Pretty disappointed. Not up to snuff for a Fultanos. Limited messy salad bar and pizza. Very bad service

This place was awful. We came in for lunch and had the buffet. The pizza was cold and bland. They served me a beer from the bottom of the tap and so it was cloudy. She promptly replaced it when I complained but she should not have served it. She was very nice but that does not make up for the food. Also, they only had 3 pizzas to choose from. The food was super good. We had the meatza pizza and some "very hot" hot wings. The service was great and it was a very clean facility. The kids were hoping for a couple arcade games so I gave it a 4 instead of a 5. read more

The crust is paper thin, tastes like a cracker. The sauce is super bland...just straight tomato paste. Probably the worst sauce I've had on pizza. But the salad bar is good. I am forced to go here, since my Bf simply love it! I wish they would fix the sauce!! read more

Called and ordered a medium pizza for my lunch and dinner. My pizza arrived and I opened the box to find a small pizza in a medium box. I managed to catch the delivery driver and show her the pizza and even she agreed that it was a small pizza. I called the restaurant to let them know they had made a small pizza and they had the fucking balls to tell me that their mediums were a little on the small side tonight. No fucking shit Sherlock that is what happens when you use a small crust to make a medium pizza. I really enjoyed the fact that they treated me as if I am a fucking moron, sorry but after being a loyal customer for close to 40 years I think I can tell the difference between a medium and small. Obviously they don't think much about their costumers that they are willing to try and bullshit them into accepting the wrong size pizza. Very disappointed, had they just admitted they blew it I would have simply accepted the mistake and moved on, but treating me like I am some kind of fucking idiot, nope that shit don't fly. So this review is what you asked for the minute you failed to admit your mistake and then try to convince me that the mediums were a little on the small side tonight. read more

The crust was bland, and way too much cheese. I think if they could get a tastier crust I would bump to 4 stars. Focaccia bread sticks were incredibly greasy, and if you're thinking you need 2 orders for two people, definitely just get 1, its a generous serving. Also tried a the apple pie desert pizza. Its the same crust as the pizza, so it was also a bit bland, but the sliced apples on top were good; comes with a side of vanilla ice cream. read more

We were treated like other crap by the staff at the Warrenton location last night. We have been frequent customers and have never been treated so rudely. We stood at the counter and were promptly ignored by every single person in the place including the three people at the front counter who refused to look us in the eye. One blond older lady walked right past us with pizza boxes, the younger staff were chit chatting with each other and some who literally walked right past us. Not one person said hello, offered to take our order, or in any way acknowledged us, and as I was very sick and just wanted to get in and out of there, we decided to leave. But it gets better! My husband went back into make a complaint about this, and one of the women behind the counter (a bit older, dark hair pulled back, on the heavier side) said to him that oh yeah, she NOTICED that we were being ignored...but didn't apologize nor try to make it better! I was standing outside watching the whole thing and when my husband turned around to walk out she made a rude hand gesture at him! We are really dumbfounded as this seemed to be the entire group of people working that night who had really rotten attitudes and zero interest in taking care of customers. The Astoria Fultano's location is known for their good service. These folks? Could clearly care less. There is no excuse for this type of treatment, and we will be escalating this to the store's owner. read more

Four of us were camping near by and wanted dinner but not to cook. We decided on Fultano's and everyone was glad we did. Employees were very helpful. We ordered two medium pizzas and two ordered one trip to the Salad Bar. The Salad Bar had lots of fresh vegetables to pick from. The Pizza was the Star! It was delicious with a very crispy crust. Never had anything like it. I wish I knew how they did it. We were four hungry adults and we took a lot back to Camp with us. read more

My family and I were camping in Warrenton and one of our dinner meals hit a snag. The snag being we didn't have anything for dinner, which is very rare if you know my family. Anyways, the area of Warrenton that we were in is not huge and didn't have a big amount of places to eat. We happen to see this place and almost missed it. It's in a pretty nondescript area, a small strip mall of sorts. There is a gas station positioned on the corner where this is located and the pizza place sits back a bit from here. As soon as you enter this place, there is a front counter with a few menus on the counter. There was a huge amount of people working, everyone looked super busy. I think ok that's a good sign right? If you look to the left of the counter, you will notice the sitting area. This is not a huge place, but there were a fair amount of tables in place. There is a small salad bar in place also. So we find a table and grab some menus and take a look. This place has a huge amount of selections for pizza, it has a fair amount of sub items, salads, burgers, canzone and regular fountain drinks. Here's something a little different: if you like beer with your pizza, you can't get it here however, on the menus they tell you that you can go next door to the local bar that is there and order some drinks. Well that's interesting. Ok, so we order: an individual size pepperoni, an individual vegetarian with sausage, a medium sausage, pepperoni and pineapple and a sausage, olives and mushroom calzone. I also ordered a one serving salad from the salad bar. Honestly the salad bar was nothing special, the salad mix was probably packaged salad that you can buy from the store, the veggies in place were ok. The saving grace for me for the salad bar was the ranch dressing, which I believe they make and it's good. Very good. So really, we came here for the pizza right? And people, it did not disappoint. These pizzas were loaded with ingredients, the crust was wonderful. The individual sized pizzas are huge. The medium pizza was enough for 3 people truly! The person at the counter wasn't overly friendly and you know how first impressions are however, she was very efficient. One of our party received their pizza first and then the rest of us waited a good 15 minutes for ours. However, the two people who brought us our pizzas were extremely courteous, which is always nice. I noticed a whole lot of young people working and working hard and I always like seeing this! One of the people in our party liked the ranch dressing so much that he bought a jar of it. They actually put jars on the front counter with their name on a label in case you want to buy it to take home. My only recommendation is that maybe they get their license to serve beer and wine without having to rely on the bar next door. This place was a heck of a find, if you're in this area, stop in and eat here, it won't disappoint. We'll be back for sure. read more

We love fultanos mainly because my son and husband eat pizza more than anyone. There's something about their crust that makes it hard to eat pizza elsewhere. During the day they have a great all you can eat with good salad bar options. They have a great white sauce for their pizza which is deliciously rich. read more

Haven't used Yelp for years, but upon logging back in I realized that much of this old review is outdated and probably unfair at this point. Smoke is obviously no longer an issue on the barroom side, and it provides a nice place to eat, while the restaurant side is still more family-appropriate. I'm disappointed I just bought a "large" pizza that looks like a medium. There pizza is decent but way overpriced in my opinion. The pizza was cold by he time I got home and I live about 7 minutes away from the restaurant. When I first tried this pizza a couple years ago the quality and quantity was way better than it is now. Either that or they sold me a medium pizza and charged me for a large. Either way I give this place two stars. Genos pizza is far superior but a lot further away unfortunately. read more

Went with three friends, Saturday night 3/18/17. The young men working there were as friendly and professional as you could want. They were helpful with our ordering, even with some special requests. The four of us had individual pizzas and dined in. The pizzas were delicious! The crust was flavorful and not doughy, just crispy enough, and the toppings were fresh and plenty of them. Personal pizza was okay! They covered the entire top of the pizza in whole tomato slices...Maybe if they used less tomato and in smaller pieces that could bring the price down a little! Crust was thin and crispy. Yummy but I'd prefer it a little more doughey. read more

Not impressed. The Fulton is on the Astoria side is so much better we only order from here because we love pizza and it's literally next door. They don't offer onion rings and won't make you a margarita pizza like the Astoria one offers. If you have the option go to the other fultanos. And they just recently changed their fries and they suck. read more

Great family place with lunch buffet that is a quality price for the kids. Wings super tasty. Staff gave us the option of having them dry so we could try different sauces. Nuclear is hot and vinegary. Advise you chase it with ranch. Nice people! read more

Amazing pizza! Crispy crust with fresh toppings and just the perfect amount of sauce. It was still steaming when they brought it to our table. So very good. We also enjoyed a fantastic salad that they made for us cause they were already putting away the salad bar. It was a great chef salad. Service was outstanding, quick, friendly and very helpful. The pizza was awesome and creative. Normally I don't like pizza buffets because the pizza sits too long. The owner was constantly bringing out fresh pizza and a good variety too, not just the cheapest kinds. For $9 you get a drink, all you can eat salad, pizza and chocolate chip cookies! We were staying at the nearby KOA and thought we'd try out the local pizzeria. I'm glad we did. What a great local pizza place. The owner was movin' and shakin' the whole time we were there making sure everything was fully stocked, etc. read more

We stopped in on a slow Sunday during lunchtime buffet; the server said they're usually really busy then but everybody was probably out enjoying the good weather, so we almost had the place to ourselves. They not only special-made two different gluten-free and cheese-less pizzas to add to the buffet for the kids and me, but they were also willing to accommodate my husband's lactose intolerance and made him another cheese-less pizza on regular crust to add to the buffet. "We ran out of Family Size Pizzas so we brought you 2 mediums instead". NOPE! This is the second time you guys have done this. I will not be buying any more pizzas from you. If you were to say "We ran out of Family Size Pizzas so we brought you 2 LARGE instead" then maybe. You say "You get 4 more slices then with a Family Size Pizza". You forget to mention "The slices are way smaller than Family Size Slices". Do you think people are stupid? It would be like going to a burger restaurant and ordering the deluxe burger and getting an order of chicken nuggets because "hey, you get 4 more items then with the deluxe burger you paid for". Seriously, how do you run out of a size of pizza crust? You would think it wouldn't be all that hard to roll out some more. I hope it was worth it. read more

I usually love Fultano's, but i am sad to say that i was really disappointed in my recent order. We got the chicken fajita pizza... there was hardly any chicken on it, the pizza was dry, and the crust was tasteless and too hard. Although the salsa on the side tasted ok, the mayo dip threw me off. read more
