It is important to me to fully understand any identified issues and to identify key home components (water main shut-offs, sprinkler bypass, etc.), so it was a relief that Sam didn't mind my inquisitiveness and was happy to provide information throughout the inspection. The inspection report was completed the same day and was accurate, with an appropriate level of detail and photos. Home inspections can be very expensive, but will frequently save you significant amounts of money if they are done properly.
