Joe Green the Service Manager is horrible. I live in Fullerton and would take my black F150 in for service, keeping money in the city I live. When I got my truck back after service, there were scuff marks up and down the front fenders and hood from the technician leaning into the engine compartment, apparently they don't use fender guards. They did reimburse me for the paint corrections, which was nice! I was told by Joe Green to wash my truck before bringing it in for service, he said that he had a black sports car and that's what he had to do. I brought it back for another service, the truck was pretty clean, again scuff marks on the fenders. Joe told me that they weren't going to pay for a detail every time I bring my truck in, and told me not to bring it back!! I was blown away by what I just heard! I guess they can't guarantee to return my truck in the same condition I dropped it off!!! This happened quite a while ago and I don't topically write reviews, but this one is still eating at me, and I what to make people aware. I did try to return my truck a long time after I was told not to come back, thinking Joe was gone, nope, the service writer looked up my information and found a do not work on this truck note. Now I have to drive several miles away to another dealership that takes care of my vehicle and returns it in the same condition. Hopefully, the owner of Fullerton Ford reads this and can answer how a service manager can treat a paying customer this way! I'm sure I'm not the only one! read more

I will NEVER take a vehicle to this dealership again, nor should you. Not only do they not return calls in a timely fashion (if at all), they lie by omission. I probably should not use the word "they" but rather "the manager". Last September, my 2019 Fusion died on the highway. When taken to their service department for inspection (and hopefully repair), the manager just so happened to omit the fact that my particular vehicle was part of a recall! Kind of an important condition to NOT inform the customer, don't you think? Luckily, one of my friends who's a mechanic, found this out; and the Ford HQ addressed the issue for me. Before we came in, we negotiated pricing and what our budget was. Although higher than what we wanted, Haley and team with some expected back and fort; came back and met us more than half way to our budget. The process over the phone , took no more than 30 or so minutes in total. Price was finalized Thursday night and Friday walked in, signed the paperwork that was pretty much all done. Setup an online appointment with the front office and the girl was real helpful. I didn't have an assigned sales person to deal with so they set me up with whoever was in the office at the time. I was able to test drive the car I wanted but the dude was pretty smelly in the car so I was distracted by that. Maybe it was hot out for him that day? I don't know but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. Sorry if that's rude. Ultimately, we couldn't make a deal on the car. They thought I was unreasonable asking for a few thousand off and I thought they were unreasonable with their $500 off of the asking price. It's fine, it happens, deals don't work out. What is surprising is the way they talk to potential clients in writing. To tell a potential client who's trying to work in their own favor that you need to come to reality and step your game up is laughable to me. I'm here for me, you're here for you. $500 off isn't a favor in my opinion. So, we discontinued speaking after this. I knew it wasn't working out. No big deal, plenty of cars out there. Weeks later the same stinker decided to leave a voicemail almost laughing about the car selling for asking price and that it sold that day. Did you think I really cared about the car anymore? Had my car serviced a few times here. Last time was a few months ago. I was told my service package was expiring at the end of the year and to use up 2 more visits. He also told me I me I needed 3 new tires (1was brand new) and brakes soon. I took it in today for an oil change and new tires. Even called 2 days ahead and had them order the tires. I arrived at 12:50 with my 5 year old son on foot. Thinking they closed at 1 pm (my bad). Was told my car wasn't ready. After an hour waiting in the waiting room I was called and asked why I asked for new tires? I said you guys told me last time I needed them, check my glove compartment. He said you don't need them and proceeded to leave me on hold. I got angry . I've now been waiting over an hour and my car is in sight at the back of the lot. I tell the girl who picks up the phone in the other room get you that I'm in the building and I want my car back without the tires I was told I needed. I get to the desk she says oh it's another 10 minutes. Paperwork comes back with wrong color and license plate # and no keys. Didn't get one sorry or told where my vehicle was. I hate this place. NEVER BUY or GET SERVICED AT FULLERTON FORD!!!!!!! I ended walking to my car my son spotted earlier and left. They won't see me again. My last service will be where I bought my car. read more

I actually parked next door and when I didn't see anything worthwhile there I noticed McCoy's on the corner so my wife and I kept walking. When I asked a gentleman outside if there was an ST in stock he said yes they just got one so I had to take a look. Worst experience Iv ever had at a dealership!!!! If you're looking for an honest dealership take your money somewhere else. They will straight lie to your face, tell you one thing and do another. It's very unfortunate that I have to write a bad review because I don't like to do this but my experience was horrible with car sales guy Martin. I had been doing business with them for 3 weeks just for them to waste my time. They convinced me to buy a used van but before signing I noticed there were several fees being added which I told them to fix because I didn't want anything added. When they fixed it they said to come back the next day to sign. The next day rolls around and all of a sudden Martin sold the car to someone else. Excuse me ? (Im pretty sure it's because they took 5k off of fees) Ok I chose to be calm because they had also said they would buy my old vehicle and so I dropped off the car to them with the title signed to be released just so they can bring it back to me days later and say nevermind we will no longer be purchasing your car. Brought a maintenance agreement that included oil changes, big mistake. I brought my car in for its first oil change and I had to be given a ride home because it was taking so long. It is going to be hours before they complete the job. If I had gone to valvoline it would have taken only 15 minutes!
