I scheduled an alignment check and adjustment for 3:15 PM, and it was completed within about 30-40 minutes. The appointment system works perfectly. At other shops, even with an appointment, it usually takes at least 3-4 hours, which has been very disappointing. This place is completely different. The staff who assisted me was extremely friendly, and after a quick test drive, they handled everything right away. The level of service is truly top-notch. I had one of the worst experiences at America's Tire Depot in Fullerton. Even with an appointment, I waited over 40 minutes before anyone touched my car. Then the staff member, Ever Andrew, tried to convince me that Costco had installed the "wrong tires" on my car by misinterpreting the "Never exceed 40 PSI to seat beads" label. Costco confirmed that this information was completely false and that my tires were perfectly fine. It felt like an attempt to scare me into buying new tires I didn't need. I reached out to their HR team but never received any response. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I won't be returning. read more

Ordered the tires online on Thursday, got a call the next day that they had them. Originally scheduled to get them a week later but they accommodated me to have them installed on Saturday to match my schedule. They weren't just trying to get me in the door to wait extra long, they literally finished within the hour and I was out about my day. Very efficient and proactive. I called America's Tire depo after getting a flat tire, already stressed as a single mom dealing with an emergency. When the rep answered, there was some background noise on my end, and I apologized for it. However, I had to repeat myself three times because he kept saying he couldn't hear me. When he finally acknowledged it, he said someone had been yelling at the start of the call but the yelling had stopped, so there was no reason he still couldn't hear me. It felt like he just wasn't paying attention or said it to be rude. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when a customer is in a stressful situation and needs quick, clear help. Management really needs to address this with their staff. I will not be returning. I took my business to Discount Tire shop, where the customer service was excellent. I've been coming here for years because they're honest and always willing to help. I came in here last week for a flat repair. Today, my tire pressure was low on the same tire so I brought it back. The new associate Garrett stated that they do not repair Tesla tires because they have foam in it and it's policy. Interesting. There are many tires with foam in it and they typically plug it. More importantly they plugged this exact tire last week. I asked for the policy in writing and he couldn't show me and gave me a lot of attitude because I called him out on his BS. Never coming back here because of Garrett. If you want this location or any location to stay in business, Garrett should be fired. read more

This place was my 4th call to different places. And from the initial call taken by Andrew I knew this was the place. He was very friendly, helpful, and explained everything thoroughly. The tires I needed had to be ordered. He was able to get me in the same day! And the tires were there when I arrived. Upon removing my tires, it was quickly discovered that my driver's side shock/strut was barely hanging on. Thanks to Sonia. Lucky Andrew was also able to get that part in the same day as well. Mario was able to install that quickly once it arrived, mount, balance, and do an alignment on all tires. They went above and beyond here to get me back on the road safely. With Andrew and Mario staying after hour's to make sure all was completed safely, and properly. Paying attention to all details. Pricing was very fair. They are a great team here and very caring. This kind of customer service and care is very rare these days. I am very grateful I found them, and would highly recommend them! Came in for an oil change and was quoted $100, which felt steep considering I used to pay around $70 at the Tustin location. They also pointed out that all but one of my tires needed replacing, and with their deal, it made sense to get a full set. But the price felt high, and I was right to wait. Even with their "price match" claim, the final out-the-door quote was still more expensive than another shop I found. The math just didn't add up. One thing to really watch for, there's a separate line item for "extended warranty" per tire. It's not built into the tire price, so the quote can be misleading if you're not paying close attention. That said, the staff here are friendly and doing their best, which I genuinely appreciate. I'm not here to bash the business, but I do wish pricing was a bit more upfront and competitive. If you're in a bind, this place can get the job done, but I'd recommend shopping around first to make sure you're getting the best deal. read more
