We've been 2 years in a row now and it seems to get better each year! We bought our tickets online and brought our own socks (but you can buy socks there for $3). It's a 90 min session of open play, bounce, run, jump, slide, etc. They have music playing and there's a little snack cart and bubble machine. We got the lemonade with popping boba. It was so much fun here my son loved it. It's something new and gives good time for parents and their children. But the whole bounce creature was dirty and after leaving we couldn't go anywhere else but home to take a shower because we were covered in dirt all around which is not safe due to amount of people go there and all the kids which touching everything and place their hands straight in the mouth, it spreads a lot of bacteria, me and my husband were as dirty as our son and I was very surprised how dirty it was there for our attendance cost. Also I went to buy a bottle of water which is regular bottle from Costco the whole pack will cost around 4$ but they sell 1 bottle for 4$ which is ridiculous. My advice is to clean this jumping structure and make water affordable or include the cost in the ticket. Because 4$ per water bottle that's robbery. I think it also might be fun for kids to clean it so maybe there should be a cleaning day once a week where everyone can go and have fun getting wet and washing. I don't know what else but it's very dirty. read more

We purchased discount tickets on a social media website (good job advertising) for our entire family. The discounted rates were much more doable than the full price rates. We booked four tickets (2 adults, 2 kids) for an afternoon 90 minute adventure online. We signed the waivers beforehand and lined up about 15-20 mins before our scheduled play time. We brought socks from home (including grippy socks from other bounce house parties). If you don't have socks, you can purchase some on site, but save that money and bring your own! The FunBox is HUGE! Probably not a GREAT place for toddlers, but if you're 3+ years and older, it's wonderful. There are lots of space and play areas, slides and ninja like courses. Lots of tables to sit at in the shade and the music was fun and energetic. The FunBox also has portable restrooms (they were CLEAN) and sinks to wash your hands. The snack area is limited to shave ice, cotton candy, and drinks. They are cashless - so have your credit card or apply pay ready! Overall - a great experience. We do this every year that they come to Roseville. 90 minutes is the PERFECT amount of time for our two kids, just enough time to play play play, bounce around, get a snack and then leave! Lots of parking space available as well. Would highly recommend. read more

We had a great time!! When we arrived, maybe five minutes before our scheduled jump time, the line was enormous. When it is your scheduled time however, they open the main gate and everyone efficiently flows into the jump venue. It's a fast process because the staff moves their way through the line quickly checking everyone in ahead of time. I had along a 9 year old, an 8 year old and a 6 year old everyone had a blast. The music was a bit loud but isn't everything nowadays? There are port-a-potties on site as well as a kiosk that sells sugary treats (cotton candy, shaved ice etc.). Friendly staff included. I'd try not to come during a hot day there is barely enough seats people claiming their seats and leaving so people are left sitting on the cement floor finding shade. Save your money and go to the indoor bouncy hour or chuckee cheese. Very disappointed. We also paid extra for VIP there's no sign to say where to go so you might as well get into the long line. Not enough staff. Disorganized. Some of the items in the bouncy house are deflated. There is also one area only for staff that offers shade with not enough seating. Don't recommend. read more

Came here on Sunday during their grand opening. Tickets were $9 each for everyone, including adults. We signed up for 90 minutes of play. The day of, there was a long line but we got in pretty quickly. The kids enjoyed bouncing around but were bummed their time was cut short. 30 minutes before our time was up, we were told we had to leave so they could clean up. So, 90 minutes of play was really 60 minutes of play, which was not cool. I understand they need to clean up but it shouldn't be on someone else's dime, especially when it says you're signing up for 90 minutes of play when you're purchasing tickets. The price was worth it for their grand opening, even with having to pay for our entire family, but I can't see how they're going to stay in business once prices go up to the normal $19-22 each. They shouldn't charge adults who are just there watching their kids. There are plenty of similar places like Urban Air and Wacky Tacky who don't change adults admission fees. read more

This is okay. Like takes a while to get through but they do try to get you through quickly. The biggest disappointment was how filthy it was. I assumed it would be dirty, of course, but did not expect that level of filth. Some walls are covered in filth 3-5 feet high. There's tons of little tiny rocks and dust everywhere. I went to grand opening weekend on the 18th and tickets were reduced to $9 which was a great deal. The place is huge and kids that love bouncy houses will be in heaven. The lounging area is nicely shaded with Astroturf laid on the ground with a shoe storage area for those that want to enter the park (socks are required for admittance). The kids had an okay time, but they've been to Sky Zone so many times I'm not blaming for them for being somewhat underwhelmed. Be warned though, any adult under the age of 65 is required to pay for a ticket regardless if you enter the jump park or not. This means if you just want to sit in the lounging area, you still have to pay the full regular admission. So, if this was a regular price weekend and I took just my one son, it would have been $44. Not very consumer friendly for a parent that wants to supervise their kid(s). So all in all, my experience with Funbox was a good one. HOWEVER, this was only due to the grand opening price, and it's really just a "one and done" type of experience for the kids. I can't justify spend $44 on a regular priced weekend so my child can enter the park while I'm just in the lounging area. read more

This experience was SO fun! Not just for the kiddos, but for the parents who chose to let go of adult concerns and spend some time pouncing from area to area. There are plenty of varying areas to explore and lots of supervision. The team was great! From check in until it was time to go, every encounter displayed great customer service. When you arrive, the line may look long, but it moves quickly and that's the reason coming 10-15 before your session is suggested. Lots of shade and sun for grown ups and others to sit and lounge outside of the bounce house. It wasn't too crowded at all, they sold just enough Tix that we could move comfortably and safely throughout the entire venue. I had a problem with an online purchase and the matter was promptly and efficiently taken care of. Highly recommend!! read more

Our family had an absolutely amazing time. It was not completely overpacked or overcrowded which made it so enjoyable. The staff were posted to make sure particular areas and obstacles could really be enjoyed safely. There was large speakers throughout so it felt like a bouncy dance party. The biggest plus was staff made sure to wipe common areas down before the next group arrived. (Which was great because Covid is still a problem out here) parking was easy, the water and shaved ice also helped a lot in the sun. Price gouge alert!!! This company charges 22 dollars per person at entry. Children 13 and under have to be accompanied by an adult. So even if the adult won't be participating they have to buy a ticket for themselves so the children can participate. read more

All of staff was considerate but one person. Who was rude and disrespectful to people with disabilities. He actually kicked us out. Would not listen to what I had to say regarding my son and his disability. I felt he was aggressive and he tried to get other people who were near us involved. Thank you to the generous lady for the comp and telling us to stay and trying to make it right you are good at heart. Karma will be your friend for awhile the one with the nice braids but disrespectful mouth. There's so much to do inside from different little spaces to the biggest slides ever! There's even a separate obstacle course and a jump house for the littles!
