I had a huge project that needed to be done within the day and I called every where , but they were the only ones confident in assuring me they could help. When I arrived, the girls were so nice and so eager to help me with this project. Honestly, it came out way better than I had expected. They didn't bother to answer me back after I had a few questions. Obviously the only thing they know how to do is embroider a word in basic white thread on top of a flat surface. If you need anything else done, don't bother because you'll probably be ignored. read more

Nice people but can't say I am thrilled with my results. The cost to do a logo set up from a high resolution file was $99 Vs. $50-$65 at other shops. I made it clear that I wanted a simple one color embroider on just 8 items. They sent a proof in a different color and I again said I wanted one color but not THAT color. What did I get on the finished product? 2 colors....80% in the color I would have never picked and 20% in the color I wanted. read more

Way to expensive $17.00 per hat to embroider a patch. Its was 3-4 Times more expensive than the hat itself. Walked out to never return.

I needed a rush job and EmbroidMe came through! One of their employees even called me back over the New Year holiday, when they were closed, to let me know they could do the job I needed. I had ordered custom shirts from zazzle.com and at the last minute they could not get the job done when I needed it. I spent a little more money than I wanted to at EmbroidMe, but each shirt had different artwork with different size shirts and they got the front and back pressing done in one day! Their customer service is excellent. They have great ideas. If you have a small or large order and deadline they always make it happen. We order our big order for Christmas and we got it on time. But later almost one week Before Christmas time we had to place a very small order & they were very busy but they were very accommodating & helpful & they got it done. I had 3 graduation stoles embroidered here for my club and their pricing is honestly the best I saw when I was calling around. Their turnaround was very flexible too, at other places it would take a month but at embroidme it only took 1 week! I have already recommended my club to keep using them because they were so patient when I was figuring out the placement of the embroidery and was willing to print, cut out all of the possibilities and place them on each stole the way I wanted. the outcome was even better than expected so we were really happy about that. read more

Love the people here and the service. Had my sons letterman jacket done here a few years ago. I gave 4 stars only because when it came time to do my other sons jacket they didnt have the up to date info so i had to pay a good chunck of change for them to add it to their machines. They do an awesome job however I took my lab coat to be embroidered they charged me 43.00 dollars just to put my name on one side + a logo on the other side . it thought it was a bit too much I took it to another place it was 1/2 of the price. & they did much much better job. They do a good job but they charge $$$ for something that can be done for 1/2 of the price . I will leave the judgment to you customers good luck read more
