stage filtration, the company is local, they can service if there's issues along with a winter and spring service (at additional costs) I believe to vacuum the lines in case you're worried about the pipes potentially freezing/bursting/breaking and to get you summer ready! Lastly, we can expand our system if we want to extend when we add a pergola over our uncovered, paved backyard area. read more

I really liked the way the options and pricing were presented upfront. No guessing and no waiting. Doug came to my house for measurements and informed me that I needed some electrical work performed prior to installation. He recommended an electrician who did an awesome job installing an electrical outlet on my patio. Two weeks later, my new misting system was installed, and I absolutely LOVE IT! My only "complaint" is that Fuller's never did any follow-up after the job was completed. I'm sure they will be quick to "follow up" when fall and spring services are offered. Thank you for being such an honest company! It's so refreshing to meet such good human beings. Doug is simply the best! Originally reached out to Doug for a repair on a misting pump I had bought off Alibaba (my first mistake was being cheap and thinking I could save money and do it myself). After having to constantly order replacement parts off Alibaba over just the course of the year, I had finally ran the pump to the max and it stopped working. Doug came out to inspect and see what he could do to repair the pump, but in the end, the pump was shot. Doug kindly offered me options to consider...never once pressured a sale. It felt like talking to a friend/neighbor about a shared hobby interest. I ultimately took the leap and went all in and all I have to say is there is a HUGE difference in the quality of mist vs what the labeled 'high pressure misting' pumps that you see sold for cheap online. Doug and Brad came out to do the scheduled maintenance of my mist system. I have had the system for almost five years and have religiously had routine maintenance on the system twice a year. After they performed the maintenance, Doug noticed that there were problems with the mist system and he informed me that another employee will come out and check the mist system. Later that day , Doug called me and he told me that he noticed a pattern of the same problem with other mist systems and then told me that if his assessment is correct he will be able to fix the problem. I'm surprised to see anything but 5 star reviews for Fuller Misting Systems. I had two other misting companies commit to come and give me an estimate and didn't bother to show up. I finally asked my parents in Phoenix if the people who installed and maintained their misting system knew anyone in Vegas. They referred me to Greg Fuller. I contacted Greg and he came out the next day to give me an estimate. I am the kind of guy who prefers to spend a little more money to be sure things are right. Greg could have easily up sold me on a more expensive system but he convinced me that their least expensive system was the best application for my patio. I didn't expect that. It's hard to find people that aren't driven by making a profit. Greg and his extremely experienced installer, Chris, came to my house on time and began the installation. I needed electrical work done and they provided and coordinated an excellent referral. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and a detail oriented worker. He isn't finished until things are perfect. That is tough to find these days. Anyway, I couldn't be happier with the cost and the entire process. They are going to do spring and fall maintenance on the system for an extremely reasonable cost. We had a great experience start to finish. The misters work well in the morning and evening. Mid-day in Vegas June heat is still so intense that it just puts a little dent in the heat. I was a little surprised by how large and loud the pump is...even at the platinum level. I'm so glad I didn't try to put it in my sitting area.
