The service was fine but with an appointment on my first visit I waited 2 hours and was told they didn't have my tires in stock. came back next day also with an appointment to install the tires and was told again 45 min wait and waited another 2 hours. the place was very busy. they need more techs! My husband ended up getting a flat on the way home (quite scary when it happens on the freeway!). He was able to get to American tire depot and even though the shop should've been closing up. Jose the front desk guy and Eduardo the technician went and helped my husband. I seem to have bad luck when it comes to attracting nails in my tires. I have stopped at this location before with my previous car, Toyota Corolla. I called them this week in a panic after I discovered a big nail in one of my tires. I had previously stopped at another location in La Mirada (near the Home Depot) and was refused service since they were closing soon and claimed they did not have my tire in stock. I called this location off orangethorpe, which is also conveniently across the street from my home and they told me to come in as soon as I could and they would help me fix my tires. Jovanny was professional through our initial phone call to assisting with my tire replacement. The whole experience was very helpful and professional. Found a nail in my tire, and American Tire Depot came to my rescue! I went in around 10AM on a Friday morning, and the guy told me about 45 min to an hour, since the repair guys had to finish up some cars first. This place is walking distance from The Source, which was a great place to kill some time. Their time estimation was accurate, and I was able to pick up my car and leave as soon as I got the call! Highly recommend :) They fix flat tires for no charge, so I was very glad my repair was free. Great service and friendly staff! read more

It's Sunday and my TPMS light came on, which usually means one of my tires is low on air or possibly punctured. Luckily, when I searched for a tire shop that offers free air service, I found this shop open on a Sunday! Luis was very helpful, professional, accommodating, and friendly. The receptionist preferred selling me a tire rather than patching it. I haven't even driven the truck more than 10k miles... how is it that they advertise free tire patch but deny their services because of liability. My tires are stock from the manufacturer. I know they are not ready to be replaced. Even the worker who actually does the work agreed with me. I would say if you want to be denying service, that you specify before creating an argument and overall a problem for your business. read more
