We've been coming to Fun Depot in Lake Worth since 2021, and the recent upgrades are a huge improvement! The venue looks much nicer and feels more organized. It's definitely geared toward families now, kids can no longer just be dropped off, which helps with overall safety but can lead to bigger crowds, especially on weekends. There's a lot to do here: laser tag, go-karts, arcade games, and even bowling, all under one roof, which is great for keeping everyone entertained. We haven't tried the food yet, so I can't comment on that, but everything else has been solid. We also attended a birthday party here, and the staff was efficient and helpful throughout the process. All in all, a much-needed refresh for a local favorite!

Excluded .. but all the rundown games are unlimited

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my thoughts regarding the unlimited video game offer advertised for $35. Falls advertisement and misleading.. does anyone know what VR is? Why would they abbreviate something and not be clear and transparent. Unfortunately, I found that the selection consists mainly of older arcade games that are in poor condition. While the concept of unlimited access is appealing, the reality of playing rundown games does not provide good value for the price. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this offering as it currently stands.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low but we enjoyed it! It's a typical arcade with games, in addition to laser tag. The games worked properly and were reasonably priced! Laser tag was fun as well. Only complaint is that the sanitizer stations were empty. I had to keep running to the front desk to use the sanitizer. I'd also recommend having a person go around and disinfect the games. Overall it was what we expected!

Visited for a friends birthday party. The group cjose to do bowling which was fun. We didn't like that the pins were on strings, I felt it altered the scores. The chicken quesadilla surprised me how good it was! Seasoned well and delicious. Drinks wasn't bad. My friends enjoyed the wings. Service was ok- overall a decent time!

This place is a hidden little gem in lake worth. Most people don't know about it unless you've driven by it. They have arcade games, laser tag, go karts and mini bowling. As well as a little pizza cafe. It's relatively inexpensive, $9.25 for an activity and then you can get a game card. There aren't a huge selection of games and it's a bit dirty. I felt like my shoes were going to stick to the floor in the cafe. They have a very small prize selection for the tickets, too. We wound up just saving our tickets for next time. Overall though, it was a fun way to kill a couple of hours.

The games there are really loud and the speaker outside for the go carts. I will never go back there again with my 5 kids.

Took my kids and nephews here multiple times, I love it where I can race them on the go-kart track and beat them.

Lots to do eat and see and they are okay with outside food with lots of picnic areas. We did the giraffe painting premium experience which was worth it since it also includes admission into the park. We ordered salads and burgers from their inside restaurant connected to the gift shop. Ordering from their kiosk is very easy and the food rang on a buzzer in good time. We loved the lorikeet area and paid $3 for the juice to feed the lorikeets (card only, no cash). There is a nice water park area for the kids. The best time to see all the animals is in the morning when they open, that's when they get fed and you're most likely going to have an animal walk in front of your car, so cool!

I signed up for adult private swim lessons, paying $225 for what was supposed to be personalized instruction to improve my stroke and breathing. What I got was one unstructured session in the kiddie pool--just swimming back and forth with no technique correction, no feedback, nothing. It felt like the instructor had no idea what to do. When I brought this up, I was told the training manager would attend a future lesson to train the instructor during my session. That's not acceptable. I didn't sign up to pay for someone else's training session--I signed up for my lesson. Even worse, I found out the training manager had already been watching the original lesson and allowed it to happen that way. So how is anything going to improve? I asked to cancel and get a refund, and was told flat-out "no" due to policy--no apology, no ownership, no attempt to make things right. Also worth noting: the reception staff was rude and unwelcoming when I arrived, which set a bad tone from the start. I can't recommend this place for adult swim lessons. Between the lack of professionalism, poor instruction, and dismissive customer service, I left completely disappointed.

He came over and made sure everything was okay, provided an ice pack, and was very comforting and attentive. That level of care really stood out to me. The facility itself was clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. This location did seem a little less busier than the location in Davie however, towards the end of the day, it does pick up a little bit. I also really liked that they offer adult beverages liquor, wine, and canned drinks which gives parents a chance to relax a bit while the kids play. The fun bites were fresh, sweet, and crispy definitely a highlight. They also have Dippin' Dots (one of my favorites), and those did not disappoint. We ordered pizza, chicken tenders, and fries as well those were just okay, nothing special, but the kids enjoyed them. Pricing was reasonable overall. Just note that socks are required and need to be purchased, and jumping is charged by the hour. Some attractions like the zip line and arcade games come with additional fees. I really appreciated the designated area for kids under five it's a safe space where little ones can play without worrying about bigger kids.

The room wasn't ready when we showed up to decorate. Party plans were made ahead of time, including food purchases, but over half of the stuff we ordered never was made/failed to show up. Waivers were submitted online beforehand by a large number of our guests, but they insist they didn't receive any of them, so everybody had to fill and submit them again (taking away from their play time, which is timed). We had younger kids at the party (10 and under), so we asked to have the pizzas double-cut, into smaller slices... but they refused, and we had to run down the street into the Dollar Tree to get a pizza cutter, to then double cut it ourselves. We ran out of pitchered drinks multiple times, and I had to bring the pitchers back to get refilled, as they pretty much never/barely checked up on us throughout the party. It would have been cheaper and more sensible to go to eat elsewhere either after or beforehand... Maybe just pay regular admission and try bringing a cake, if they'll let you in with it. Having the parents buy their Groupon offer, and then reimbursing them, would have made more sense for a party and saving money.
