So I took it back the next morning and another guy wouldn't fix it because he said my tire was balding on the outside. I made a reservation for flat tire of Tesla. It had a puncture and waited 70 minutes. After a long waiting, they said they don't do EV tire patch. WTH? They shouldn't tell me before i waited. If I can give him -100 that's what I will do my son his car had a flat tire. The car is only six months old and it was raining and he wanted to fix the flat. The guy over-the-counter told him he has to change all four tires on the car and he did not help him and when I tried to talk to him, he told me there's no negotiations. I either change all four tires or I don't do any work on the car. I took the car same day same hour to a different tire shop and they fix the flat in two minutes I don't remember the name of the guy that was helping, but he was not helpful. Jose the front desk guy and Eduardo the technician went and helped my husband. The service was fine but with an appointment on my first visit I waited 2 hours and was told they didn't have my tires in stock. came back next day also with an appointment to install the tires and was told again 45 min wait and waited another 2 hours. the place was very busy. they need more techs! Found a nail in my tire, and American Tire Depot came to my rescue! I went in around 10AM on a Friday morning, and the guy told me about 45 min to an hour, since the repair guys had to finish up some cars first. This place is walking distance from The Source, which was a great place to kill some time. Their time estimation was accurate, and I was able to pick up my car and leave as soon as I got the call! I seem to have bad luck when it comes to attracting nails in my tires. I have stopped at this location before with my previous car, Toyota Corolla. I called them this week in a panic after I discovered a big nail in one of my tires. I had previously stopped at another location in La Mirada (near the Home Depot) and was refused service since they were closing soon and claimed they did not have my tire in stock. I called this location off orangethorpe, which is also conveniently across the street from my home and they told me to come in as soon as I could and they would help me fix my tires. Jovanny was professional through our initial phone call to assisting with my tire replacement. The whole experience was very helpful and professional. It's Sunday and my TPMS light came on, which usually means one of my tires is low on air or possibly punctured. Luckily, when I searched for a tire shop that offers free air service, I found this shop open on a Sunday! Luis was very helpful, professional, accommodating, and friendly. In less than five minutes, he checked all four tires and filled them to 35 PSI -- it turned out the front passenger tire was the one low on air. Great job, Luis! Highly recommended! read more

The receptionist preferred selling me a tire rather than patching it. I haven't even driven the truck more than 10k miles... how is it that they advertise free tire patch but deny their services because of liability. My tires are stock from the manufacturer. I know they are not ready to be replaced. Even the worker who actually does the work agreed with me. I would say if you want to be denying service, that you specify before creating an argument and overall a problem for your business. read more
