Ended up here after one of my tires blew out. Greg was very helpful in making sure I got the right tire to replace the busted one. Service was done in around an hour, possibly less. The 1 tire was only a bit over $100 for my 2019 VW! I've come back multiple times since for oil changes for myself and my friends. I barely ever have to wait more than an hour if everything goes well, only time I had to wait longer was because Autozone gave me the wrong oil filter and they had to order one. I get my VW Passat oil changed for $35 max when I bring in my own oil and filter, and the workers are always very quick. I always stick around to wait, and Greg is always great to talk to. Greg is a kind, honest, and truly amazing human being. I've been coming to this shop for the last couple of years and always leave confident that my car was serviced properly at a fair price. He always takes the time to educate me on what needs to be done and exactly what was performed. He displayed his integrity once again today. After another shop told me I needed to replace a tire due to a nail in the sidewall, I brought it to Greg for a look. I've been going to Fullerton Discount Tire Center for years and have always had the greatest experience. The employees are always very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Most recently my car was riding very rough due to irregular tire wear and cupping. They were able to diagnose the underlying problem of worn out struts. Within just a couple hours they were able to order the parts and replace all four struts and tires, with balancing and alignment as well. I called around to compare prices and other local independent shops were charging significantly more just for the suspension work alone, not even including tires. Excellent Service. Budget Friendly. My car's right tire was flat, we had to get it towed to the nearest repair shop. My husband's boss recommended Fullerton Discount Tire Center which was close by. We were met by Greg, very friendly and personable. He checked the tire out and saw that it was really bad, and even the other 2 tires in the rear had threads showing. He even showed us the tires and the worn out break pads. Fearing that it would be expensive and way out of our budget, I asked for total amount to fix everything and I was surprised that it was still a reasonable amount. We decided then to get it all done to be safe. It wasn't that much of a wait and they had a good area that's out of the sun and cool. It was a pleasant experience. Later that day, I visited the shop and met Tony, who was equally knowledgeable and respectful of my time. He had the technicians inspect my tire and explained that it needed to be replaced due to severe uneven wear. Especially Fullerton discount. These guys are the best. They have your best interest at heart, genuinely. The owner is a hell of a dude too. He's been in the business for a while. They didn't make me feel intimidated. They helped me make my decision not make the decision for me. I'd let my kids come here by themselves if they needed help. One of my tires was losing air pressure late last year. I called 2-3 places to get a quote, and I decided to go with Fullerton Discount Tire Center since they gave me the best quote. I went there in the early afternoon on a weekday. I was taken care of right away. I knew the brand and specifications of my tires, but I still asked Greg (the owner/manager) which brand he would recommend while they were inspecting my tires. He could have recommended a more expensive tire, but to my surprise he recommended that I got the same tire brand. At first they didn't find anything wrong and were about to let me leave without having to pay. Right before I went to get my car, they found a micro tear in the tire that was losing air when testing my tire in water. They recommended that I replaced that tire. It only took them a few minutes to replace a tire, and my tire pressure monitoring system did confirm that the new tire had a good pressure. I left the premises within the same hour that I got there. It's been almost nine months, and that tire I got from Fullerton Discount Tire Center is still in a good shape. I would definitely go back here when my other tires need to get replaced.
