Excluded .. but all the rundown games are unlimited

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my thoughts regarding the unlimited video game offer advertised for $35. Falls advertisement and misleading.. does anyone know what VR is? Why would they abbreviate something and not be clear and transparent. Unfortunately, I found that the selection consists mainly of older arcade games that are in poor condition. While the concept of unlimited access is appealing, the reality of playing rundown games does not provide good value for the price. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this offering as it currently stands.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low but we enjoyed it! It's a typical arcade with games, in addition to laser tag. The games worked properly and were reasonably priced! Laser tag was fun as well. Only complaint is that the sanitizer stations were empty. I had to keep running to the front desk to use the sanitizer. I'd also recommend having a person go around and disinfect the games. Overall it was what we expected!

This place is a hidden little gem in lake worth. Most people don't know about it unless you've driven by it. They have arcade games, laser tag, go karts and mini bowling. As well as a little pizza cafe. It's relatively inexpensive, $9.25 for an activity and then you can get a game card. There aren't a huge selection of games and it's a bit dirty. I felt like my shoes were going to stick to the floor in the cafe. They have a very small prize selection for the tickets, too. We wound up just saving our tickets for next time. Overall though, it was a fun way to kill a couple of hours.

Visited for a friends birthday party. The group cjose to do bowling which was fun. We didn't like that the pins were on strings, I felt it altered the scores. The chicken quesadilla surprised me how good it was! Seasoned well and delicious. Drinks wasn't bad. My friends enjoyed the wings. Service was ok- overall a decent time!

The games there are really loud and the speaker outside for the go carts. I will never go back there again with my 5 kids.

Took my kids and nephews here multiple times, I love it where I can race them on the go-kart track and beat them.

Lots to do eat and see and they are okay with outside food with lots of picnic areas. We did the giraffe painting premium experience which was worth it since it also includes admission into the park. We ordered salads and burgers from their inside restaurant connected to the gift shop. Ordering from their kiosk is very easy and the food rang on a buzzer in good time. We loved the lorikeet area and paid $3 for the juice to feed the lorikeets (card only, no cash). There is a nice water park area for the kids. The best time to see all the animals is in the morning when they open, that's when they get fed and you're most likely going to have an animal walk in front of your car, so cool!

Overall, it's a fun water park, but there are definitely a few things to keep in mind before you go. The day of the week makes a HUGE difference. I've had the best experiences going during the week on a school day because you can actually ride everything without waiting in ridiculously long lines. On one visit, one of the lines took forever because the machine that brings the floats back up broke down and someone had to come fix it. One thing that really disappointed me was the music. Since Rapids is supposed to be a family/kid-oriented water park, I was surprised by how ratchet and inappropriate some of the DJ's music was. Even as an adult, I found it distasteful and really not appropriate for a place where there are so many children. The park could also be cleaner. The bathrooms in particular were pretty disgusting and didn't seem well maintained. The food is definitely overpriced, but that's expected at an amusement park. You also can't bring your own food into the park, so you're pretty much stuck purchasing food there. That being said, I actually thought the food was pretty good for what it is! I do think Rapids is really cute for kids, especially with all of the themed children's areas and slides. I still have fun every time I go, but I think it's important to set your expectations. Go on a weekday if you can, expect long lines on busy days, and be prepared for some cleanliness and music issues. Overall, it's still a fun day out, but there are definitely some things I think the park could improve.

There's no express lines, one line for everyone If rapids management decided to limit there ticket sales to a correct amount of tickets everyone could get on all the slides, enjoy the lazy river and not miss out on anything Unfortunately you will miss out on slides because the lines are too long. Really nice place with friendly attentive lifeguards. Every time we have come here the people working the checkout have been bizarre. When I came here yesterday I went out of my way to be friendly, and yet someone called Erin or Erica butted her way into the conversation. She's like going on and on about this is your receipt for a rain check and if you get it wet we aren't stamping it and you're not getting back in here, that's your responsibility. Who even talks like that? Sad. It was really clear that her anger had little to do with us. So then I'm like saying well I don't have any compartments in my bag could I just leave my receipt here and write my name on it in case the park closes or it would get wet and she's saying we have over 400 people here a day and that's not my problem. The young girl we started our conversation with had much better social awareness. When we did inevitably get a rain check they said oh you have 3 days to come back but we're closed for maintenance on one of them. So for us that would have been the only day we could return without having to skip a summer class that we already pay for. Tone deaf.

He came over and made sure everything was okay, provided an ice pack, and was very comforting and attentive. That level of care really stood out to me. The facility itself was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This location did seem a little less busier than the location in Davie however, towards the end of the day, it does pick up a little bit. I also really liked that they offer adult beverages liquor, wine, and canned drinks which gives parents a chance to relax a bit while the kids play. The fun bites were fresh, sweet, and crispy definitely a highlight. They also have Dippin' Dots (one of my favorites), and those did not disappoint. We ordered pizza, chicken tenders, and fries as well those were just okay, nothing special, but the kids enjoyed them. Pricing was reasonable overall. Just note that socks are required and need to be purchased, and jumping is charged by the hour. Some attractions like the zip line and arcade games come with additional fees. The thin-crust pizzas had a great crunch, spicy marinara, good cheese, and a nice char if you like that sort of thing. The kids enjoyed the quesadillas and mozzarella sticks. My husband enjoyed the wings, though he would have liked more sauce. You DO need to pay to park, but that is to be expected in that high-traffic location in Delray.
