    I haven't written a review on Fullerton Ford in 8 years (when I bought my Fusion there) but wanted to again say that I am a fan of their service department and particularly Art Bravo. I always receive great customer service (a lost art these days) and Art always goes the extra mile in advising me and helping me to save money. This is in spite of the fact that dealer prices are usually way out of my budget. But I like the fact that this Ford dealership knows my car and is generally very honest and forthright about what needs or not needs to be done to keep my car "healthy." Bravo (no pun intended) to the service department at Fullerton Ford!

    We had an amazing experience at Fullerton Ford! My wife and I just leased a brand new 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. The sales staff was friendly, professional, and truly went the extra mile to work with us on the price. There was zero pressure, great communication, and we never felt rushed or talked into anything. They made sure we were comfortable every step of the way and that we drove off feeling excited and confident about our decision. We couldn't be happier with our new Bronco and the deal we received. Highly recommend Fullerton Ford if you want top-notch service and a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers!

    Stolen Valor - The owner of Fullerton Ford is NOT a veteran as advertised on signs & mural that states, "A PROUD VETERAN OWNED DEALERSHIP," "VET OWNED, and on multiple websites - Instagram, Facebook, etc. The first statement on an updated Fullerton Ford website states,"AS A LOCAL VETERAN OWNED DEALERSHIP." This statement should have been removed under new ownership. Using the "Veteran" status after the veteran died to sell cars is deceptive & is considered "stolen valor." It has NOT been owned by a veteran for almost three years as that true veteran is no longer alive. If the new owner is not a veteran, labeling your company as "veteran-owned" is illegal. Purposely misrepresenting a business's veteran status is considered fraud and is punishable under federal and state "Stolen Valor" laws. Where is your Veteran Business Certification if you are stating you are veteran owned? You state "F Ford has a strong reputation to uphold" on website yet you are using stolen valor to cash in on customers who may choose you based on the dealership's veteran status. Using this designation is a slap in the face to true veterans who are being celebrated this Memorial Day for their significant sacrifices, & individuals who have lost family members who served in. the armed forces. A woman bought a car there states in Yelp review, "Buying from a veteran owned business was a bonus!" I suggest you contact her and set her straight about this deception. This grift would never have been removed until it was exposed. Purposely leaving this bold and deceptive "veteran owned dealership statement years after the veteran owner died, and after change of ownership says something about quality of character. Please Stop the deliberate act of deceiving the public. Stop the con about being something you are not.

    Art Bravo, Service Advisor at Fullerton Ford - Exceptional Service!!! We purchased my son's Ford from a non-Ford dealership, and shortly after taking delivery a warning light appeared on the dash stating "Charging System Service Soon." This was especially concerning given that we had just bought the vehicle. From the moment we arrived at Fullerton Ford, Art Bravo was outstanding. He took the time to clearly explain what the technicians would be checking, what the issue might be, and how they would diagnose it. His professionalism, patience, and detailed communication immediately put us at ease. The issue was identified and resolved the same day, and we picked up the car that afternoon.     I searched far and wide for an f-450 diesel I found a couple but they're mostly out of state. I showed up to Fullerton Ford and everyone was friendly and had salesman greeting me outside the building before I even open the door. I've bought from Villa Ford in the past and Ken grody as well but I haven't felt this hospitality ever from any Ford dealership that I got from Fullerton Ford. Imad Ayyoub what's my salesman and he made everything easy to deal with and upfront. I know for my next purchase whether it be a truck or a car I'll definitely end up hitting Fullerton food beforehand. Side note bob is the goat! He worked with me for swapping out my old tires off my trade it in and putting them on the new truck.

    I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Fullerton Ford truly deserves to be shared. After purchasing a 2025 Raptor from a dealership in Orange, CA, I discovered a defect that came from the factory. Naturally, I assumed the dealership I bought it from would handle the repair--especially for a brand-new vehicle under warranty. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Their service department made it clear they were too busy to take on the repair for weeks, and it became apparent they weren't interested in helping because it wasn't a particularly "lucrative" job. That's when I reached out to Fullerton Ford, and it turned out to be the best decision I could've made. From the very first call, Chris in the service department was outstanding. He listened, explained the process clearly, and most importantly, treated me like a human--not just another ticket number. Chris went above and beyond to get my vehicle taken care of, and he did it with professionalism, honesty, and integrity. He didn't hesitate to help, even though it wasn't a high-dollar service. That kind of character is rare, and it left a lasting impression. Thanks to Chris and the Fullerton Ford team, I'll be bringing all my Ford vehicles here from now on. This review is completely unsolicited--I was just genuinely impressed and wanted to share my experience. Huge thanks to everyone at Fullerton Ford, and especially to Chris in the service department.     I just want to start by thanking Juan Aldana for the hospitality from when he seen me walking around the lot just checking out the trucks. Very respectful and excellent customer service skills. Juan made sure to get me to where i was comfortable when it came time to talk numbers. I am pleased to say i will be recommending this dealership to all my buddies and sending them over to Juan. The dealership was very accommodating, i had to transfer funds that day so i was not able to give deposit via debit that same day.... They just ended up taking a check the next day and that same day i was still able to complete all my paperwork. Shout out to all the guys at fullerton ford! thank you!!!

    First off, Christian make the whole process very smooth. We traded our ford flex for a 2025 ford 150 stx. The don't normally leave reviews. But I'll leave one short and to the point. I would recommend anyone to this dealership for a good purchase.

    Jesse is the reason my cat is alive…read more Last weekend, during the Garden Grove toxic chemical evacuation, my tuxedo cat decided that the undercarriage of my cousin's Tesla Model Y was a great hiding spot. It was not. He was wedged in there for 12 hours with no food, no water, and zero litter box access. He was absolutely losing it. I ran through every option. Fire department? Busy with the actual chemical explosion rattling all of OC, fair. Animal control? Ghosted me. My cousin, currently out of the country, tried Tesla Roadside Assistance through the app. Tesla's answer: their technicians are not trained to rescue animals. Noted, but deeply unhelpful in the moment. Two other mechanics passed too. Jesse was my third Yelp attempt and my last real option. He showed up within two hours, no fuss, and got straight to work. He tried everything - the frunk, underneath, removing the right wheel - methodically working different angles for an hour and a half because my cat had chosen the most inconvenient possible position to be chonky in. Jesse stayed patient the entire time and got him out safely. My cat is home. He is fine. He is completely unbothered, as cats are. Jesse showed up when nobody else could. That is not something I will forget. Oh, and his prices are insanely reasonable. If you need a mechanic who will actually show up and problem-solve, Jesse is your guy.

My experience was called to book on Monday morning, quoted the price based on easy to describe work and an appointment for Wednesday at 8AM. So I adjust my schedule and am ready. No show, no answer calls or texts until a call at 930 - where he apologizes for issues on Tuesday and will show up at 5PM. Fine. I'll adjust my evening plans too. An organized person would have adjusted plans and communicated Wednesday if they had issues/delays Tuesday. Then, at 2PM calls back and says looking more like 530PM. And then he says... oh? Did I give you a price already? Oh that's actually a lot of work and says it'll actually cost 60% more. That was enough to call it quits. While I can't speak to his mechanic abilities, he fell short on: 1) being able to accurately understand and estimate work before quoting, or worse, stick to his quote when he gets busy 2) ability to plan his schedule and communicate reasonably. I hope he learns from this and other experiences and reaches his potential through better consistency.

He said there was plenty of room. Fast forward to Sunday. I show up at 10:00 and no one is there. The place looks like it went out of business by the looks of the grounds. Weeds growing out of the pavement, random trash and debris all over the place. However, I decided to give him a chance and wait to see if maybe he's a few minutes late. When he doesn't appear by 10:30 I call, no answer. I call again at 10:45, once again no answer. At 11:15 I give up and head home. At 12:15 he finally calls back because he just got to the garage and tells me I can come back. I let him know I'm already on my way home and to far to come back. This is a classic example of a great idea run by someone who is to lazy to actually run a business.

No pressure, no hidden agendas--just straightforward, professional advice! Just recently, I went to the dealership because I have the 3-year pre-paid plan. However, they refused to help with an "oil top-off" warning and tried to charge me a $319 diagnostic fee for a potential leak. I drove straight to Ronin Autowerks and even without an appointment, Noel took care of it immediately. Ronin Autowerks is a small shop. Don't expect a lounge with selection of free beverages and spread of snacks while you wait for your car, but here is the bottom line: I would rather have a straightforward, honest advisor like Noel who saves me hundreds of dollars over some fancy amenities. If you want a shop that prioritizes your car and your wallet - this is the place!
